A truly amazing experience during a short stay. First and foremost, the staff. Every single interaction we had during the stay was exemplary. Everyone was just friendly and wanting to help, with no exceptions. The facilities themselves are outstanding. Beautiful reception area open plan with stairs down to the Laguna restaurant and French restaurant. We are only at the laguna and the food quality and variety was outstanding (and the staff again). Our room was a really good size. Bed was supremely comfortable and we had a balcony looking out to the marina. Pool area was outstanding and very cleverly done. One continous pool but split in a way to have differentiated sections for children and family vs adults. Sign in, complimentary sun creme and then have a towels setup for tour bed of choice along with a small cool box with water and ice! Wifi was pretty consistent throughout the facilities. Complete and utter recommend.

I could say it is really a five star hotel. Great service in all aspects (dining, checking in, special requests, housekeeping, beach/pool side etc). Staff are all helpful and welcoming. Quality breakfast buffet, nice rooms and stunning view. It was busy when we stayed in this hotel due to eid. Pool and beach are small if they have 95% guests. Pool and beach also closes a bit early than usual. Elevators could be busy. We can hear noises from people outside in our room and moving furnitures/ walking with heels from neighboring rooms. It is hard to sleep but we just used white noise. I suggest for the hotel to have covered outdoor playground. Hotel garden has space for it. It is a family hotel, saw a lot of children but their kids club is small. Free internet is a bit slow and needs reconnection daily. In summary, our stay was good. We came to celebrate our anniversary at the same time have a short break. It was our first time in Qatar and Ritz Carlton gave us good experience. Although it could be improved.

Although we only stayed for one night and arrived quite late, the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. The service was immaculate, and a special thank you to Maria, who truly saved the day for the kids. They wanted more time to enjoy the facilities, and she kindly helped extend our stay so they could make the most of it. Her kindness and hospitality made a huge difference to our experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the The Ritz-Carlton Doha during our honeymoon and it was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional from start to finish, from the warm welcome at check in to recognising and greeting us throughout our entire 2 day stay, which made everything feel incredibly personal and memorable. A special thank you to Hamza and Maryam, who were both absolutely exceptional and played a huge part in making our stay so memorable. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. They also went above and beyond to enhance our honeymoon stay by decorating our room with balloons and petals on the bed, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. The breakfast and facilities were phenomenal, the location was perfect, and the views of the Doha skyline were absolutely stunning. We also dined at B-Lounge Doha within the hotel and the food was absolutely delicious. Every part of the stay exceeded our expectations and we genuinely cannot wait to return.

Rooms and bathrooms are a great size! We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby). Our room had a massive bed, an extra single bed and a baby cot and there was still more than enough room to walk around. The bathroom was a good size too, had a bathtub and a separate shower. Everything about this hotel is 5* the location is okay but there is not much around. But getting a taxi is super easy. There's buffet breakfast which is super nice with a variety of food and they cater to your needs. Would definitely recommend going earlier as it gets quite busy then you have to wait for your drinks/eggs order. We would especially like to thank our waiter on 5th and 6th Feb for being so attentive and taking care of us all! We cannot remember his name very well but it was something like Dewie from Bali and he was always serving us outside. He always had a smile on his face and made sure we had everything we needed before we could even ask! Amazing service from him making it so memorable! There's a kids club with a small ball bit and other things to keep little ones entertained which we loved! We would like to thank the ladies at kids club especially Loubna who did an amazing job keeping our son entertained and happy and thank you for the leaving gifts! Lastly Yamin/Yamine from reception who was so welcoming and accommodating! She made our room super cute for the little ones and always checked on us to make sure everything was good, she went above and beyond for us which made our stay super special ♥️
