An amazing overall experience for our first family trip. This hotel is fantastic from the interior to the staff, this hotel is worth a stay. We booked 4 nights here over Eid and had an lovely stay. Breakfast in Karibu each morning was lovely and made even more enjoyable by Salma who was there to great us each morning and remembered our coffee orders which was a special touch. A big shout out to Hamza who often checked in throughout the day to see if we were ok and entertain our baby boy. We dined on half board at various restaurants and all the choices and meals were very good value also. The team around the pool were efficient and always available if we needed anything. My only recommendation would be to consider placing families in rooms away from Coya restaurants as we had a couple of nights (Thurs and Fri) where the music was increasingly loud and disturbed our little one a few times. Overall an exceptional hotel stay made especially but the fantastic team based at the hotel. A big thank you!

Excellent hotel experience! We had a staff member called Ben who was extremely friendly and calm while serving coffee during our meeting. His professionalism was truly outstanding. He moved between us serving coffee so smoothly and quietly without making any sound — it was really impressive and showed a very high level of hospitality and respect. The meeting room itself was also incredibly luxurious and elegant. It had its own private reception area and even a dedicated restroom, which made our meeting feel very private, comfortable, and well organized. The atmosphere was sophisticated and perfect for professional meetings. Big 👏👏👏👏 to this hotel for having staff with such professionalism and excellent service standards. Truly amazing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Without a doubt, this was one of the best experiences of our lives! ❤️ From the moment we arrived at the St. Regis Muscat, we were treated with warmth, genuine kindness, and world-class hospitality. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel special, and they truly succeeded. Our stay was even more meaningful because we celebrated our baby’s first birthday, and the entire team made it an unforgettable occasion. The love, care, and attention to every little detail were beyond anything we could have imagined. A huge thank you to Michael, Gracie, Fahieed and Nizam at the breakfast restaurant. Every morning they welcomed us with the biggest smiles and incredible service, making breakfast something we looked forward to every day. They even surprised our baby with the sweetest birthday gift, which touched our hearts and made the celebration even more memorable. A very special thank you to Fatima at the Coffee Lounge. She arranged the most beautiful surprise for us, and it was absolutely phenomenal! It was so thoughtful, so adorable, and perfectly executed. We were genuinely speechless. It’s moments like these that turn a vacation into a lifelong memory. Our little one absolutely adored the Kids Club thanks to the amazing Joy and Anna. Their energy, patience, and love for children are unmatched. They made every activity exciting and made our child feel so happy and comfortable. We also want to recognize the fantastic lifeguards, Hasan and Hareth, who were always attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly. They made us feel completely safe while creating such a fun and relaxing atmosphere around the pool. What makes the St. Regis Muscat truly exceptional isn’t just the beautiful property—it’s the people. Every smile, every conversation, and every thoughtful gesture showed how passionate they are about creating unforgettable experiences for their guests. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so magical and for giving our family memories we’ll treasure forever. We are already counting the days until we return. The location is near the airport but next to the upscale Mouj area. I just cannot write enough words to praise Fuad at the front desk who ensured everything was perfect for us. Our palm suite was a massive two bedroom duplex suite. Everything and everyone was super nice.

The housekeeping team is amazing. Every day they leave us with a smile through their kindness and thoughtful touches. The room is always spotless and comfortable.
