We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hormuz Grand Muscat. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A very special thanks to Faisal at the reception for making our check-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Faisal went above and beyond to assist us, answered all our questions with patience, and ensured that we were comfortable from the very beginning. His helpful attitude and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The overall service from the staff was excellent, but Faisal’s exceptional support really stood out. He is a true asset to the hotel! We highly recommend Hormuz Grand Muscat to anyone visiting Oman, and we will definitely return again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! 🌟

We had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Collection. From the very friendly greeting we received from the Valet and the amazing check-in counter it started our week great. We enjoyed utilizing the Lounge access and Nilou, the amazing lounge staff, was always there to greet us with a smile and friendly conversation. She was amazing. She even chilled our glasses for us knowing we would be here the following evening. That friendly hospitality is what you can expect with your stay here. The lounge food was also 5 star and delicious. We enjoyed the daily breakfast as well and would highly recommend this property on your stay.

Had a wonderful dining experience at OMNY Restaurant, Hormuz, while dining in with visiting guests. The ambience, food quality, and overall service made it a truly memorable evening. Special appreciation to Sivakumar, the Restaurant Manager, for his excellent hospitality and attention to detail. A big thank you as well to Ajit and Sajjad for their warm service, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our visit. OMNY is a perfect place to host guests and enjoy a refined dining experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Hormuz Hotel for more than 30 days, and Chef Mohammed Abbasisian truly made the experience exceptional. He is extremely polite, professional, and always surprised us with beautifully prepared dishes. One standout was the grilled fish with his signature sauce—absolutely delicious. He also prepared various grilled dishes for us, including Iranian grills and other styles such as lamb chops, steak, and chicken. Everything was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and balanced with minimal spices that really let the quality of the ingredients shine. I’ve tried some of the best Iranian, Turkish, and Lebanese restaurants in Muscat, but I can honestly say Chef Mohammed’s grills are something different and truly memorable.

Recently our company’s 2-day training program has been conducted at the Radisson hotel muscat, and we are very pleased with the overall hospitality and service provided. Albin & team was very responsive to our requirements throughout the program. Tea breaks and lunch were served on time, and the quality of food was excellent. The variety and taste were appreciated by all participants. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness in both the training hall and common areas during the entire program. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel for corporate meetings and training programs. We look forward to meet the team again.
