We had an amazing stay at Rixos Gulf Doha. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious dishes, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Eric for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication. He helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable, always ensuring that everything was taken care of with a smile. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Vernshiska from the Rixy Boot Camp. Her energy, enthusiasm, and wonderful interaction made the activities so much fun and created unforgettable memories for the children. She truly made the experience extra special. My experience here in Rixos was great. The food and drinks were really good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. In particular, Mr Hakeem, Ms Arju, Ms Ada, and the barista Mr Putra, were really attentive and extra friendly. They assisted me and my husband during our stay and while dining in the restaurant. As for the hotel, they made our stay a little bit extra special by leaving a message in our room upon our arrival, greeting me and my husband’s anniversary. It was also very nicely presented. The view from our room to the beach is breathtaking and was so nice.

My family and I had an exceptional stay at your hotel. From the very start, Mr. Ezat welcomed us warmly and supported us with a room upgrade to the best sea view—truly amazing. Everyone we met was kind and helpful, from the parking team (Mano and Ouy) to all the supervisors throughout the resort. We are also especially thankful to Prince Hakim for his wonderful character and dedication to making guests happy. On our last day, Ms. Sonia arranged a late check-out for us, and we sincerely appreciate her kindness and care. This allowed us to enjoy the activities for even longer. A great experience spent at the Rixos Gulf Hotel - Doha. We are a family of 3 (two year old toddler). We decided to spend the Eid at Rixos and opted for the All-Inclusive package. It is important to note, this is not truly an all inclusive resort as you would expect from Rixos in Turkey. Being an All inclusive guest gives you access to the following ONLY: 1- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Farmhouse restaurant. 2- Dinner at their steakhouse resturant (limited to a set All inclusive menu). 3- snacks and beverages at the pool bar (fresh drinks e.g. juices, coconut water are excluded). They have a cafe at the lobby, but this is subject for payment (even if you are an all inclusive guest). We were told we can get snacks and drinks between 12am-2am only since this is an off-peak timing which was quite odd to hear. There is a decent kids club with friendly staff that made our little one enjoy his time indoors (especially when the weather was really hot). Many thanks to Miss Sibel for her outstanding efforts in making our experience memorable. The food in general was good and tasteful but rather sub-par for Rixos standards. We observed throughout the various areas that the resort is considerably understaffed (in the restaurants, kids club and pool area) which was notably causing overwhelming stress for the employees. We understand this was likely caused due to staff shortages, but we would expect the management to be mindful that reducing your staff while still accepting the maximum hotel capacity could impact the guest experience negatively which is why we could not allow ourselves to give this experience 5 stars. Nonetheless, it was a memorable experience and an enjoyable time we had at Rixos Gulf Doha.
