Best location for everything you could need!! The coral reef is amazing and the beach is great! We have been twice and the level of friendliness and service is amazing. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Honestly we had the best stay here during our holiday. Me, my husband and my young baby stayed here for a week and the treatment we received from the staff was just out of this world. You couldn’t ask for better treatment. The staff were all so kind and friendly and chatty, no matter what they always have smiles on their faces. They were all amazing with our son and always made sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Our room was amazing, modern, clean and more than enough space. The room service/cleaning was great, he would leave cool towel decorations each time he cleaned the room. We were transferred from reception to our room by the golf cart with suitcases and pushchair, abdullah was great and chatty with this. The bar staff were all friendly and approachable. The restaurant staff always have smiles on their faces, always distracting our son if he seemed stressed out. They were always working so hard on keeping everyone happy and keeping the restaurant clean. Overall the whole hotel was clean and tidy. Always someone around asking if you need anything. Ahmed who works between the bars and restaurants was fantastic and had some great conversations, all of the staff were so welcoming. The hotel is so big and has so much to do. In the restaurant and snack bar where we ate from, the food was great, there’s so much of a selection to choose from for breakfast, lunches and dinners. The hotel is very child friendly as mentioned above, all staff were always entertaining our son. There’s a beach at the end of the hotel and a pier where you can go snorkelling as the end. Loads of fish! 🐠 Again, can’t thank the staff enough. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope in the future we shall visit again.

Stayed here 11 nights.Overall,it is a large resort with good sized pools (2 heated ones). The food is very repetitive,they was running out of glasses every now on then,sometimes the glasses came straight from the dishwasher and hot.Some glasses even with lipstick on them or sand.Very low on serving seafood for a 5 star resort located on the beach . I would suggest to serve beer in the entrance as there is always cold and they always have proper clean glasses.Some of the waiters was really rude.They were running out of beer on the beach every now and then.Pizza, i think even the supermarkets one have more toppings and better taste that the one which is situated near the "cave". Cocktails = the worst cocktails i ever tasted.(i mean no taste at all). The best thing about this hotel : Location,lobby entrance,beach, the heated pool in the cave,the events in the night (some really good ones and spectacular). Entertainment team trying their best to keep the people entertained .

Me and my husband just come back from the holiday in Sharm el Sheikh .We did spend 10 nights in PARROTEL HOTEL and our time in there was super fantastic , the hotel Director and Manager was super friendly . The hotel was very clean, the food was very nice and the employees very friendly. The Manager from the Pool Bar and the all team was fantastic, every single one was very friendly and they look after you , very good people and they did make sure your time in there was to enjoy every minute, the animation team special Tokio was fantastic and funny. My score is 10/10 and I do recommended this hotel to anyone. I'll definitely love to go back one day

We have stayed at the Parrotel Beach resort twice now and we love it there. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. We had a lovely room, it was cleaned every day and we received bottled water every day and a top up of tea and coffee and clean towels. The private beach is stunning. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner is good, the restaurant staff are hard working and make a real effort to ensure that you have everything you need. We would highly recommend this hotel .
