Great food, kind staff and very clean. Just a 2 min walk from the beach. The all-inclusive menu is extensive and the drinks are great too The entertainment and the restaurant staff were top notch, really amazing energy and service. The rooms and amenities were fine but nothing over the top, the pool is a bit small and usually overcrowded with floaties. Good location, near lots of supermarkets, small shops, busses, and car rental services. Overall a good experience but not quite worth a 4 star rating overall in my opinion.

We just had a week stay at the Zafiro Rey Don Jamie and it was fantastic. It was 100m from the beach in a great location. The food was really good and the cocktails amazing. The entertainment staff were brilliant and we loved the night time entertainment. The rooms were lovely and the hotel was nice and clean. I also had a bottle of champagne left in my room on my birthday. We would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back

brilliant place to stay! the location is great especially right by the beach, and the bar running until 23:30 is perfect during the entertainment and after. the staff are so nice especially Antonio - he would always make sure everything was fine and make us laugh. he was also fantastic at leading aqua aerobics and put everyone in the best mood! going to miss his amazing energy! :(

This is a very good hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is first class with a wide range to choose from. Evening entertainment is a bit mixed but usually you have an enjoyable evening. One or two points that would improve the hotel is that the bathrooms need upgrading to walk in showers. The shower above the bath only had one hight with one hand grip. In the bars, proper drink mats would be more appropriate than paper ones. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and shops also very nice walk along the promenade.

Very nice 8 days spent here. Both indoor and outdoor food was 11/10 every day. Hotel and rooms were cleaned everyday which was nice. The staff and everyone involved were also very friendly. The shops and the beach were basically on your doorstep too! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I know I will be coming back here again 100% Also the WIFI was very good! BIG SHOUTOUT to Sam and (I'm sorry I cant quite remember his name he had long hair) from the entertainment team, Both TOP guys! -Kyle T
