We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Waldorf Astoria. The service was truly exceptional, everything we ordered arrived incredibly quickly, and the staff consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of attention, professionalism, and genuine hospitality was outstanding. We were especially impressed by Grace, who was incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly. She made our experience even more special with her excellent service and thoughtful attention to detail. A truly exceptional experience — thank you to the entire team, and especially to Grace!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Texas BBQ! The service was excellent, and the food was really delicious. A special thank you to Ms. Jonalyn and Jinky for being so kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us very well and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely come back again. ❤️

Family Brunch at ByWater The family brunch time was perfect. The environment, the service, and the food make the best highlight of every family's weekend. It was nice to see the children enjoy the entertainment, and there were endless choices of food. I could not finish every dish, but it makes me want to come back and try the other dishes next time. This buffet is not a one-time experience — it has become our family tradition to come back here for special celebrations. The beef wellington was fantastic; we really didn't expect that croissant and beef would go well together. Thank you to Jonalyn, Jhona, Jinky, and Allysa for making our experience of getting a booking here easy and making our time here worth every minute spent.

We were a group of almost 40 people for brunch at By water. The food is amazing anf so is the service. Karim was so helpful from the time of the booking and very attentive to details. Sunita and Jonalyn were superb and ao caring and professional and making sure that everything is being well taken off. However, there was one waiter who was a bit rude, i just asked his help to cut the cake - nothing major, he said NO we can’t and he didnt even offer an alternative. I mean is it to hard to help cutting the cake? Anothwr comment is that that uaually when you’re at a brunch the kids club should be inclusive. It wasn’t! I suggest you reconsider this. Maybe you increase the brunch price a bit and have the kids club inclusive, cuz the activities you provide is not enough to keep kids busy for 3 hours. Overall, the experience was pleasant.
