An outstanding holiday location with excellent service, wonderful accommodation and facilities. The overwater villa is a must and I highly recommend the sunset side as it has better snot Kling and direct access to the edge of the atol where the reef shark, turtles and rays can be found.

We spent five nights at The Residence and, overall, had a very enjoyable stay. While we experienced a few challenges during check-in and with our villa initially, these concerns were handled promptly and professionally by the staff. We would particularly like to commend Yusuf and Prem for their swift and effective assistance. The team was exceptional—attentive, welcoming, and highly responsive throughout our stay. Special thanks to Hassan, Afzal, Tarang, Faiha, Jahid, Hafiz, and the rest of the staff for their outstanding hospitality. We stayed in the overwater two-bedroom sunset villa, which was spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The minibar was replenished daily, housekeeping was impeccable, and the beds ensured consistently restful nights. The sunsets were truly breathtaking and added to the serene atmosphere. Access to the reef was convenient, both directly from the villa and via the dive center. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the marine life and spent much of our time in the water. The villa included bicycles, which were useful for getting around, although we also made use of the buggy service given the size of the island. The dining options were excellent, with highlights including the French, Chinese, and Italian restaurants, as well as relaxed poolside lunches. Breakfast was equally impressive, with beautifully presented fruit platters each morning. Overall, the team’s friendliness and dedication to service made a lasting impression. We would highly recommend the resort and look forward to returning in the future.

When we checked in, they asked us our check-out time, and we ticked 16:45. At 15:00 sharp, the driver suddenly rang our doorbell and told us we needed to check out. We figured we had guests and needed to be cleaned early, which we accepted, so we went to the lobby. After checking us out, they didn't tell us what time we'd have to wait. The lobby was very hot, and we had to find our own water and towels. They just told us to wait until 16:50. When we went to ask, they said the car was at 17:45. So, if we hadn't said anything, were they just going to make us wait? The butler who accompanied us on the first day advised us not to eat lunch, otherwise there wouldn't be any lunch available when we checked out on the last day. So we ate biscuits in our room. But on the last day at lunchtime, they said the front desk staff claimed they had taken us to lunch, but they hadn't. This was confirmed three times in total, and the experience was really unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We loved walking around the area, swimming, and trying the different restaurants. The food options were diverse, and the nature around the hotel was absolutely beautiful. We also want to give special thanks to SUMON, who cleaned our room (874). The housekeeping was at the highest level every day, and he was always very polite and pleasant. Thank you for making our stay even better!

We have spent 11 nights here in a water villa on the sun raise side, we just love it. We spent hours in our pool and been able to watch the fish was just amazing we saw sharks, turtles, sting rays and lots of other types. Our room was so beautiful, the attention to detail was outstanding. We had great service, the staff are such gorgeous people, whom can't do enough for you, we loved having our bicycles to get around the island. The restaurants were great, we just booked here when we arrived and never had a issue getting in.
