This hotel enjoys an excellent location. Using the covered skywalk next to the hotel, you can easily walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in about 5 minutes and the Petronas Twin Towers in around 15 minutes. Most of Bukit Bintang's major attractions are also within comfortable walking distance. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The reception staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The gym was not very large, but it was well equipped and perfectly adequate for a workout. The swimming pool, however, could use some improvement. There were not enough sunbeds available, and the pool area seemed to require a bit more maintenance. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Happy Hour at the lounge on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the selection of hot dishes, cocktails, and other refreshments was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. It was by far the most enjoyable facility in the hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of the lounge staff, but I would like to sincerely thank them for their excellent service and warm hospitality. One thing worth noting is that bottled drinking water is not provided in the room. Instead, each room is equipped with a water purifier, so I would recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to make the most of this convenient and environmentally friendly feature. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was how flexible and accommodating they were whenever I needed assistance. The service was excellent, the rooms were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our four-night stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre exceeded our expectations and reminded us why we continue to choose Accor hotels wherever we travel. As Accor members, we particularly appreciated access to the Premier Lounge. Enjoying breakfast there each morning was a relaxing way to start the day, and returning each afternoon for the complimentary cocktails and delicious canapés was a real highlight of our stay. The lounge provides a peaceful atmosphere, quality food and beverages, and excellent hospitality. The standout member of the team was Rubel, who looks after the Premier Lounge. He is the perfect example of humble, genuine hospitality. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he welcomed every guest with a warm smile, kindness and professionalism. His attention to detail and quiet dedication ensured everyone felt valued and cared for. Team members like Rubel make a lasting impression and are a tremendous asset to both Novotel and the Accor brand. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous and eager to help. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur, with shopping, dining and the KLCC precinct all within easy reach. Thank you to Rubel and the entire Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre team for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We highly recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Novotel is an excellent hotel that I have ever been to, and it could be on my top 3 list. The hotel overall is so nice, including the room cleaning, the vibe, the environment, and the receptionists. The hotel is near to Pavilion department store, KLCC, and downtown Bukit Bintang. You can grab a lot of food at Jalan Alor, which is only a 10-minute walk away from Novotel. A quick reminder for everyone, the traffic there is not that well-organized, it is not that easy to find a crosswalk, so you have to pay attention when crossing the road. Moreover, here is a small tip for those planning to stay in Novotel. If you would like take the KL monorail, please get off at Bukit Bintang, it would be convenient for those who carry heavy luggage. I would like to give a special thanks to the receptionist, Sharwin. He is so kind and is willing to help the visitor. He showed his patience to us. We even ask him many questions, and he is patient to answer us. We ask him about his pocket list of grocery stores to buy souvenir. He gave us three of them at the beginning; however, we couldn’t find them in Malaysia. We then asked him for another recommended grocery stores, and he indeed gave us another three. I am so thankful that I could meet an enthusiastic receptionist during my trip in Malaysia. Finally, I would like to make a small wish that the body wash set could be brought for sale again in the future.

The breakfast buffet was particularly outstanding and absolutely worth including with your stay. The location is also convenient and close to the Pavilion and the Petronas Twin Towers, although it’s a bit of a walk. I would recommend using a Grab or your own vehicle to get around. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t offer much of a view, as nearby buildings block most of it. Overall, I would happily stay here again, especially for the excellent service, fantastic restaurant, and delicious breakfast.
