The hotel itself is quite dated, and it’s clear that keeping it up to modern standards is a challenge. The food was below average, with limited healthy and nutritious options. Dinner quality varied from day to day, if you were lucky, there would be freshly grilled fish or meat, but on other days the selection was rather disappointing. That said, there are several positives. The rooms are more spacious than those in many hotels, the pools are large, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The hotel is close (15 minutes by foot) to Platja de Muro, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

We absolutely loved our stay here and had such a fantastic holiday! The food was really nice, with plenty of options available at the buffet, so there was always something to choose from. If you happened to miss the buffet, you could also order food from the bar next to the pool, which was included in the all-inclusive package — such a great option to have. There was also a really good selection of drinks included in the all-inclusive, including wines, beers and some basic cocktails. If you fancied something a little different, there was 50% off more premium/speciality drinks. The speciality cocktails were only around €3–€4 after the discount, which I thought was really reasonable. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment was fantastic. There was something different every night and it really catered to everyone. They usually had a kids’ show at around 8pm, followed by bingo or a quiz, and then entertainment such as singers or tribute acts. There was always something going on, but it never felt repetitive. Some nights they even have an exotic animal show or parrots that could ride mini bicycles! I enjoyed my stay here so much that I’m already planning to come back again next year! I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Lots of positives. Clean, spacious room, which is cleaned every day. I was on the 1st floor and had a nice view of the pool. Adult pool and main pool really great areas to relax. No struggle to get a sunbed. Staff were always pleasant and helpful when approached with an issue. Bingo + singing for entertainment in the evening. This isn't something i'd normally do, but I enjoyed it nonetheless and the guy in the entertainment team is a massive credit to the hotel. I was all inclusive and the beer + spirits were fine, no issues there, but the cocktails from the tap were awful! Location isn't too bad, 10 minute walk to shops, bars & restaurants, and an easy bus into Alcudia from there. The negatives, the food. Unfortunately, for me, most of the food was below satisfactory. Breakfast I got by on cereal and pastries, but the cooked breakfast, slices of hot dog sausage, really? Lunch is a poor version of dinner. Dinner seems to be a random concoction of whatever is left in the fridge. The last night I was there, they had battered brocoli which confirmed to me how bad it really was... desserts were nice though. I think the hotel should put on special themed nights. If you have young children or go to bed early, i'd suggest asking for a room facing the lake, as the entertainment is extremely loud until after 11pm, especially on the 1st floor! Would I stay again? Yes, but for room only.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were really clean and well maintained. There's 8 separate pools including an adult only pool. Only hotel I've been to where there are plenty of sunbeds and they strictly enforce no one securing their beds with towels at 6am! We were only bed and breakfast but there was loads of choice at breakfast and there's a shuttle bus every half an hour to the local town if you want to eat out, but even walking it's only a 10 minute walk. Outside areas are kept very clean and tidy. Decent gym on site and they provide a courtesy room with shower after check out. Would definitely recommend this place. And you do get this odd family of ducks swimming in the adult pool for amusement

I had a very good stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The staff were always friendly, positive, and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The food was very good, with plenty of choice and good quality meals throughout our stay. The bus service was also excellent and made getting around very easy and convenient. One tip I would highly recommend is completing the online check-in as soon as you receive the email. This allows you to get your room straight away when you arrive, which makes the check-in process much faster and smoother. There were lots of activities available every day, so there was always something to do. The hotel has a great atmosphere, good facilities, and excellent organization. Everything was well maintained and the staff worked hard to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service, plenty of activities, and a welcoming team. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
