The hotel itself is quite dated, and it’s clear that keeping it up to modern standards is a challenge. The food was below average, with limited healthy and nutritious options. Dinner quality varied from day to day, if you were lucky, there would be freshly grilled fish or meat, but on other days the selection was rather disappointing. That said, there are several positives. The rooms are more spacious than those in many hotels, the pools are large, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The hotel is close (15 minutes by foot) to Platja de Muro, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were really clean and well maintained. There's 8 separate pools including an adult only pool. Only hotel I've been to where there are plenty of sunbeds and they strictly enforce no one securing their beds with towels at 6am! We were only bed and breakfast but there was loads of choice at breakfast and there's a shuttle bus every half an hour to the local town if you want to eat out, but even walking it's only a 10 minute walk. Outside areas are kept very clean and tidy. Decent gym on site and they provide a courtesy room with shower after check out. Would definitely recommend this place. And you do get this odd family of ducks swimming in the adult pool for amusement

I had a very good stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The staff were always friendly, positive, and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The food was very good, with plenty of choice and good quality meals throughout our stay. The bus service was also excellent and made getting around very easy and convenient. One tip I would highly recommend is completing the online check-in as soon as you receive the email. This allows you to get your room straight away when you arrive, which makes the check-in process much faster and smoother. There were lots of activities available every day, so there was always something to do. The hotel has a great atmosphere, good facilities, and excellent organization. Everything was well maintained and the staff worked hard to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service, plenty of activities, and a welcoming team. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Excellent stay at Lagotel. Stayed 7 nights. All the staff are wonderful. The entertainment crew are amazing. I can't believe how many hours they cover, and with it being quite repetitive, they always turn up with a smile on their face and provide excellent entertainment. Not just for the children, but the adults too. Hotel is clean and tidy. Multiple choice of pools and bars, if you want to disappear to an adults only pool, then you can. I got talking to quite a few people who come here every year and in one case, has been coming back for 26 years. I think that speaks volumes on the value for money this hotel provides. I definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve come from London, this hotel is beautiful, the service and the rooms are great, the view on the balcony is worth it when the sun is out ☀️, you can see palm tree’s, a river, the golf course and some mountains in the distance. I booked the family room so my room was very spacious and it also had a chilling area in a different room. The breakfast was standard, no halal options in the meat, but it was okay, the bed’s are comfortable, Family room - Two single bed’s together and one sofa bed. No mosquitos, didn’t even use the net or repellent. The bathroom was big too and in general very nice place.
