We had a wonderful stay at the hotel from October 6th to 13th, and everything was perfect! Our room (2183) was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location was excellent, with everything close by and easy to reach. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Taha, who took great care of our room and kept everything clean and tidy. He also surprised us with some amazing towel creations that made our stay even more special! 😊 We truly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again!

We spent 10 wonderful days at this resort, and everything was simply fantastic: from the beautiful location and stunning sea to the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to all the staff, who were always kind, friendly, smiling, and helpful. In particular, the restaurant staff stood out for their fast service, professionalism, and attentiveness to guests. Our room was always spotlessly clean and maintained with great attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to Mamohud, who surprised us every day with beautiful and creative towel decorations on our bed. These thoughtful little touches always brought a smile to our faces and made our stay even more special. An unforgettable holiday at a wonderful resort that we highly recommend. We truly hope to come back again soon!

We have just returned from our holiday at royal Moderna in sharm. We stayed for two weeks. We have visited sharm lots of times over the last few years. The hotel and grounds were spotless during our stay , our room 2140 although a bit dated was kept very clean by Ali ( our cleaner) . He was friendly and polite, everyday we had a different towel art on our bed . Thanks Ali . Unfortunately the tv only had 1 English movie channel. We usually have 3/4 when we stay in Egypt so this wasn’t so great. The pools all look nice but we chose the main pool as it was quieter and just a few steps from our room . We don’t really drink but the bar staff kept us topped up with drinks and tea . Thank you Maged Unfortunately the food was not to our liking. Often chicken or fish . I don’t eat these , we were given use of the White Elephant restaurant for our entire stay , but found the food in here terrible so decided to not go in there again , but I did find something most days which I could eat in the east west restaurant. Once again the staff in here looked after us . Big thanks to Yahia . He checked on us everyday and would get us anything we asked for . They honestly can’t do enough for anybody. If you like chicken or fish I’m sure you would be happy though. We didn’t use the coffee shop but it did look nice in there tbh . The entertainment was also not to our liking as it consisted of a children’s disco every night for the 1st hour .if you have children I’m sure they would love it . We didn’t stay out for long in the evening but Mohamed in the upstairs bar kept our drinks flowing. Thanks Mohamed. We had reception ring our room virtually everyday to see if we were ok . Sometimes this was a pain because we were often having a snooze and would wake us up . But they really did seem to care . The beach was nice with very shallow waters . You can get to the reef via the long jetty . Lots of beautiful fish to see . The water was lovely and warm . Excellent. There was lots of Russian guest and not many English. I’m sure people need holidays no matter where you a from . Though some of people were quite loud . I had a hair cut and wet shave in the barber shop inside the spa . Excellent work by Mo . Recommended. We got to keep our room free of charge until 7pm on our final day and were also given a free airport transfer with the hotel car . Very nice of the manager to do that for us . Overall we had a nice stay at this hotel .its clean and staff work amazingly hard , but unfortunately the food / entertainment was not up to what we have previously experienced in sharm , maybe we are just picky , but I do not see us returning to this hotel in the future.

Your hotel is fantastic and the room you allocated us was perfect. The accommodation, food, service and staff service was far beyond expectation, the work ethic shown by your team was amazing, they all worked hard, they were always happy to help and offer advice and everyone smiled at every guest. I would like for you to pass on a special thank you to Mr. Amr Gohar who looked after us and our room throughout our stay. He really was a lovely man and was always friendly and respectful to us. There is not one thing that I would have changed or asked to be done differently. Every day spent at and in the hotel was perfect

Wow, what a holiday! 🇪🇬❤️ Egypt has most definitely stolen my heart. The hotel itself was fantastic, but what made this holiday so special were the incredible people who work here. 🥰 Every single member of staff we interacted with went above and beyond. From the cleaners, waiters, lifeguards, reception staff, animation team and security – literally everyone – you have all been amazing. I genuinely don’t want to leave! A huge shout-out has to go to Dimoo from the animation team. 😊 From the very first day, you made us feel so welcome, and Jaxson absolutely adores you! Your energy and personality bring the whole animation team to life – it just isn’t the same without you there. Never change and keep being you! 😎 Another big thank you to Lou, Koija and Toota from the animation team. You were all absolutely brilliant and made every day so much fun. Thank you so much! 🙏 A massive shout-out to the best waiters ever! ❤️ Osama Ahmed at the bottom pool was always smiling and couldn’t do enough for us. We never had to move for a drink, and he always kept us laughing. Thank you for looking after us so well. 🥰 Esmat at Alfredo’s – what can I say? You treated my parents as though they were your own family and went above and beyond every single time. Your kindness meant so much to all of us. Thank you! And finally, the best lifeguard ever, Ahmed Atef. What an absolute gentleman! Every morning you made sure we were all set up for the day with towels and sunbeds ready by the pool, and you had us laughing constantly. Thank you for everything! This holiday wasn’t just made amazing by the beautiful hotel or the sunshine – it was made unforgettable by the incredible people who work here. Thank you all so much for making memories we’ll never forget. We will definitely be back! ❤️🇪🇬
