The hotel is incredibly beautiful and elegant. The food is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is of a very high standard. The best part of the place is the animation team—especially Zeina and Asmaa—who are wonderful, respectful, and very skilled at organizing activities. Best location for everything you could need!! The coral reef is amazing and the beach is great! We have been twice and the level of friendliness and service is amazing. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the food is really good. Staff here really make your holiday. Dont miss out on an amazing holiday 😊

A real shame, because the beach itself is beautiful. We were actually staying at the Aqua Resort across the road but decided to spend a lot of our holiday at the Beach Resort. We certainly didn’t come over expecting something for nothing; we paid for excursions, hired a cabana on the beach, bought drinks and extras and generally didn’t spare a penny while we were here. Unfortunately, the attitude from the management completely ruined our impression of the hotel. There are a couple of genuinely lovely members of staff, and the excursion guys have been great with us. They deserve credit. But the management we encountered came across as greedy, lazy and strangely entitled, rather than welcoming people who are choosing to spend their holiday and money at their resort. What management seem to forget is that we are the guests. We’re on holiday, spending our hard earned money and expecting basic hospitality and respect in return. We weren’t asking for special treatment just to be treated like valued customers. The frustrating thing is that we were actually considering this resort as somewhere we could stay in the future because the beach and location are lovely. After experiencing the way it’s managed, I wouldn’t dream of booking a holiday here. Good facilities can make a hotel look impressive, but the way you treat people is what they remember when they leave. A massive shame, because with better management and the attitude of some of the good staff we met, this place could be fantastic.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Parrotel Beach Resort! Everything was excellent, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, and the whole resort had a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Stayed here 11 nights.Overall,it is a large resort with good sized pools (2 heated ones). The food is very repetitive,they was running out of glasses every now on then,sometimes the glasses came straight from the dishwasher and hot.Some glasses even with lipstick on them or sand.Very low on serving seafood for a 5 star resort located on the beach . I would suggest to serve beer in the entrance as there is always cold and they always have proper clean glasses.Some of the waiters was really rude.They were running out of beer on the beach every now and then.Pizza, i think even the supermarkets one have more toppings and better taste that the one which is situated near the "cave". Cocktails = the worst cocktails i ever tasted.(i mean no taste at all). The best thing about this hotel : Location,lobby entrance,beach, the heated pool in the cave,the events in the night (some really good ones and spectacular). Entertainment team trying their best to keep the people entertained .
