Hotel was fab. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Good selection of food, nice mix everyday and a good variety. 4 pools (cold in October though) Entertainment staff were great - especially Marko and Shannon - really took the time to get to know the guests. Always loved having a chat and just took the extra time. The decades show was brilliant. Hotel is in a great location - plenty of shops and lovely bars just round the corner. Well recommended

I am posting on behalf of Carl Westerman as he doesn’t use social media and he has asked me to post this for him. I have been coming to this hotel for twenty years. I was worried when reading some of the reviews earlier this year. However when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the room, had been decorated and was nice and fresh. The staff are all friendly and look after you. The apartment is spacious with a large double bedroom and a large kitchen/diner. The Animation team are great, Daniel, Theo and all of the team are excellent. They set up some great games Archery, rifle shooting, table tennis and pool. If you are unhappy with anything go to reception and Isobel is really helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent with a good choice. Can’t wait to go back again next year and some of the people we met there, have already booked for next year. Lastly, the General Manager was brilliant.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus. Highly recommended!

It was my first time experiencing this hotel and I have to say it was all up to standard , the cleaners came every day offering new towels and bed sheets the rooms very nice and comfy, the food was good and with enough variety to please everyone , the staff of the bar were always friendly and quick with service. The entertainment staff are the best , we really loved the shows were we could participate and really gave my experience a whole new level , always smiling and made our holiday. We would come back 100%

Isla Rimoncelli

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for a week and we had an amazing time! The facilities were great , there are two big pools, both very clean and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The hotel also offers lots of activities, so there’s always something to do. The all-inclusive service was excellent. Every day there was a different variety of food, always fresh and tasty, and the drinks menu had plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. But the best part of our stay was definitely the entertainment team , a special mention to Theo and Dani for their charisma and professionalism. They made every evening fun and unforgettable! Overall, this hotel gave us a perfect holiday experience. I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!
