The hotel is very modern and features a number of big pools along with the water park (this is the best waterpark within a hotel that I have seen). I appreciate the fact that sinners in this hotel are not allowed to be reserved especially in the morning time, this allows you to relax knowing knowing you will find somewhere near the pool no matter the time you get up. The pool bars are well stocked with brand name alcohol none of the cheaper copies and the staff can make a wide variety of cocktails and drinks. The waterpark has a number of slides, 8 in total and they are suitable for kids. My daughter is 11 and enjoyed all of them as did I. I really enjoyed the lion king show it is very nice and well put together, it happens every 2 weeks so if it is on then I recommend you go too it. The car rental by George cars within the hotel were very good and I got a 2 days car rental not problem there. I appreciate the outdoor area terrace near the pool is divided between smoking and non smoking as a none smoker I prefer not to be around others smoking. There is a shop within the hotel where you can buy things for the pool, some souvenirs or some snacks etc, it is a good overall stocked shop. The access to the beach is easy through the tunnels from the hotel and there are plenty of sunbeds to use there too. I highly recommend booking the à la carte restaurants as it is a nice experience with very nice service and different food options to try compared to the regular buffet. The cocktails they serve at the à la carte restaurant are very good too. Overall I had a very nice stay for 1 week here 🙂

Absolutely brilliant stay at Princess Adriana Resort. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept, the pools are huge and never felt overcrowded, and the beach is right on your doorstep. The waterpark was great fun too, and the ice cream parlour went down a treat. Rooms were spotless and cleaned to a really high standard every day. The food deserves a special mention, with great variety at the buffet and lovely à la carte options. Staff throughout were genuinely warm and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Would happily return and would recommend it to anyone after a relaxing break with excellent service.

Amazing stay! Rooms very clean daily. Buffet restaurants a little repetitive but still nice enough for an all inclusive. Drinks absolutely fine. À la carte restaurants unreal, amazing food! Special mention to the Italian. Please send my thanks to Valerie and make sure this gets back to her. I was with a group and didn’t like Japanese food so took myself for a table for one to the Italian she was so friendly and helpful and get me a table as I didn’t have a reservation, her service was 10/10 great personality and made me feel welcome instantly, thankyou so much! Overall I loved this hotel, such a clean place no issue with food and for someone who has a weak stomach I didn’t have any problems at all! Cleaners very friendly too and always made our room spotless without fail. Soft drinks and beer/water replaced daily. Everything was really affordable that wasn’t included. Well done and thankyou on such a great stay! Hopefully we will come back in the future. The only slight issue around the pool area is very slippy compared to other places I’ve visited, so please be careful and maybe have a look at making this better!

We had a week family holiday at the Andriana hotel and Spa, including 2 children aged 12 and 13. We've been on numerous AI holidays in the past and I was curious as to how a 5* hotel would deliver AI. We though this to be a very good hotel worthy of its 5* rating and well worth the additional cost. The rooms are spacious and the hotel spotless throughout. The staff were all lovely, providing excellent customer service. There were always enough staff behind the bars so you never had to wait long to be served. The choices of drinks was good and served with a smile. The hospitality/ entertainment team worked hard all day providing entertainment for all ages. The main pool is about 80 meters long so even though this is a large hotel complex with lots of guests the pool never seemed that full even when pool games /activities were taking place. The evening entertainment was varied and good quality, we loved the lion king show and our grandson particularly enjoyed the football sessions every evening. The Spa is for adults only so was never crowded and is a nice place for a quiet swim or to relax. The food was excellent with lots of choice. The speciality restaurants are well worth a visit and, if you like cocktails make sure you visit the moonlight cocktail bar. In summary a great holiday.

Far from a 5 star luxury resort! Utterly mis sold *Photos to be added soon* hotel images do not reflect this hotel accurately at all! The road noise in the most expensive rooms is unbearable… don’t book a sea view as it the staff car park, a road view where if you squint, you can just about see the ocean, however they will upgrade you a ‘quieter room’ on the beach for €72 per night… where the road noise is just as significant, and you can’t see the beach, another 5 minute walk and you’ll get there. You will be offered complimentary bbq and late check out (late check out is €274) for your issues (every family we have met that has complained has had this) but this will be taken back off you if you don’t agree to full and final settlement of your complaint and leave the hotel a good review! This hotel needs to reinvest the extortionate amount of money it charges, the hotel furniture is ripped torn and tatty, its unclean, poorly kept and dangerous (parasols are not fastened into the concrete bases and we witnessed injuries due to strong winds throwing the parasols 20 feet in the air and plummeting back down, the kids beds are like prison mattresses, my son is now sleeping on the sofa, outdoor furniture is rusty, tired and generally just looks cheap and crap, the pool restaurant and our balcony is absolutely swarmed with ants, we haven’t had a full nights sleep since we arrived due to road noise and pool pump noise. There is absolutely nothing going on for the kids in the daytime and entertainment crew and quite literally nowhere to be seen! And the evening entertainment is appalling, family entertainment with young children was the full Monty strip show and men humping the stage in thongs… hardly appropriate! The staff need customer service training and the hotel needs re assessing for its rating - for the cost of what we have now paid, we could have done top end luxury in the Caribbean, instead we are stuck in Rhodes version of a Benidorm 3 star holiday under the disguise of a luxurious 5 star ultra all inclusive beach resort. Save your money and book somewhere else… we have spoken to 5 families while we have been here also complaining and we have seen endless queues of more families with their reps complaining too Absolute scam!
