We came to Rixos Gulf Hotel for a quick three-day staycation to celebrate my mum's belated 50th birthday. Initially, we were simply looking forward to a relaxing getaway, but our stay became even more special thanks to Sonia. When we checked in, Sonia came up with the brilliant idea of arranging a beautiful birthday room decoration for my mum. We coordinated the best time for the room to be decorated, and all I had to do was send her a few photos. She took care of everything else. The room looked absolutely gorgeous, and my mum was completely surprised—in the best way possible! It made her birthday celebration so much more memorable, and we couldn't have been happier. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. We also visited the spa and enjoyed the most amazing hammam ritual—an absolute highlight of our stay. I highly recommend Rixos Gulf Hotel. A huge thank you to Sonia (she is a superstar! 🌟) and the entire team for going above and beyond to make our stay so special and memorable. We can't wait to return!

The service was exceptional and staff member who assisted us was very professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. They ensured that everything was perfect, responded promptly to our requests. Their positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel is an excellent choice, especially for families with children who are looking for an all-inclusive experience. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for a short getaway. The only area that could be improved is the dinner at the Farm House restaurant. While the food was delicious, the main course included in the all-inclusive package was different from the à la carte menu, and the portion size was quite small. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience.

A great experience spent at the Rixos Gulf Hotel - Doha. We are a family of 3 (two year old toddler). We decided to spend the Eid at Rixos and opted for the All-Inclusive package. It is important to note, this is not truly an all inclusive resort as you would expect from Rixos in Turkey. Being an All inclusive guest gives you access to the following ONLY: 1- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Farmhouse restaurant. 2- Dinner at their steakhouse resturant (limited to a set All inclusive menu). 3- snacks and beverages at the pool bar (fresh drinks e.g. juices, coconut water are excluded). They have a cafe at the lobby, but this is subject for payment (even if you are an all inclusive guest). We were told we can get snacks and drinks between 12am-2am only since this is an off-peak timing which was quite odd to hear. There is a decent kids club with friendly staff that made our little one enjoy his time indoors (especially when the weather was really hot). Many thanks to Miss Sibel for her outstanding efforts in making our experience memorable. The food in general was good and tasteful but rather sub-par for Rixos standards. We observed throughout the various areas that the resort is considerably understaffed (in the restaurants, kids club and pool area) which was notably causing overwhelming stress for the employees. We understand this was likely caused due to staff shortages, but we would expect the management to be mindful that reducing your staff while still accepting the maximum hotel capacity could impact the guest experience negatively which is why we could not allow ourselves to give this experience 5 stars. Nonetheless, it was a memorable experience and an enjoyable time we had at Rixos Gulf Doha.

We celebrated our child’s birthday at Marina Restaurant at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha, and it was a wonderful event. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and supportive, which made the celebration successful and enjoyable. The pool area was clean, and the overall environment was very pleasant. Even though the weather was very hot, we did not feel uncomfortable because of the nice atmosphere and relaxing surroundings of the hotel. Special Thanks to Chef Ramesh. Overall, we had a very good experience and truly appreciate the support provided by the team.
