I went with my family to the hotel for a week to have a holiday in January. I only have good things to say about the hotel. It was nice and clean in every corner. They have thought of everything in terms of interior design (feels very homely in the hotel rooms), there is a nice design throughout the hotel and it is clean everywhere. I was so fascinated by how they have succeeded so well with it. As for the service, it was top class. I have never been to a hotel with such nice and service-minded staff. Everyone, really everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was top class, at breakfast we often got help from a girl named Tina. She was top class in terms of being nice and helpful. At the pool we often got service from Bryan och Paul. They both were amazing and gave amazing service. I really want to recommend this hotel, it is difficult to overrate this. I will most likely come back.

If you are a 5 Star Hotel traveler, this hotel is still one that will give you wow-moments. Staff is overall extraordinary friendly and attentive. The pool and beach area is very pleasant and gives a lot of options for privacy - not to mention the water playground for kids, it's so amazing. Breakfast buffet is 10/ 10 - there is nothing tou could wish for that is not there. All amenities are there in the highest quality. The rooms are wonderdul elegant and spacious. We would definitely come back the next time we are in Doha. Highly recommended 👌

Great hotel. The staff truly made my experience unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, John at the front entrance greeted me with a warm smile and helped with my bags. He continued to check in with me everytime I left and returned back to the hotel. Always very welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping team, especially Emam and Nirmala, were absolute stars! My room was always spotless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and friendly smiles didn't go unnoticed. Brian at the poolside bar was also fantastic - his cheerful demeanor and prompt service made my poolside lounging even more enjoyable. The security team across the hotel grounds were welcoming and helpful. Overall, the hotel's staff were the highlight of my stay. Their dedication to excellent service and genuine warmth made me feel right at home. Thank you, Emam, Nirmala, John, Brian and the security team for an amazing experience! I'll be back 😊

From the moment we were seated, the experience felt thoughtfully curated and unmistakably five-star. A special thank you to Sachin, who was an exceptional host throughout our visit. His service was polished yet warm, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely kind. Sachin guided us through the experience with grace and care, ensuring every detail was just right and making our family feel relaxed and well looked after. The presentation of the tea cakes was absolutely stunning—elegant, whimsical, and beautifully aligned with the Swarovski theme. Each tier felt like a jewel box reveal, with pastries that were as visually captivating as they were delicious. The quality of the food matched the presentation perfectly: delicate textures, balanced flavors, and a clear attention to craftsmanship in every bite. This afternoon tea was more than a meal; it was a refined, memorable experience that felt celebratory and intimate at the same time. We had an overall fantastic holiday experience at Waldorf Astoria Lusail. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which really stood out. Scarpetta and SushiSamba both hold exceptionally high standards, and even the lobby café was great — everything we tried was consistently good. The Christmas brunch was fantastic and definitely worth booking in advance. The rooms were beautiful, with modern décor and a brand-new feel throughout the resort. Our 2-year-old absolutely loved the waterpark, which was a huge highlight for us as a family. The beach was also very tidy and clean, making it a lovely place to relax. Staff hospitality was excellent across the board. A special mention to Bharat at the Bywater Bar, who was an outstanding barman throughout our stay, and to Karim, the manager. I quietly noticed how he handled various situations with a smile every single time — you can really see why Bywater is run so well. Hats off to you both. Overall, a wonderful holiday and a place we would happily return to.
