We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a very nice experience. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. When we asked to change rooms because of some discomfort, the team was very attentive and helped us quickly. We really appreciated the fast response and the willingness to help. A special thank you to the staff members Nikki, Pui, Nueng, and Beem for their great service and kindness. They made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay at OZO Chaweng Hotel in Koh Samui was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The location right on the beautiful Chaweng Beach is perfect. The hotel is modern and very clean, and the breakfast was also good. The pool area is a real highlight – clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing. Especially great: the hotel is very child-friendly, so families can feel completely comfortable here. A special thank you to Ti-Cha – she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made our stay even more special. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back!

⸻ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at OZO Chaweng Samui. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The location is perfect—right on Chaweng Beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping directly onto the beach was a highlight of my trip. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept incredibly well every night. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beachfront setting made it even more special. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, OZO Chaweng Samui offers fantastic value, combining comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

The King Beachfront room was lovely and clean, and while the setup is basic, it was very comfortable for my trip. The only minor downside was the lack of Netflix on the TV. ​What makes this hotel special is the people. Everyone is so smiley and helpful. Beem, Koy, and Wee were absolute stars—they let me stay in my room until 2:00 PM (free of charge!) so I didn't have to wait at the airport for my 6:00 PM flight. ​The beach bar staff are also amazing and keep the vibe so lively, and the cleaning ladies did a great job every single day. If you’re worried about mosquitoes, just ask the front desk for the electric repellent (500 THB deposit). Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Loved the OZO staff, beach in front of the hotel and super service. Enjoyed every moment of it with my family. Very welcoming, warm and helpful staff. In particular I want to mention Al, which gave us a warm welcome already at the airport and during our entire stay. Very professional, always a friendly smile, giving us helpful tips. Thank you for making this trip, so special and unforgettable 🙏☀️
