The animation team was one of the highlights of our stay! They were incredibly friendly, energetic, and always made everyone feel welcome without being pushy. There were fun activities throughout the day and entertaining evening shows that created a great atmosphere for guests of all ages. A big thank you to the team for their enthusiasm, professionalism, and for making our holiday even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

We booked two sea view rooms. Our room's air con started to blow in stinky air. They tried to fix it but they just can't, so we were sat in a stinky room. The other room's air con just stopped working.(they fixed it, but we cannot adjust the temperature after that) I gave 3 stars for the rooms, because they needs maintenance, and all two rooms had issues. The internet is really slow. I believe a minimum for a 4 star hotel is to have decent rooms, with good wifi,(we asked for refurbished), but our rooms looked a bit tired... But this was all of the corrective feedback. The staff is brilliant, the best I ever seen, polite, always smiling. The entertainments are really good. The food is ok. The beach is the best. All together the hotel is ok, the staff and location is the best. I definitely recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) — Incredible reef, food, and shows, but keep an eye on logistics! PROS: Coral Reef: Unbelievable marine life! A paradise for snorkeling. Attentive lifeguards on duty. Food & Service: Delicious and varied buffet (loved the soups and theme nights). Special thanks to Ahmed the waiter for his incredible hospitality and warmth! He deserves a promotion! Entertainment (10/10): High-quality evening shows at Garden Bar, stunning acrobatics, and a fantastic live orchestra near the main bar (every day except Thursday). Check-in & Room: Clean Superior Pool View room with bathrobes. A huge plus: they allowed us to eat breakfast right after our morning arrival before check-in. CONS & WARNINGS: ⚠️ On-Site Clinic Warning: The hotel clinic refused standard travel insurance and asked for $100 cash for 2 stitches after a cut from a surgeonfish. Call your insurance directly instead — they sent us to a professional hospital with full care for just our $30 deductible. Luggage Service: At check-out, staff left our bags (with chocolate gifts) under the hot sun for 30 minutes until we firmly insisted on moving them to the cool luggage room. Minor Details: Beach shuttle runs too infrequently, and beach umbrellas need updating. Verdict: Highly recommended for the reef, food, and entertainment, but be proactive with your insurance and luggage!

We had a wonderful stay at Reef Oasis Beach Resort! The hotel has beautiful surroundings, a lovely beach, and amazing views of the Red Sea. The food was varied, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. It is a great place for a holiday, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

This hotel is one of the best hotels we've been to lately. The location is exceptional. The beach is amazing. The deluxe pool view room was an excellent choice especially with a little kid who also enjoyed their super fun aqua club! Food was delicious and their Giancoda restaurant has a very beautiful atmosphere! The only comment we have is about the kids aqua club's pool floor that needs maintenance. Nevertheless, we had a great time and the animation team was also amazing. We simply did not want to leave. Will definitely be back.
