our stay in rixos was amazing. every step gave an enjoyment. the rooms are modern and comfortable with all necessary equipment. beach and pools are very clean, the water in the sea is nice. entrance to water park and spending there everyday was wonderful. the meal was very tasty and delicious. special thanks to Jakhangir (hope i wrote name correctly), chef who is in charge of fruits: he always gave me the best and fresh fruits, beautifully arranging them on a plate, and berries, which i loved so much. he is so kind. moreover, thanks to chef Ercayetim and waiters of the restaurant. they always gave me a kind smile and positive mood. another thanks to administrator Patrizia, who was always with us online and offline during our stay. she helped and supported us so much, answering and solving problems immediately. on the day of our leaving, rixos gave us 5 bags of breakfast and made us surprised. we are very thankful and happy for making our holidays unforgettable!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The entire property was spotless – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It really made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurants served delicious meals with excellent presentation. You can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen here. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. From check-in to check-out, everyone made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The only minor downside was the beach hours. It closed quite early at 5:30 PM, which felt a bit limiting, especially during such beautiful evenings. It would be great if access could be extended just a little longer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. The experience was well worth it!

At the beginning of our stay, there were a few small things we weren’t completely happy with. But the Hotel Rixos immediately showed us why it has such a great reputation. The team reacted straight away, took care of everything, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. Their kindness and willingness to help really impressed us. One of the sweetest moments was when they surprised us with a beautiful cake in our room for our wedding anniversary. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the day truly special for us. A big thank-you to Arshad and the concierge/bellboy team. They were always friendly, helpful, and right there when you needed them. You really feel taken care of with them around. The restaurant staff were also amazing, always polite, attentive, and professional. Thanks to them, every meal felt like a little highlight. The view is stunning, and the whole resort is spotless, beautifully maintained, and just a lovely place to walk around. You immediately feel relaxed and comfortable everywhere you go. Even though our stay didn’t start perfectly, it turned into a fantastic holiday, so much so that we’re already planning our next stay here. Thank you to the whole team, you truly made our trip memorable!

Absolutely loved our experience here! The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and give a real “cruise ship” feel with stunning views all around. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful — they truly make you feel special. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The free access to Meryal Waterpark was a huge bonus, and the complimentary shuttle to Place Vendôme Mall made everything so convenient. It’s also a perfect destination for families — very kids-friendly with plenty of fun programs to keep children entertained. Loved the separate pools for adults, families, and kids — great for everyone to relax their own way. Highly recommend for a perfect family getaway in Qatar

Absolutely fantastic experience… Rooms are very clean with excellent maid service from the start. Restaurant staff are amazing especially Bonface who went above and beyond. Reception staff are all very helpful and ensuring all our needs were met. This is my first time in Qatar and I will certainly be back and this will definitely be my first choice hotel 100% Rana and tortious went above and beyond to ensure our room was fully serviced with extra towels etc when needed. Thank you guys you were amazing ❤️
