We stayed at Sultan Gardens Resort for 7 days and honestly had an amazing time. It was an excellent value for the money and definitely worth every dollar we spent. The food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and every member of the staff we met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. If I had to mention one small thing, I’d say the bar could offer a few more non-alcoholic drink options. I don’t drink alcohol, so outside of Pepsi, Cola, and Fanta there weren’t many choices. It’s a minor suggestion, though, and it didn’t take away from our stay at all. We never got bored during our entire week here. Between the beautiful grounds, great food, and wonderful staff, this is absolutely a 5-star resort in my opinion. I’d be happy to stay here again.

We stayed as a group of 5 for 2 weeks in July. We loved everything about this hotel. The food, the staff, the location, the beach front and snorkeling were all amazing. The staff speak a good amount of English and are very welcoming and friendly it's a really well run hotel and the food in the restaurants is of a high quality and with a good choice. The bar staff were all great and all the waiters and the entertainment staff. Special thank you to Ahmed at the adult pool and entertainment guys Mahmoud Nedo and Biso. We really enjoyed our evenings and getting to know you and about your culture and Egypt. Sad to come home and hope to return. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Hossam kamel , We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The food was delicious, and every detail made us feel welcome. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Honestly everything was immaculate, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and the cleanliness was absolutely incredible. What really stuck out to me most was the staff, they are the most accommodating, polite, well mannered staff I’ve ever met. The life guards were also amazing, there was a life guard who stuck out for me in particular, Ahmad Medhat, who was extremely patient and kind especially with my kids. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it, well worth every penny.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and, overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities, food, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. As a group of two families with nine people in total, we were usually seated in the section at the end of the restaurant. During the first days of our stay, we were served by Ayman. His service was exceptional and truly made a difference to our experience. He was attentive, professional, efficient, and always ensured that everything was taken care of. Employees like Ayman are a great asset to the hotel and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, after Ayman was moved to the second floor, Ahmed took over the section. The difference in service quality was immediately noticeable. On one occasion, we waited around 15 minutes before our order was taken. After another 15 minutes, we were informed that beer was not available but would arrive in five minutes. We then waited again without receiving any update. When we finally asked about our drinks, we were simply told that there was no beer available after all. What disappointed us most was not the lack of beer itself, but the lack of communication, attention, and professionalism. As guests, we felt ignored and that our time was not respected. This experience was completely different from the excellent service we had received from Ayman and showed how much a dedicated employee can influence guests’ overall impression of the hotel. We would like management to know that Ayman’s service significantly enhanced our holiday experience and reflects the level of service guests expect from this hotel. We hope our feedback will help maintain and improve the high standards that otherwise made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you for a great vacation.
