Our first time at Sea Breeze and first impressions are great. Hotel and rooms were spotless, room cleaned attentively every day, food was fine. The staff can't do enough to make your stay the best it possibly can. Amazing animation team work hard trying to get you involved and enjoy the entertainment. We have 1 week left of 2 and don't want to go home. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Experience at Xperience Hotel! I would like to thank the entire team for their warm welcome, excellent service, and respectful treatment. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Their constant smiles and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mohamed Idris, El Sayed, and the rest of the wonderful young team for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring guests’ comfort. Hope you find this useful, This was our second stay here, so I have a mix of feedback comparing this year to last which really was special and our first time in egypt. The Good: The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are spacious. The sea is amazing, with incredible coral right off the beach. Staff overall were very nice always willing to help from the restuarant to the reception to the cleaners , but a special shout out to the bar staff — Al in the lobby bar and Kiro at the pool bar are fantastic, you won't find more helpful people if you come here. AL is a super star the best we have ever had whilst on holiday. The lifeguards on the main pools were also great, helping with towels and umbrellas. The free bus service to Naama Bay and Soho Square on different days was brilliant well worth a trip. The pools are great too — 5 to choose from, and we especially loved the ones near the rooms as they were noticeably colder. The Not So Good: The entertainment team was really poor this year — little to no engagement around the pool, and the activities/games were a significant drop from last year's energy. They really need to improve on this. Evening entertainment was also disappointing, lasting only around 30 minutes, and there's just the one bar open at night despite advertising a second one with a pool table that never opens which is a shame as it would be nice to have a few options at night. Food was a big letdown this year — quality wasn't great and it felt very repetitive in the main resturant. We went to the Mongolian again, which was the best meal we had last year, but this year it was a huge disappointment — overcooked food swimming in oil could not eat it. The Hard Rock trip was shocking , i think due to the entertainment team. They turned up late, it was poorly organised, late pickup, rubbish tables. The event runs 8-11pm but we weren't dropped off until 8:30, by which point karaoke sign-ups were full and the bar was extremely busy so it felt like we didn't get the money worth. Last year loads of people from the hotel went and it was amazing — this year it was just us and a rep who spent most of the time outside. A word of caution: Be careful reading other reviews — we noticed the entertainment team approach guests and ask them to write reviews, which we suspect gives a false impression of the hotel and the entertainment team. Also, outside the hotel there are a few shops that will try to overcharge so don't be afraid to haggle they will come down in price. Overall: Would I come back? Not for a long time. There would need to be real improvements in entertainment and food — both were a real letdown this year. I do hope they improve in these areas as the staff are amazing and it has so much potential with what I would think ciuld be small changes.

We had the best time over our ten day stay. Staff could not do enough for us. Entertainment team were engaging particularly Haifaa. We played bowls and water polo which were good fun. Haifaa was friendly and made us feel super comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location for us to access excursions. The hotel puts on a free shuttle bus each evening for guests to visit nearby attractions too. Food was varied, lots of choice for all types of diet. We would definitely return. Very good value for money. The one downside is poor internet connection in some places of the hotel, but not the end of the world.

A pleasant stay defined by world-class service ​I just finished a week-long all-inclusive stay at Xperience Sea Breeze. The standout feature is, without a doubt, the staff. From top to bottom, everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive; they genuinely seem to love their jobs and go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday. ​The Accommodation: We booked a "swim-up room," though the name is a bit misleading as the pool is about 10 meters away rather than directly accessible from the terrace. However, the rooms themselves are spacious, spotless, and feature very comfortable beds. Housekeeping does a fantastic job daily—the creative towel art was always a fun touch! ​Dining: With several bars and restaurants, you won’t go hungry. The pool and beach bars offer a good variety of snacks throughout the day. For dinner, you have the choice of buffets or two a-la-carte options (Mongolian and Indian). While the variety is great, I’d describe the food quality as "good" rather than "exceptional"—it’s reliable, but nothing truly blew me away. ​Amenities: The resort offers several pools and a beach area. Some spots are livelier than others, so it's worth exploring to find your preferred vibe. The "disco bus" is a lifesaver for getting up and down the hill to the beach and jetty! You will get approached for spa treatments and massages, but it's all in good spirits; a polite "no" or a joke is usually enough for them to move on. ​Overall, a very pleasant stay made memorable by the wonderful team. ​
