Had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Doha. The main thing holding it back from 5 stars was the room. It was very quirky and felt a little dated in places, with some unusual colour choices, and overall it didn’t quite have the polished, luxurious feel I normally feel when I’ve stayed at other Ritz hotels. The main pool was also closed for refurbishment during my stay. I was aware of this when booking, so it wasn’t a surprise, and the hotel did provide access to the pools at its sister properties which was appreciated. Though there was some confusion with the shuttle schedule. The beach however was fantastic - small but great vibes. Where the hotel really excelled was the service. Saniya from Guest Relations was absolutely amazing and genuinely made my stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her - she helped with everything I needed and went out of her way to make sure I had a fantastic experience. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was also delicious and something I really looked forward to each morning. Overall would recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A very special thank you to (Aigerim) for her outstanding customer service. I had a concern regarding my stay, and she handled it exceptionally well by upgrading my reservation, which made my experience much more enjoyable and satisfying. Thanks to her efforts and the excellent service provided by the team, this hotel will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Qatar. Highly recommended! .

Great hospitality, and everything was excellent. The only issue was that the swimming pool was out of service. However, the hotel compensated by providing complimentary access to the swimming pools at The Messila, Sharq Village, and Sheraton for its guests, which was a thoughtful alternative.

I recently spent 8 nights at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha to celebrate my 22nd birthday, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were generously upgraded to an Executive Suite, which made our stay even more special. On my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a beautiful tray decorated with balloons and a birthday cake, and later that evening they sent another cake to the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly celebrated. The breakfast was outstanding every morning, with an excellent selection and fantastic quality. The private beach was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, and the beach buggies were always quick and efficient, making it easy to get around the resort. Most importantly, every single member of staff we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and hospitable. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference and created such a memorable stay. This was my first time staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, and I have honestly never experienced hospitality quite like this before. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

Booked this hotel through an agency for a 3 night stopover on return from a wider holiday. The outdoor pool was closed which the travel agency failed to inform us about and we were only advised about upon check in. Was not an ideal situstion considering we were travelling with kids. The staff looked after us and provided lunch whilst they looked for some alternatives for us. Provided the option for full board or an alternative Ritz Carlton hotel for us. We chose to transfer to another and it was actually brilliant. Received amazing after care service from Maria Ciraci, who personally called me and took care of everything and my concerns. Brilliant service in the end. Look forward to experiencing the hotel on my next visit as the place and rooms looked great.
