The hotel and the resort is lovely, the staff is brilliant and very kind and helpful. All my family including my wife and kids loved the entertainment, the beach, the kids area, food. It’s all very clean as well. The free room upgrade was awesome as well. All in all it is a brilliant place to stay and spend some quality time.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The amenities of the hotel were great, especially the sea and multiple pools. The housekeeping and cooking teams did an excellent job, but the entertainment team were boring and unprofessional. They needed to improve their performance. Thank you for a great time in Egypt!

I've been to this hotel twice this year with my friend and daughter. I love it, but the biggest shoutout goes to the staff! Ibrahim, Wallid, Karim, and the front desk staff are top-notch! I think it's time for a third visit :) Miss u all! Dominika

Stayed here for 7 days and I can confidently say it is not a 5 star hotel, in my personal opinion I would give it 3 stars maximum. My personal experience: * rooms * clean but very old with visible signs of wear and tear, nothing to do with luxurious experience. Very old fashioned & in poor condition e.g. wood pieces coming off the cabinets, cables coming out of the air con panel, clearly well used bath tub what made me feel slighly disgusted. If you upgrade to see view it is exactly the same but with the view on the sea, which is the only advantage. ( view is beautiful) *resort area* overall very large resort, area is well maintained, regularly cleaned and well cared of although resort is very large and if you stay at the beach you will have to do 10min walk one way to the restaurant. *entertainment* they offer zumba, stretching, aqua aerobic classes which were nice. Animation team is very nice and engaging although evening shows were quite boring to me. *food* food was slightly dissapointing, pretty much same dishes every day with few variations throught the week. Large selection of sweets and salads although hot meals selection and meat dishes were very limited. On several days i was having same meal for breakfast and same for dinner due to limited variety. * staff * hotel staff is lovely, welcoming and helpful. All people I met were very friendly. * beach* clean with pretty coral reef. You can do snorkeling and diving. ( there is diving centre at the beach). Plenty of space although if you go to the beach after 10 o'clock you may struggle to find a space as it tends to be very busy. If you choose All inclusive option you have to keep in mind that there are some things you have to pay extra for : - some specific drinks are extra e.g Mohito $4 - shisha $4 - tea at the shisha station ( 10mtrs from restaurant where you get it free) $2 - freshly squeezed juice $2 - foam party $7 Etc. Overall, definitely not a 5* hotel and not a luxury experience. Considering all the extras you have to pay for which are included in other hotels, you can get better standard and experience elsewhere.

My stay at Parrotel Beach Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and relaxed atmosphere made me feel instantly welcome. The resort itself is beautiful lush gardens, clean pathways, and a stunning beachfront that feels like your own private paradise. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for the perfect getaway. A huge part of what made this holiday so special was the staff. I have to give the biggest shout-out to Sayed, beverage and restaurant manager. I honestly can’t big him up enough. Anything you needed, he was on it straight away. Nothing was ever too much trouble no request too big or too small. His kindness professionalism and genuine care for guests truly elevated the entire experience. He is a credit to the resort and a massive reason our stay was so memorable. The pool staff and kitchen staff were just as fantastic. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and hardworking. I didn’t have a single complaint about anyone. And on the rare occasion you had a minor issue, all you had to do was mention it and it was fixed immediately The level of service across the entire resort is truly top-tier The food was another highlight fresh, varied, and consistently delicious. Whether relaxing by the pool, strolling through the gardens, or enjoying a meal, everything felt easy, comfortable, and cared for. Parrotel Beach Resort exceeded every expectation. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and outstanding service. Thanks to the amazing team especially Sayed this was a holiday I’ll never forget I can’t recommend this place highly enough and I absolutely can’t wait to return!
