We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety and everything was delicious. We asked for a late check-out because our flight was late in the evening, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay longer, which made our last day much more comfortable. We really appreciated this gesture. The entertainment team was fantastic and created a fun atmosphere every day. The waiters were also amazing—they regularly came to take our drink orders, so we never had to wait long. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to come back!

Could not recommend enough! The entire team was so welcoming and happy to accommodate anything we needed. I went with my 11 and 12 year old boys and they loved the fitness teams who hosted a variety of activities including a foam party. The food was brilliant and you had loads of options, our favourite being the buffet which offered diffrent kind of foods every evening and they also catered for every diet. A big shout out to the pool bar staff, who made us wonderful lunches and also joked with the boys (they loved it!). Another HUGE thanks to the housekeeping team, who always made the room look wonderful every single day

Here's a polished 5-star review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and exceeded our already high expectations in every way. The pool and grounds were stunning and immaculately maintained. Our children especially loved the pool, particularly the inflatable dome, which kept them entertained for hours. The hotel is perfectly set up for families, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, so there was always somewhere comfortable to relax in the shade. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day by the pool. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help our family. They made our comfort and wellbeing their priority throughout our stay. When you're travelling with young children, that level of care makes such a difference, and it really helped us relax and enjoy our holiday. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. We can't wait to return! Fantastic hotel for families, especially if you’ve younger kids. Nightly entertainment was genuinely brilliant. Room unspectacular but clean, spacious and everything we needed. Staff all great, food likewise – we ate there seven nights and each was different, all very well done. Nice little playground, bouncy castle. Big pool plus an extra one for adults. Never felt especially crowded and separate splash pool for younger kids was perfect for our toddler. Location was fine for us – 10 minutes downhill to the beach, which is fabulous. Lots of nearby shops. Walk back up the hill is tough on a baking hot day but air con awaits. All in all left with a very favourable impression of Zafiro so whether this or another of their hotels, would strongly recommend for families. Entertainment staff are as good as you’ll find.

Fantastic stay. Great attractions for kids and adults. All the entertainment team is fantastic. I loved Thomas and the zumba girl Valentina. The best girl at the bar is Kasia.She is always fniendly and helpful. We loved all the waiters too. They joke and make you feel relaxed. We loved the stay.
