We recently booked a 3-night stay at Rose Aqua Park and overall had a mixed but memorable experience. The location isn’t too bad — it’s roughly a £5 taxi ride to the Medina, or about a 40-minute walk if you fancy stretching your legs. It felt convenient enough without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The all-inclusive food and drinks were fairly basic, with a limited choice available. There was enough to get by, but it didn’t offer a huge amount of variety, especially over a three-night stay. One of the real highlights of the hotel was the Spa. It was excellent — so much so that we visited twice during our stay. Definitely worth experiencing if you’re staying there. However, the absolute jewel of this hotel was Hicham, one of the concierge team. He was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us when my wife fell ill. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a difficult situation much easier for us. He is a real credit to the hotel and made a lasting impression on our trip. Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, the exceptional service — especially from Hicham — and the fantastic spa experience stood out the most.

We stayed at Rose Aqua Park for 6 days and overall had a wonderful holiday, although there are a few areas that could be improved. The room was very good, spacious, and cleaned every day. We also had a private balcony, which was a nice bonus. The air conditioning worked but wasn't the strongest, especially during the hotter parts of the day. The restaurant staff were a mixed experience. The waiters who cleared and set the tables were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. However, the chefs at the live cooking stations could really improve their hospitality. In particular, the lady making the doughnuts and flatbreads (msemen) at breakfast was not very welcoming, which affected the experience. There was also consistently a long wait at the live cooking counters, which became frustrating, especially during busy breakfast times. The food quality was decent, but don't expect a huge variety if you're staying for several days. We also felt that local guests appeared to receive warmer and quicker service at the live cooking counters than other tourists. While this may not have been intentional, it was noticeable enough that it affected our overall dining experience and made us feel less welcome. The entertainment team did a great job keeping guests engaged throughout the day and evening. The kids' club was also lovely—despite the language barrier, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the two evenings she spent there. One area that needs improvement is the pool cleanliness. Some days the pools were spotless, but on other mornings, even at opening time, there were leaves, cups, and straws floating in the water, which was disappointing. Overall, we had a great stay and made some wonderful memories. With a few improvements to hospitality at the live cooking stations and more consistent pool maintenance, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The photos shown online are absolutely nothing like the reality. We paid $130 per room per night, and because we are a family of five (two adults and three children), we had to book two rooms, costing us $260 per night for four nights. For the amount we paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the water park, but on our first day it wasn't even operating. The swimming pools were dirty, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathrooms were in very poor condition. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were far below any acceptable standard. To make things even worse, the Wi-Fi did not work for two full days, causing a lot of inconvenience during our stay. This hotel is very misleading. The pictures advertised online do not reflect the actual condition of the property. We feel that we paid for a completely different experience than what we received. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had, and we would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made.

We enjoyed our stay here with our child. The room is basic with towels, fridge, hair dryer and soap. We had a pool view which has music played till 10:30 or 11pm. It didn’t bother us much. It was quiet enough afterwards. The breakfast choices are good but get redundant after a few days. Aqua park was great with plenty of chairs and shade area if you prefer. Staff are helpful. The taxi to Medina in front of the hotel is 50 dh but if you hail it yourself, you can get it for 30-40dh. For horse riding to Medina we paid 150dh. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a coin laundry nearby as well. All in all, we will book again if we ever come back to Marrakesh.

A place to chill and relax, family friendly and has entertainment for guests, restaurant staff are friendly and the free drinks everywhere is amazing, has activities doe children too. The spa products are paid for though, gym is free and a supplement for indoor swimming pool. I enjoyed the leg massage and would recommend it.
