The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, the facilities and entertainment were excellent, and every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our server, Jonalyn, was attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her service really stood out and added to the experience. The ambiance is really pleasant — cool, relaxed, and complemented by good music that set the perfect mood. We were also celebrating a friend’s birthday, and the setting made the occasion even more special. Overall, a great spot for good food, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for both casual brunches and celebrations.

Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail was absolutely top class from start to finish. The service was excellent — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming at every touchpoint. The pool area was clean, lively, and very well maintained, creating a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the day. The overall vibe of the hotel is vibrant yet elegant, making it perfect for both family time and unwinding. A special mention to Chef Ravi at breakfast — he took exceptional care of us and went above and beyond by preparing dishes off the menu exactly as we requested. That level of personal attention truly elevated our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great energy, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended.
