I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds and amazing amenities. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality — the team truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable specially mahmoud at the beach bar makes wonderful cocktails and worth to mention he is the best bar tender. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding customer service. I will definitely come back again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at White Hills Resort! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the beach and pools were absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh! Salah and rafik A special thank you to the restaurant hosts and all the dining staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Some aspects of our stay at White Hills were excellent. Whenever we encountered issues, the management and guest services teams responded quickly and worked to resolve them. Their communication was prompt, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Hani for his fast response and efforts to make our stay more enjoyable. I would also like to extend special thanks to Mr. Fathi, who took great care of us at the pool and provided outstanding hospitality. Unfortunately, despite these positive experiences, there were several disappointing issues that significantly affected our stay. After arrival, I discovered that I had been assigned a disabled-accessible room, one of only a few such rooms in the hotel. The bathroom sink was unusually low (under one meter in height), which caused considerable discomfort during my stay. As a result of repeatedly using the low sink, I experienced severe back pain and checked out feeling physically uncomfortable. While the staff responded quickly to concerns, I felt that the situation should have been handled more appropriately from the beginning. The recreation team, especially Mr. Fathi, was the highlight of our stay and demonstrated genuine care for guests. However, my overall experience with the front desk and room allocation process left me disappointed. I originally booked this resort on April 28 with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. While there were some positive aspects, the overall stay was disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not highly recommend this resort.

We had a great experience at White Hills Resort. The resort itself is stunning, and the customer service is truly exceptional. We had a few concerns about our room initially; however, the front desk manager, Mohamed El Gohary, proactively resolved everything by upgrading us to a family room, which was a lovely gesture and greatly appreciated. The waiters at breakfast, lunch, and dinner could not do enough for us, always making sure we were well looked after — especially Mohammed at the buffet, Ahmed, Hanan and Mahmood at the Clove Indian Restaurant. The chefs, Mustafa and Mohammed, were also amazing, as was Jalal, who ensured our room was always spotless. We also want to mention Ahmed from the gym, who consistently made sure we had a great workout experience. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with excellent staff and lovely food. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

First time visiting White hills and Sharm El Sheikh and it didn’t disappoint! Me and my husband booked the posh club and it was amazing! The service, the food, the luxury, the room, and especially the staff! They are what made the experience so amazing! Hazem was our butler and he was filled with so much love, energy and vibes- such a lovely person. We miss him so much! The posh club staff everyone was so so kind and attentive. Especially Mohammed, Iassac, el bayoumy and the bar man Faris. He made us special drinks everytime we went and it was such a core memory of us. Ahmed the housekeeper was so lovely too gave me flowers and even decorated the bed for us 🥺 We would just go back for them. I would definitely recommend!! And will be back hopefully in the future!
