We enjoyed our stay here with our child. The room is basic with towels, fridge, hair dryer and soap. We had a pool view which has music played till 10:30 or 11pm. It didn’t bother us much. It was quiet enough afterwards. The breakfast choices are good but get redundant after a few days. Aqua park was great with plenty of chairs and shade area if you prefer. Staff are helpful. The taxi to Medina in front of the hotel is 50 dh but if you hail it yourself, you can get it for 30-40dh. For horse riding to Medina we paid 150dh. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a coin laundry nearby as well. All in all, we will book again if we ever come back to Marrakesh.

We recently booked a 3-night stay at Rose Aqua Park and overall had a mixed but memorable experience. The location isn’t too bad — it’s roughly a £5 taxi ride to the Medina, or about a 40-minute walk if you fancy stretching your legs. It felt convenient enough without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The all-inclusive food and drinks were fairly basic, with a limited choice available. There was enough to get by, but it didn’t offer a huge amount of variety, especially over a three-night stay. One of the real highlights of the hotel was the Spa. It was excellent — so much so that we visited twice during our stay. Definitely worth experiencing if you’re staying there. However, the absolute jewel of this hotel was Hicham, one of the concierge team. He was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us when my wife fell ill. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a difficult situation much easier for us. He is a real credit to the hotel and made a lasting impression on our trip. Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, the exceptional service — especially from Hicham — and the fantastic spa experience stood out the most.

Great experience at the hotel. We loved the decorations. Great location to access all the interesting sites of Marrakesh as well as the airport. Entertainment team were very friendly and great with kids. Younes made a big effort with my son to make him feel very special and have lots of fun. Good selection of food every day and helpful staff.

Do NOT book this hotel if you are traveling with children. Our holiday from London was completely ruined by the shocking negligence and hostile attitude of the staff.First, we checked into Room with our 3-year-old toddler after a long flight. The AC was completely broken. We called reception—they ignored us for an hour. I went down in person, a technician came and gave a false promise that it would work in 30 minutes. It never did. When I demanded a room change because the temperature inside was over 30°C, the reception clerk dismissively said they were full and we had to suffer until the next day. Forcing a toddler to sleep in a boiling, unventilated room is a health hazard. We didn't sleep a single hour.Second, we returned from an excursion at 10:15 PM and needed a sealed water bottle for our toddler. The restaurant was closed, and the bar only served open water in glasses—which we could not risk due to the obvious threat of alcohol contamination and poor hygiene for a child. When we explained this to the reception staff, they completely lacked basic humanity. They flat-out refused to give us a bottle of water and told us: "Go buy it from outside."To deny a paying family safe drinking water and tell them to leave the resort at night to buy it is disgraceful. This place has zero duty of care, terrible infrastructure, and aggressively unhelpful staff. Save your money and protect your family—stay anywhere else but not here. They can’t speak English and they speak only Arabic and little bit French

extremely disappointing and distressing experience my family had during our recent holiday booked through easyJet Holidays from London. What was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday turned into a highly stressful and upsetting experience due to poor hotel conditions, lack of hygiene, and unacceptable staff behaviour. We travelled as a family group consisting of 6 adults and 3 young children aged 3 years or under. Unfortunately, the treatment and conditions we experienced were completely unacceptable. Firstly, upon arrival after a long flight, we checked into our room with our 3-year-old toddler and immediately discovered that the air conditioning was not working. We contacted reception, but our complaint was ignored for almost an hour. I eventually had to go down personally to request assistance. A technician attended and assured us the AC would start working within 30 minutes, however it never worked at all. When I requested a room change due to the room temperature being over 30°C, the reception staff dismissively informed us that the hotel was full and that we would have to wait until the following day. Forcing a family, especially a young child, to remain overnight in such unbearable conditions was unacceptable and posed a genuine health concern. As a result, none of us were able to sleep properly. Secondly, on another evening we returned from an excursion at approximately 10:15 PM. Our son was suffering from a dry cough and urgently needed drinking water. The restaurant had already closed and the bar would only provide open water in glasses. Due to concerns regarding hygiene and potential contamination, we requested a sealed bottle of water for our child. Shockingly, the reception staff refused to assist us and told us to “go buy it from outside.” Denying a paying family access to safe drinking water for a sick toddler late at night demonstrated a complete lack of basic care, professionalism, and humanity. In addition to the above, we also experienced serious health and safety concerns within the hotel facilities. The bathroom design caused water to flood outside onto the floor regardless of how carefully it was used. Due to the wet and slippery flooring, my son slipped, injured his lip, and bled heavily. I have attached photographs showing the unsafe bathroom conditions and the injury incident. We were also extremely disappointed by the food and hygiene standards within the resort: * The food menu was highly repetitive and barely changed throughout the stay. * As vegetarians, we found it extremely difficult to identify suitable food because there were no proper vegetarian/non-vegetarian labels. * Staff used the same serving spoons for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, which is completely unacceptable. * There were insects present on the food, raising serious hygiene concerns. * Communication was also a major issue as most staff spoke only Arabic and limited French, with very little English support available. Bathroom & floor towels every after we have to ask to give, they never put in your bathroom, we waited till 2-3 pm, Overall, this was one of the most horrifying and stressful family holiday experiences we have ever encountered. The lack of care, poor infrastructure, hygiene concerns, and dismissive staff behaviour completely ruined our holiday.
