We’ve had a wonderful holiday and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here! ❤️ The staff were all so lovely, friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. The food was superb, with a great variety of delicious dishes throughout the week, so there was always something to look forward to. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic, full of energy and enthusiasm, and really helped make our holiday extra special. We’ve made some lovely memories and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. We’d happily come back again! ☀️🌴🥰

Myself and my bestie came for four days at this beautiful hotel, situated right on the sea front along with the shops and bars just 5 minutes up the road. The Ting Ting land train comes straight out the hotel every hour on the hour , which takes you into Cala Dor it self and the Mareina. Plenty of beaches near by all in coves, the sea is choppy but the one near the hotel is a 5 minute walk, very clean and looked after. We stayed In D building across the road from the hotel , in an apartment which was beautiful, very clean, had its own fridge, cooker, etc, big shower no bath which was absolutely fine. Our balcony went straight onto the pool and pool bar. Just a 2 min walk and you come to two benches which over looks the sea so you can watch the sunrise and sunset . Absolutely stunning. The food in the hotel itself was amazing! Lots of choice, everyday different , Mexican night, Chinese night etc. My friend is Gulten and they have variety for her. The head chef Miguel, came out to see her and show her what she was able to eat. Fantastic! He was great, full of life and energy as was all the staff. Very friendly always pleasant, always had a smile and a good morning or evening, we were very impressed and would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and maintenance. There was a mysterious liquid on our terrace that smelled strongly of sewage. Our family stayed in the rooms on the ground floor, where there was a strong smell of dampness and mould. We stayed on the top floor, so this was not an issue limited to our own room. The shower drain was extremely slow, while the kitchen sink drain did not work at all. We had to forcefully lift the drain stopper just to let the water from the tap drain away. The floors were very dirty and sticky from the moment we checked in, which was unacceptable. The swimming pool also desperately needed cleaning. Its condition was disappointing and clearly required urgent attention. The food was okay, nothing particularly special, but the staff and bartenders were absolutely wonderful!! They were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, and honestly made our entire stay much more enjoyable. They deserve special recognition because their attitude was the biggest positive aspect of this hotel. Overall, the lovely staff could not make up for the serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The hotel has potential, but it desperately needs better housekeeping, a thorough pool cleaning, and proper maintenance. It is a shame that such friendly staff have to work in a place where the facilities and cleanliness fall so far below expectations.

Very disappointing stay — I would not return Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing stay. For a 4-star all-inclusive resort, especially as this is the most expensive all-inclusive holiday I have ever booked, we expected a much higher standard. We arrived at the hotel after 23:00 and had been told food would be available for late arrivals, but the restaurant was locked. We had to return to reception and ask staff to unlock it. The hotel is very difficult to navigate, like a maze, with poor lighting. We couldn't find our room and had to be shown to it. There was no lift and our room was up three flights of stairs. The receptionist kindly helped with our luggage, but this shouldn't have been necessary. Our room also had maintenance issues. The kettle leaked hot water from underneath when boiled and one shower door was coming off its hinges. The balcony also did not feel safe, as the wooden structure moved and rocked when pushed. The food was a major disappointment. The choice was limited and for the first few days there were no labels on the dishes, so we often didn't know what we were eating. The drinking water from the refill station tasted noticeably salty, so we had to buy bottled water every day. The drinks were equally disappointing. The cocktail menu showed a good selection, but many cocktails weren't available because the blender wasn't working. We then realised the cocktails were pre-made. I haven't had a single cocktail during the stay because of the poor choice and quality. The coffee was also problematic. I selected a black coffee from the machine but it contained milk, which was particularly concerning as I am lactose-free. The reusable cup system was also unnecessarily restrictive, as we were told we couldn't have a coffee and another drink at the same time. Around the pool there were not enough umbrellas, several weren't working properly and the ones that did work provided very little useful shade. We even had to ask the lifeguard for help with one. We have ended up spending considerably more money eating, drinking and buying water outside the hotel, which rather defeats the purpose of booking all-inclusive. The one major positive is the location. Cala Egos and the surrounding beaches are beautiful, and Cala d'Or itself has fantastic restaurants and places to visit. We really enjoyed exploring the area. Unfortunately, the hotel has not lived up to what we expected from a 4-star property, particularly considering the amount we paid, and we would not stay here again.

Me and my partner stayed here for a total of 8 days and it was amazing. Food was incredible, rooms were so clean, our view from the room was beautiful. Staff at reception were so kind and helpful when it came to sorting out things. Massive shoutout to the entertainment team, made our holiday the most memorable and fun!! kindest and sweetest people! we will miss you all! -wiktoria and aleks
