We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and room service was efficient and reliable. The staff were very attentive and clearly care about cleanliness and the comfort of their guests. We would especially like to mention Sayed Aldawey, who was very helpful and did an excellent job maintaining the rooms. He was professional, kind, and made sure everything was always clean and in perfect condition. Overall, everything was very good, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Despite our flight delay and very late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Hady at the reception desk. His kindness immediately set a positive tone for our stay. We also appreciated that the restaurant operates until 3 a.m., which makes the resort convenient and enjoyable regardless of arrival time. The aquapark is perfectly designed for children—large enough to be exciting, yet compact enough for parents to comfortably supervise from one spot. Safety guards are present in every area and provide excellent support. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and the staff overall appear highly trained and professional compared to other resorts we have visited. The restaurants offer a wide variety of fresh vegetables and diverse menu options, which is ideal even for children who are picky eaters or have allergies. The resort’s proximity to the airport makes it easily accessible and convenient for exploring other parts of the region. The private beach is definitely a highlight, offering additional activities and a more exclusive atmosphere. We would gladly return and highly recommend this resort to families.

Excellent hotel with very good service. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and everything was organized properly throughout our stay. The staff was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Mahmud, who took care of our room 6521 for all 7 days. He did his job very responsibly, was always kind, attentive, and professional. It was clear that he genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. We were very satisfied with our stay and would confidently recommend this hotel to others.

My first time in Egypt with family at pickalbatros palace resort. I didn’t expect this resort is phenomenal and their services are excellent. The staffs are so thoughtful and polite. The waiters keep coming up to us and make sure everything is okay. I’ve been to many holidays and I do not receive good services like this resort. They look after you and treat you with respect. I really enjoyed my trip there my daughters love going swimming there and we all had amazing time. Didn’t want to leave as we only stayed for 7 days. Definitely would go back again and I’ll recommend it to my family and friends to go to this resort. If you want to explore more you must stay for 10 days. All inclusive is so worth the money. The food is great especially the food court and Sopranos if you want good breakfast and snacks.

There is a great kids’ area that kept our little one entertained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Azouz Gamal.
