We came as a family with no children so the adults only pool was much appreciated. Lovely resort, four pools all together with plenty of sunbeds. The pool areas open at 10am which seemed to stop any mad rush of those trying to get sunbeds. Evening entertainment which can be seen from balconies or can sit by the bar. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Really happy with our holiday, would recommend to those with or without children.

We’ve come from London, this hotel is beautiful, the service and the rooms are great, the view on the balcony is worth it when the sun is out ☀️, you can see palm tree’s, a river, the golf course and some mountains in the distance. I booked the family room so my room was very spacious and it also had a chilling area in a different room. The breakfast was standard, no halal options in the meat, but it was okay, the bed’s are comfortable, Family room - Two single bed’s together and one sofa bed. No mosquitos, didn’t even use the net or repellent. The bathroom was big too and in general very nice place.

Large hotel with buffet meals in large restaurant. Same choices more to European tastes not English. Good staff.Snack bar good with great staff. Entertainment about 2 *.Nice pool complex.Hotel quotes 4* but not this.. about a 2 as I said. Drinks for AI were watery .. we drank all day and not drunk. Top shelf drinks more expense.

Fantastic 4-night stay - I’ll be booking again next April & bringing my family. My room was absolutely spotless, pools & facilities were really well maintained & clean, huge variety of continental & hot food at breakfast and staff were friendly & helpful. Felt really safe as a female solo traveller. It’s a nice 10 minute walk from the beach, but there’s a free shuttle bus from the hotel (people complaining about the distance just haven’t bothered to check before booking!). Everything you need is close by, great bus transport links & bike hire to explore the rest of Mallorca. Didn’t encounter any mosquitos (too early in the season maybe?) but I did take insect repellent as there’s lots of open water at the nearby nature reserve. Brilliant resort if you have a family, equally great if you’re on your own as there’s an adults only pool & bar, slightly separated from the main hotel area. Didn’t go all-inclusive, drinks & snack/dinner reasonably priced.

Stayed here for a week in may. We felt welcome when we arrived and got our rooms earlier than 14.00 which was nice after a long trip. Service was friendly and when we called to reception for extra blankets, towels, pillows etc. we got them and they also answered happily any questions. Cleaners were friendly too and rooms were cleaned everyday if we wanted. Rooms were in good shape, we stayed in side building (not main building) and there was no mosquitoes even though many people said there would be. We saw them in main building, there was some plants and trees inside. Sadly beds were uncomfortable for all of us. We had 3 people in same room, I slept on sofa/couch bed for a week and it was hard. Not comfortable at all and normal bed were like that too. It was also cold in the rooms during our stay. Noises were loud from outside and we heard talking through walls from next room. Breakfast was mainly english. Eggs tasted weird. Many different breads and sweet cakes and pastries. There was a chef that made omelettes/pancakes, different every day. Those were great. Overall average hotel.
