We recently visited the Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand for a dinner outing, and it turned into a truly enjoyable experience for both me and my wife. The hotel has a classy and relaxing ambiance, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The highlight of our evening was the exceptional service at the restaurant. Sonia and Sreerag took great care of us with genuine friendliness and professionalism. They were attentive to every detail, always smiling, and ensured we had a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the hospitality made the night special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a memorable evening.

Beautiful and well managed hotel, rooms are spacious and well appointed. Comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean rooms with well maintained facilities. Friendly staff who engage with customers, two reception staff, Anfaal and Lavaz recognised us and welcomed us back when we arrived back after a week away. This just made us sure that we'd picked the right hotel to stay in. Breakfast is excellent and the staff there also chat when available to make customers feel welcomed, ensure their comfort and see if there is anything further that they can do to enhance your stay. 6 stars out 5 for me!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive — they truly made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. The room was absolutely beautiful, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Every detail felt luxurious and thoughtfully prepared. The breakfast was also amazing with such a great variety of delicious food and excellent service. There’s a reason I’m a VIP member with Radisson — the level of hospitality and care is always exceptional, and this stay was no different. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat!

Had a truly remarkable experience at Bab Al Hind, Radisson Collection, Muscat. The food, hospitality, ambience, and soothing instrumental music were absolutely mind-blowing. A special thanks to Umesh and Sakila for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They suggested some of the best dishes from the menu and were extremely soft-spoken, kind-hearted, and attentive throughout our visit. We were 3 vegetarian families visiting together, and we were pleasantly surprised to find so many delicious vegetarian options available. The food quality was unmatched, the staff was very cooperative, and the overall dining experience was outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and wonderful hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Collection. From the very friendly greeting we received from the Valet and the amazing check-in counter it started our week great. We enjoyed utilizing the Lounge access and Nilou, the amazing lounge staff, was always there to greet us with a smile and friendly conversation. She was amazing. She even chilled our glasses for us knowing we would be here the following evening. That friendly hospitality is what you can expect with your stay here. The lounge food was also 5 star and delicious. We enjoyed the daily breakfast as well and would highly recommend this property on your stay.
