We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a very nice experience. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. When we asked to change rooms because of some discomfort, the team was very attentive and helped us quickly. We really appreciated the fast response and the willingness to help. A special thank you to the staff members Nikki, Pui, Nueng, and Beem for their great service and kindness. They made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms were somewhat on the smaller side, and at first they felt a bit compact. However, they were clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed, which made the space comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Even though they weren’t very spacious, they had everything we needed, and the layout made good use of the available area, so overall they were perfectly fine and practical. The pool, on the other hand, was absolutely enormous and incredibly impressive. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and inviting, with plenty of room to swim, relax, and enjoy the water without feeling crowded. It truly stood out as one of the highlights of the place — not only because of its size, but also because of how fun and refreshing it was. It made the whole experience feel more luxurious and exciting.

Terrible hotel; I can only recommend choosing a different hotel in the area. The rooms are incredibly small, the room smells musty and the "balcony" is perhaps 1 square meter. The breakfast buffet is reminiscent of a visit to a train station, the tables are only 30 cm apart, there's absolutely no privacy, and the food quality is unfortunately poor. For travelers who want to work during their vacation: there are no power outlets outside the restaurant or anywhere else (probably intentional). When I asked if I could work inside the restaurant, as it's the only place with outlets, I was initially told no. When I inquired at reception, I was told to wait 10 minutes outside the restaurant. After 25 minutes, when no one had opened the door, I went to out to find another place to work in. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel unless you enjoy mass tourism and a lack of hospitality.

This Hotel Hands Down is one of the Best in Koh Samui!! It's a Beachfront Property & its Top Notch!! The Sunrise morning views are to die for!! Not to forget to mention an incredible morning Breakfast Buffet!! You're definitely going to love the latte maker!! It has a great Poolside Bar close to the Beachfront..& the staff Jeab & Billy were so friendly and accommodating!! The Pool is very clean & well maintained, and cleanliness of the rooms are exceptional!! I slept like a Baby on my Bed and the Pillows were extremely Comfortable!! I will definitely be returning again! Thank You OZO for an incredible vacation stay!! I give it 5+ Stars!!

Best place we have stayed in Thailand. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we check out. Check in was quick and we got our keys in like 5 mins. Rooms are large and toilet are clean and the daily room service was excellent. Water was provided daily and coffee, tea and kettle was provided and all complimentary. Food can be purchased on site with a burger/steak place at the entrance which carters to lunch and dinner. The testurant within the resort provided breakfast and lunch. Fantastic food and drinks. Staff were extremely friendly and will cater to your needs. The pool was big and it also connect straight to the beach Overall excellent stay, friendly staff, fantastic service all round and we will be returning here.
