A beautiful resort that truly exceeded our expectations, especially as we were traveling with children. Its location is excellent and very close to the airport only 20 mn by speedboat making the arrival smooth and convenient for families. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and they were very friendly and helpful with our kids, which made our stay even more comfortable. The island is spacious and connected to another island, with a lovely marina that adds a vibrant touch to the atmosphere. There is a wide variety of restaurants, offering plenty of options suitable for families. The resort has its own app, which makes it easy to book buggy rides, restaurants, and activities seamlessly. The place is calm and relaxing, yet at the same time full of activities for both adults and children, making it an excellent choice for families. Overall, an outstanding experience and highly recommended, especially for families traveling with kids.

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful beaches, warm water, excellent food (btw. with full board you can eat in almost all restaurants free of charge), great evening music in HardRock caffe and a lot of other services at guest disposal. Also, the staff is super friendly and our room was kept perfectly clean thanks to Abir.

I’ve been to the Maldives more than 15 times, and this was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had in the country. Saii Lagoon may look good in pictures, but the hospitality on ground was deeply disappointing. Staff were consistently unwelcoming, dismissive, and at times outright rude. Basic politeness and warmth were missing. Simple guest requests were handled with visible irritation, as if we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. We were made to feel like we were staying there for FREE! At this price point, this isn’t just poor service — it’s unacceptable. The Maldives is known for world-class hospitality. This resort delivered the opposite. Thanks to this experience, I doubt I will ever stay in a 'Hilton' branded hotel ever! I would strongly advise travelers to consider other properties. I will not be returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SAii Lagoon Maldives. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding and the hotel facilities were excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful — they supported us with every request and made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely come back again at the first opportunity. During check-in, you are asked to download the SAii Lagoon mobile app, which is activated using your room number. The app is incredibly useful and works perfectly without any issues. You receive notifications for all daily activities, can view restaurant menus and make reservations, request free buggy transportation around the island, and even select specific housekeeping items such as towels, cotton pads, and other amenities. Being able to make all requests with just one click through the app — without having to call or explain anything — is simply amazing. The hotel offers a truly flawless experience. From the reception team to housekeeping and even the gardeners, every single staff member works hard to make your holiday unforgettable. The room amenities were also excellent, with thoughtful details such as flip-flops, an umbrella, and beach towels provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed in Room 234 and were extremely satisfied. Everything exceeded our expectations, and this resort truly delivers a perfect Maldives experience. Highly recommended!

We loved the entire experience. However, the transfer from the airport to the resort wasn’t made available to us. We were told to be at the booth in the airport at 12:30pm and when we got there at 12:25pm, the gentleman at the booth told us that the boat had already left and that we would have to wait for the next one. We ended up having to book a private speed boat to get to the resort, with the cost that entails. And the gentleman never even apologised to us for the inconvenience. He offered to take our luggage and store it till the next boat arrived, and that was it. This is the only reason why I rate the service with 3 stars because I like to be realistic given the cost this implied, even though it doesn’t feel fair towards the rest of the team at the resort, where everyone was lovely and always treated us with a warm and kind attitude. The breakfast’s assortment offers something for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences or intolerances. And the spa… that was an experience on its own. 90 minutes felt like 5 minutes. Our rooms over the water were huge, with all the amenities one can expect, really comfortable beds and pillows, good air conditioning, a nice fan, lovely exterior area with a net to sunbathe over the turquoise water, the exterior bathtub, su beds, etc. We were really sad to close the doors to our beautiful water rooms behind us for the last time. The Maldives are magic and we will return. That’s for sure! Kindest regards
