I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A very special thank you to (Aigerim) for her outstanding customer service. I had a concern regarding my stay, and she handled it exceptionally well by upgrading my reservation, which made my experience much more enjoyable and satisfying. Thanks to her efforts and the excellent service provided by the team, this hotel will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Qatar. Highly recommended! .

I stayed at the Ritz Doha in June 2026, and I had a truly wonderful experience. Every member of the staff was warm, polite, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Allen and Linetter from the Concierge team for arranging my daily transportation to and from Sharq Ritz while the pool at Ritz Doha was closed. Thanks to their excellent coordination, I was able to enjoy the beach and pool facilities at Sharq Ritz without any hassle. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Maria, the Front Desk Manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Ritz Doha, for making my stay so smooth, relaxing, and memorable. I look forward to returning in the future!

I had a 14-night reservation that I cut short after 7 days in order to relocate to a property that better suited our needs. I want to be fair — the front desk staff were as helpful as they could be, and that is genuinely appreciated. But there were too many issues to overlook. First impression: Walking into an established luxury property and being met with the smell of cigarette smoke is simply not acceptable. It was an off-putting first impression that unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room: The AC system was a significant problem. It felt like a turbine blowing directly on you — no temperature comfort regardless of whether it was on or off. For a week-long stay, that’s exhausting. Facilities: The pool area showed visible wear. We visited the beach once in seven days. Room service was adequate — not exceptional, not terrible. Housekeeping was the same: fine, but unremarkable. Overall: This is a property that is coasting on its name. For the rate, the experience does not deliver. I would not return and I would not recommend it — though I’ll acknowledge it may suit travelers with different expectations. For us, it did not.

Great hospitality, and everything was excellent. The only issue was that the swimming pool was out of service. However, the hotel compensated by providing complimentary access to the swimming pools at The Messila, Sharq Village, and Sheraton for its guests, which was a thoughtful alternative.

I could say it is really a five star hotel. Great service in all aspects (dining, checking in, special requests, housekeeping, beach/pool side etc). Staff are all helpful and welcoming. Quality breakfast buffet, nice rooms and stunning view. It was busy when we stayed in this hotel due to eid. Pool and beach are small if they have 95% guests. Pool and beach also closes a bit early than usual. Elevators could be busy. We can hear noises from people outside in our room and moving furnitures/ walking with heels from neighboring rooms. It is hard to sleep but we just used white noise. I suggest for the hotel to have covered outdoor playground. Hotel garden has space for it. It is a family hotel, saw a lot of children but their kids club is small. Free internet is a bit slow and needs reconnection daily. In summary, our stay was good. We came to celebrate our anniversary at the same time have a short break. It was our first time in Qatar and Ritz Carlton gave us good experience. Although it could be improved.
