The room is great. The food needs an upgrade. Excellent experience at the kids' pool! A special thanks to lifeguard Mr Mohamed Seddik for his outstanding work. He is extremely friendly with children, very helpful, and always attentive to their safety. His positive attitude and professionalism made the pool experience enjoyable and reassuring for both kids and parents.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Ahmed Salah, who looked after our room (3233). He did an excellent job keeping it spotless and tidy throughout our stay. We especially loved the beautiful towel animals he created each day, which added a lovely personal touch. He was always friendly and cheerful. We would also like to thank Mostofa from the waiting staff. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had drinks while relaxing by the pool. His excellent service was greatly appreciated. The only area that could be improved is the evening entertainment. We would have enjoyed having more activities and entertainment options available after dinner. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. It is a great place to stay, with excellent staff who really make the experience special.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The pools, aqua parks and beach were also very clean and very fun, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. I loved that that food/snacks/drinks were always available. Room service was excellent, so was check-in and check-out they were very quick and comfortable. The staff work hard to be present, helpful and to keep maintaining the cleanliness and function of all facilities. The food caused 0 stomach troubles and was generally good (make sure to try the burger place). There were very delicious mangoes available during dinner. My comment is that food should have more international variety such as Asian food (Chinese/japanese/Korean), or change the menu daily. There are 3 restaurants with almost the same exact menu every day which feels like a waste. The proteins (beef/chicken/fish/shrimp) lacked flavor due to no seasoning or spices. Also the wifi is extremely slow so I had to rely on my mobile data.

We had an amazing stay at Aqua Blue Resort in Sharm El Sheikh! The rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the water slides were absolutely amazing and so much fun! The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. They always made us feel comfortable and cared for. A very special thank you to Ebrihem and Bhar. They are truly the roses of the whole hotel 🌹. They were so sweet, helpful and friendly and made our stay even more special. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come back again! ❤️

Our family was absolutely delighted with our stay at your hotel! We will definitely come back and will highly recommend it to all our friends. The food was truly delicious! We would especially like to highlight the reception staff for their politeness, helpfulness, and professionalism. The room cleaning was also top-notch — the towel sculptures and fresh flower petals on top were an absolute masterpiece! A special shout-out goes to the lifeguards and the bar staff; they really work their hearts out and give 100%! Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back next year!!!
