We stayed here in June 2025 as a family of 3 (4 year old son). We had an amazing time, loved it! Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a one bedroom suite, which was ideal for us. Pool was amazing, our son could touch the bottom of the majority of the pool which was great, he loved the bubble! The kids area was great too! Lifeguards always around in various locations of the pool. Food was great, lots of variation. They have a childrens food section too, with childrens plates, cups etc. We did have one occasion where some of the food wasn't labeled, but the staff were helpful. Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Kids entertainers were great. All in all a great holiday and we are booking to go back again this year! Beach is around a 10 minute walk away.

We had an amazing stay with Zafiro Mallorca, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a great family holiday. They always had a smile on their faces, some remembered your name, some your favourite drink and would come over to have a chat when they had spare time. Rooms were serviced regularly and we always managed to get a bed by the pool. Great stay and would highly recommend.

Modern clean hotel. Lovely grounds and facilities. Entertainment was good at times apart from Saturday night was poor. A quiz that was fairly boring! Kids club wasn’t really worth bothering with as not very engaging. Medal games not very well organised. Pool was brilliant with lots to keep kids entertained.

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Zafiro Mallorca. We had the best stay with our 4 year old. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival and so glad we did as the food was very good and lots of variety every day. We stayed in a garden apartment but rarely used the garden as there was so much space around the pool that there was no need to stay in the garden. The room was large and kept clean and had all the amenities for self catering if you needed it. The pools are large and plenty of sunbeds never an issue getting one and the area was cleaned every morning and evening. Lots of activities planned for the kids all of which were outstanding, treasure hunts, games, singing/dancing, face painting, tattoos, balloon animals, t-shirt painting and much more. You could join in whenever you felt like it and pass when you didn't, no pressure whatsoever. For the adults there was great entertainment such as acrobats, circus, magician and live bands. This was one of the best holidays we have been on and we all had a great time. A special mention for Otmane who was just fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable, a great young man who brought a smile to every face around him. The kids entertainment staff were also fantastic and very good at noticing the shy children and giving gentle encouragement. My daughter is very shy but was desperate to join in and the staff noticed this and accommodated her needs accordingly. We also noticed during our stay that a child had wandered off from their parents, we noticed this because all of the senior staff members RAN to the scene within seconds of being alerted. Luckily the child was found safe and sound within a few minutes but it was very comforting to know the staff had such good communication and so many people came in the blink of an eye to help. Overall a 5 star holiday. We had the best time. Thank you all!

Perfect no-nonsense resort for familys with kids, or without, when visiting in the off season. When we visted it was quiet, more than enough space for everyone! The central space with the restaurants, garden and heated swimming pools is large compared to the number of appartments. We had breakfast and dinner. Everyting was taken care of, enough choice. You can say the assortment of food was more basic, but everything was of quality and tasty and well thought of. I like this better than an extravagant hit and miss assortment. The rooms are a little bit older now, but the size and location make up for it. It is situated a quiet neighbourhood, but the walk to the beach and supermarkets is relatively short. The personell was friendly and helpfull, in a relaxed european way. Everything just works at Zafiro Mallorca!
