We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Sharm El Sheikh. Our original family room was a bit small for our family, but after speaking with the reception, Mr. Ahmed, the manager, was extremely understanding and helpful. He promised to arrange a better room the next day and kept his word by upgrading us to a spacious Royal Suite. Throughout our stay, Mr. Ahmed regularly checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything, which we really appreciated. The aqua park was fantastic and provided hours of fun for the children. The food was very good, with plenty of variety every day, and the hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Thank you to Mr. Ahmed and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Albatros Royal Moderna. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The pools, beach, and facilities were outstanding and very well maintained. The atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation so special. I highly recommend Albatros Royal Moderna to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday experience, and I will definitely come back again.

A lovely hotel, very clean and lovely room. The staff are all fabulous noting is too much trouble all very helpful and genuinely happy doing what they can yo make the guests stay memorable. The only negative is the food I would say it is average to poor definitely not what I would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. Comments from guests who have been a few times mentioned the quality of the food has gone downhill. Such a shame as it is so good in every other aspect.

The kids loved the aqua park. The beach was beautiful. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was excellent especially Ahmed as the reception desk, Bassem the night manager, and Mohamed from housekeeping. The highlight of this place is definitely its welcoming and amazing staff. We will definitely consider coming back in the future. Thanks for everything!

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Osama Ahmed at the Olympic bar is always happy to help, excellent. Mohamed Adel in the restaurant looked after us and provided excellent service. All the staff are wonderful, happy and friendly. Mahmoud in the sports bar and Columbus bar - wonderful! Lobby bar staff all excellent too - too many names to mention. Food is always great quality and excellent choice. You can always find something and all the chefs are also very happy to help.
