Amazing, just amazing. Everything about this hotel is perfect. Even though we went towards the end of the season (October) you wouldn't have been able to tell. The staff where extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We have been to other hotels at the end of season and have not been met with the same service. The food had a wide delicious variety. Everything was labelled to let you know if there weren't any types of allergens. The other restaurants on site where just as luxurious as the main buffet restaurant. The entertainment was fabulous. Easy access to the local bus to Lindos and Rhodes old town. Beautiful pebble beach. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I can't wait to come back again. Thank you to all the members of staff for making out holiday as wonderful as it was.

Lovely hotel, generally friendly staff, but our visit was right at the end of the season and some staff had obviously worked for a long time. Only one main, self-service restaurant, but it was the best all-inclusive food we've ever had. The speciality restaurants were small and incredibly difficult to book, we tried as soon as we arrived!! The beach was a short walk, it had sunbeds, lifeguard and there was a snack bar. The water slides at the hotel were in 3 categories according to height. There was plenty of choice of pools. The rooms were spacious and modern, with tea-making facilities (a must for me), the mini-bar seemed to be topped up most days. The only thing I'd really moan about was the volume of the evening entertainment around the pool. We had our four year old granddaughter and 6 month old grandson in the party, our granddaughter particularly complained about the noise when she was settling down to sleep. Location is great if you just want to stay in site. Lindos is 15 - 20 minutes away and well worth a visit, but Rhodes town is about 1 hour 10 minutes away and the airport about an hour by private transfer (€90-100). I'd recommend staying but if you've got small children I wouldn't want to overlook the main swimming pool.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in the middle of October & overall it was very good, but unfortunately not really a 5 star. Little things let it down, such as the 3 occasions we had soup it was lukewarm; & being told in the Mexican restaurant that they didn't have bread, to go with the soup. At the beach bar I had to ask for butter to go with the bread rolls every time. Apart from that on the whole food in the buffet was good & always plenty of variety. The highlight of the holiday was the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately we arrived after midnight, as the transfer is very long, having about 8 drop offs on the way; we were told there was a sandwich in the fridge, which was a dry cheese sandwich on white bread, which we couldn't eat! Some fruit (such as a banana) would have been nice. Housekeeping was disappointing (see the photo of how the bed was left on 2 occasions). The beach area is nice & accessed via a tunnel directly from the hotel, & there are plenty of sun beds. We wouldn't return, but mainly because the hotel is too big for us & very noisy with school age children, despite it being term time. Unfortunately there isn't really anywhere to walk in the evenings & nowhere quiet to sit with a drink. The main area to have a drink in the evening is the reception area, which gets very noisy. It was too cold to sit outside unfortunately, where most of the seating area is.

Dear Hotel Management and All Staff, We wanted to extend our sincerest gratitude for making our week-long stay, from October 11th to October 18th, a truly wonderful and memorable experience. The level of service we received from every member of your team was truly outstanding. We were consistently impressed by the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Specifically, we would like to recognize a few individuals who went above and beyond: Vasilis at the Lobby Bar, Katerina at the All Day Bar, and Mario and Denis at the Pool Bar – your excellent service and positive energy made our days much brighter. A special thank you to the entire teams at the Moonlight, BBQ, Mexican, and Italian à la carte restaurants for preparing such delicious and high-quality food. Every dining experience was a pleasure! We also greatly appreciate the Reception team for their quick and efficient assistance when we needed to change our room. That immediate support truly shows your commitment to guest comfort. Beyond the specific mentions, the overall quality of the service and the delicious, varied food were highlights of our holiday. Thank you once again to everyone for your hard work and dedication. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. We are already looking forward to visiting again! With warmest regards,Rimas&friends❤️

We stayed here 3 years ago for our wedding with a group of 50 friends. It was perfect. Amazing service, unreal food etc. however we decided to come back with our daughter and it really disappointed. The service and the staff are 90% amazing! However it is not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast choices are very small and should have a lot more fresh cooking stations. We did ask for some fresh eggs to be cooked however the chef just pointed at the tray of old eggs that had been sat there for 20 minutes! Not really a 5 star service! The American restaurant we were served a rock solid bun on our burger and the meat was all mushy!! The Italian restaurant was nothing Italian about it. A carbonara that was just made of bland cream! The bbq was amazing however!! However if you wanted to eat the bbq twice you have to pay additionally!! The newly built waterpark was also great for children!! Hotel seems dated and unloved! Would we come back ?! Probably not!
