An amazing overall experience for our first family trip. This hotel is fantastic from the interior to the staff, this hotel is worth a stay. We booked 4 nights here over Eid and had an lovely stay. Breakfast in Karibu each morning was lovely and made even more enjoyable by Salma who was there to great us each morning and remembered our coffee orders which was a special touch. A big shout out to Hamza who often checked in throughout the day to see if we were ok and entertain our baby boy. We dined on half board at various restaurants and all the choices and meals were very good value also. The team around the pool were efficient and always available if we needed anything. My only recommendation would be to consider placing families in rooms away from Coya restaurants as we had a couple of nights (Thurs and Fri) where the music was increasingly loud and disturbed our little one a few times. Overall an exceptional hotel stay made especially but the fantastic team based at the hotel. A big thank you!

After the event that was held in the hotel, we have a parcel left at the hotel and we needed it returned to the UAE from Oman. The support we received from the team truly exceeded expectations. I would especially like to commend Nasrin Sultana for her outstanding help. She took the initiative to locate the parcel, ensure it was handled correctly, and prepare it for shipment. Her clear updates, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to assist made the whole process very smooth. I would also like to acknowledge Jovi from the Butler Service for his support. Their efforts demonstrated outstanding service and hospitality. We are genuinely grateful for their help and would highly recommend the hotel for its exceptional staff and customer care.

My family and I visited the Marjana restaurant for their Iftar buffet. We had some difficulties with the reservation, but the experience itself was excellent. Jesbin was especially helpful and I congratulate him on his service. We definitely recommend the Saint Regis as a good Iftar spot.

The location is near the airport but next to the upscale Mouj area. I just cannot write enough words to praise Fuad at the front desk who ensured everything was perfect for us. Our palm suite was a massive two bedroom duplex suite. Everything and everyone was super nice.

Sospeter at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Mundher provided excellent service with great attention to detail. Hisham, the manager, ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. Butler Khaleel delivered outstanding service that made my experience even more special. The resort is elegant, relaxing, and beautifully designed. I had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this property. I will definitely return on my next visit to Muscat!
