The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are well-kept, and the service is friendly and helpful. The waiters are friendly and smiling. The entertainers are chatty and encourage people to join in the fun, games, dancing, and active recreation. The food is very diverse, so everyone will surely find something they enjoy. The hotel is close to the airport, shops, cafes, pharmacies, and important city attractions. There are evening performances. There is a beautiful coral reef, and you can rent one in front of it; I recommend bringing your own. In winter, there is a shallow, heated pool for children – a big plus. The deep pool is not buried. There is also a jacuzzi "in a cave" – a beautiful place to relax and take photos. The renovated rooms are beautiful and clean. The rooms before the renovation need updating, but they are cleaned and the water is refilled daily. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere and a great stay.

We have stayed at the Parrotel Beach resort twice now and we love it there. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. We had a lovely room, it was cleaned every day and we received bottled water every day and a top up of tea and coffee and clean towels. The private beach is stunning. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner is good, the restaurant staff are hard working and make a real effort to ensure that you have everything you need. We would highly recommend this hotel .

Spent a week there from 23rd to 30th Jan 2026. Initial impression is very good. Lovely smart entrance to the hotel and reception area. Hotel staff were all excellent very friendly and helpful. Food was satisfactory. Hotel is only letdown by standard of the rooms. There were 4 of us and we had two rooms - both of which were very tired and in desperate need of some TLC. Cleanliness was superb throughout the complex and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Pools were lovely and snorkelling off the pier was amazing.

We have returned after spending 15 enjoyable days at this hotel. The location was excellent with shops outside within walking distance. The beach was very nice but rather rocky although using the pier it was possible to enjoy the water and the marine life up close. The resort is very spacious and a delight to walk around and the garden is well kept and maintained. The swimming pools are kept very clean. The pool staff are excellent and are always available to help. A special call out to Elsayed who was very helpful and pleasant. The outside bars are available all day and bar staff are always pleasant. Our accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. We had a problem with the sink which was promptly attended to. The room attendant was always pleasant and made us feel welcome, surprising us with daily towel animations. The restaurant was very clean, the food was very good and the selection was impressive although somewhat repetitive. Restaurant staff were amazing, going out of their way to be helpful and always made us feel very welcome. We met Abd EIRahman in the restaurant on many occasions, he was always pleasant and helpful and along with others did long shifts and worked hard and always with a smile. It cannot be emphasised enough how hard the staff work and cope with the long hours. We also met several managers who were also accessible and happy to help. The entertainment was ok and varied but was more directed towards audience participation. Altogether a great holiday thanks to everyone and 'we'll be back'.

This hotel is amazing. The staff can’t do enough for you they are very friendly and the entertainment team are the best Hager is the best and such a beautiful lovely lady. We can’t wait to come back in the new year. The security manager is so helpful. The bar staff are amazing with cocktails. I l oe don’t stay here ❤️
