We had a truly wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria and will definitely be coming back very soon. The service was outstanding, especially towards our little son. We felt incredibly welcomed and cared for from the very first moment. A special thank you to Simon and Okuku from the security team at the main entrance, to Isa who helped us with our luggage and to Brian at the pool. Their kindness, attentiveness and genuine warmth made a real difference to our experience. In fact, every single team member we encountered was engaged, professional and exceptionally friendly. Please keep up this amazing standard. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be lovely to have sunscreen and after sun lotion available at the pool or beach, as offered in some other hotels. Additionally, a bit more variety at By Water would make the experience even more exceptional. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to our next visit in April this year.

I truly enjoyed both the food and the service during my stay. I would especially like to thank Jonalyn, who was always smiling and provided exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. The room service was outstanding, with very fast response times and excellent support. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view. I booked a Corner Suite, and it exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the policy regarding outside food and delivery services, as I experienced some difficulties in this area. I have already shared my recommendations via email. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service.
