Our recent vacation at Taj Exotica Maldives was filled with relaxation, joy and an amazing experience of Taj's 5 star hospitality. We were looked after by a team of dedicated staff whose only mission was to make their guests happy. The island itself is nature's gift to mankind with waters that are crystal clear & the vegetation beautifully maintained. The facilities were catered to include everyone's needs. The staff impressed us. Vikas Kumar the GM, his assistant Hassan Lateef, the butler Simo, Charu, Sushmita, Nisha, Monika all took great care of us. The food was perfect & Chefs Prakash and Priyanka was superb. We were served like royalty throughout our stay. Well done Taj!

Our heartfelt thanks to every single member of the Taj Exotica Maldives team for making our first visit to both the Maldives and your beautiful resort an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, we were surrounded by genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel less like guests and more like friends. It truly felt as though we were chatting with people who genuinely cared about making our stay special. We stayed in a Water Villa, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The villa was immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and we were welcomed with delicious chocolates and non-alcoholic champagne - a lovely touch that made our arrival even more memorable. A few people deserve special recognition: Mr. Yaseen welcomed us upon arrival and quickly became our go-to person throughout our stay. Whether it was answering our questions, helping with arrangements, or introducing us to the many experiences the resort had to offer, he was always incredibly helpful and attentive. Chef Mukesh gave us one of the most memorable dining experiences at the Mongolian Grill. His culinary expertise, passion, and knowledge were truly remarkable. He took the time to understand our preferred flavours and prepared our meal live in front of us with incredible skill and care. It was an experience we'll never forget. A sincere thank you to Chef Jayant and Chef Prakash, who consistently checked in on my husband and me during our meals. Every dish prepared by your kitchen team was not only delicious but made with genuine care. Every meal that arrived at our table also reached our hearts. Special Thanks to Chef Jayant for making our Dinner special on the last night of our stay! Special thanks to the wonderful team at 24 Degrees Restaurant, especially Shahjahan, Niushaad, Rabeem, and Salim, whose attentive and friendly service made every meal even more enjoyable. To the housekeeping and maintenance team, thank you for keeping our Villa 429 spotless throughout our stay from 7th to 12th June. Returning to a perfectly maintained villa each day was always a pleasure. We also want to thank the team at the Mediterranean waterfront bar for arranging a beautiful table by the ocean for our late lunch. Dining under the shade of a tree with breathtaking ocean views is a memory we will cherish forever. A special thank you to Mr. Hassan from the Dive Centre for his patience and encouragement during our very first snorkelling adventure. His guidance made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the experience. Finally, to every single staff member we crossed paths with—those who smiled, waved, greeted us, or quietly worked behind the scenes—thank you. We may not remember every name, but we will always remember your kindness. Those small gestures during our walks between our villa, the restaurants, and the beach made our days brighter. Taj Exotica Maldives isn't just a beautiful resort because of its stunning location—it's extraordinary because of its people. Thank you for giving us memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Had an absolutely incredible stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Maldives, we spent 2 nights in a water villa and 2 nights in a beach villa, and both experiences were equally beautiful in their own way. The property is stunning, but what truly makes it special is the exceptional hospitality. A big thank you to Charu (Duty Manager) who went above and beyond to resolve a small issue for us late at night, even outside working hours - truly impressive dedication. Salah (Our Host) ensured our entire stay was smooth and comfortable, always attentive and kind. Salar from Housekeeping Team kept our villa immaculate every single day. Dining experience was equally amazing — Sana and Ekta at 24 Degrees were wonderful hosts, making every meal feel warm and personal. We also tried Mongolian cuisine, and Chef Mukesh was outstanding — the food was absolutely delicious. Special mention to Chef Luke for maintaining such high culinary standards overall. Taj Exotica is not just about luxury, it’s about genuine care and heartfelt service. Truly a memorable experience!

The resort is beautiful and well maintained, and the overall facilities and hospitality were good, as expected from a Taj property. The rooms, ambience, and service standards were up to the mark. Staff was exceptionally supportive and friendly especially mohammad jinan duty manager helped me alot with things However, the food experience was quite disappointing. For such a big and premium brand, the dining options were very limited. There was no buffet system, and indian food options were especially scarce. As a result, we had to repeat the same dishes every day, which became monotonous.
