⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay, service beyond expectations We recently spent 14 nights here for our holiday, and from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was perfect—especially the service. Arrival & Reception: We were greeted with warm smiles, a refreshing welcome drink, and a smooth check-in that took only minutes. The staff took time to explain all facilities, local tips. Staff & Service: This is where the hotel truly shines. Every single team member—from reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff, to the concierge—was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They remembered our names, our preferences, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. When we asked for recommendations for day trips, they arranged everything seamlessly and even followed up later to make sure it went well. Any small request was handled immediately and with a positive attitude. Accommodation & Facilities: Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable bedding and great views. The daily housekeeping was thorough and thoughtful—they even left little bed presentations. The pool, garden, and dining areas were well-kept and relaxing. Dining: Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the service there was equally friendly and efficient. The restaurant staff were happy to adjust dishes for dietary needs without hesitation. Final Thoughts: If you want a holiday where you feel valued, relaxed, and well cared for, this is the place. The excellent service didn’t feel forced—it felt sincere. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We blindly chose this hotel based on the rate and their claim of being “on the beach.” Compared with other hotels in Sharm at a similar price, here’s why I wouldn’t choose it again: ✅ Pros * The food is genuinely very good. * The rooms are clean well maintained . * I had an amazing sea-view room. * They offer a free shuttle to Naama Bay at 7 PM, 8 PM, and 9 PM, with return trips at 11 PM and midnight. ❌ Cons * The sea and pools close at 6:30 PM. After around 6 PM, the hotel basically shuts down—there are no real activities or nightlife options, so you have to go out. * There is no proper beach for beginners or for anyone who simply wants to sit by the sea, walk on the sand, or relax. The hotel has a reef cliff, and swimming starts at a depth of 10+ meters, which is definitely not suitable for everyone. * Compared with other resorts in Sharm, the hotel has a relatively small area, with only two pools. * Some staff members can be uncomfortably persistent, including unwanted flirting and following guests around. * The location is quite far from the main street, and taxis tend to charge more because of the distance. Overall If your priority is good food, clean rooms, and a nice sea view, it can be a decent option for the price. But if you want a proper beach, evening activities, a lively resort atmosphere, or an easy location, I would look at other hotels in Sharm before booking this one.

I had a wonderful stay at Stella Di Mare Sharm from August 14th to August 24th, and it truly deserves five stars. What impressed me most was the professionalism and excellent service of the entire hotel team. From the reception to the restaurant and room service, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Ashraf, the Hotel Manager, for his professional management, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests. His leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent service across all departments. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and wonderful experience. The staff were always welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. We were really impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of hospitality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really great stay at Stella Di Mare Sharm El Sheikh, and I would like to thank the whole team for making it such a nice experience. First of all, a big thank you to Mr. Bola from the Reservations team, who made our reservation possible and helped make sure everything was arranged smoothly before our arrival. I really appreciate his support and kindness. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Ahmed Hassan for the smooth and easy check-in. He took care of everything we needed with a big smile and made sure we got a great room with a beautiful view. Really appreciated his warm welcome and great service. But honestly, one of the things I enjoyed the most was the Main Restaurant. The variety of food was excellent, and everything we tried was really tasty. A special thank you to Chef Mohamed Mabrook and Chef Ibrahim Beleh. They are always there, checking that everything is going well and making sure the guests are happy. Whenever we had a request, they were there to help with a smile and always did their best to make sure we enjoyed the food and got the best taste.
