We stayed for one week and had a really wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is close to the beach and everything was well organized and comfortable. We really enjoyed the food and the buffet had a good variety every day. ,Heddi ,at the cooking station was always smiling and prepared everything perfectly. We would definitely come back again.”

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The beds were so uncomfortable we had to ask reception for more duvets to make it more comfortable! As a pregnant lady the food was rubbish, everything seemed to be fish so we had to eat out everyday. The walls in the rooms were so thin you could hear people coming in at 2 am arguing. Our room seemed to be covered in little tiny ants. The hotel is split into 2 hotels, we were in number 2. This one seemed to look like the worst out of the 2, more run down and basic. Cleaners were knocking on the door so early and talking so loudly outside the rooms. Hotel is in a great location, staff are great with keeping the pool area tidy. Entertainment team are amazing! Cleaners did clean everything& gave us clean towels daily however didn’t give us any clean bedding on the 10 days we were there. Didn’t change the dirty cups either that was used for tea/coffee or give us more milk & sugar.

This hotel is very clean. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is well organised and the food is very good quality, nicely displayed and a wide variety of choices. All inclusive drinks were excellent. The entertainment is good and the location is just minutes from the sandy beach.

Me and my family stayed here early may and overall was happy with our stay. The main highlight was how good the kids club was, we stayed watching whenever our children were in there and could really see how good they all were with the children especially the one women that was working there may 4-10th she really was amazing! Check in was at 3 which considering we arrived at 11 this was stressful for us especially as we was watching many people check in and be able to go to there rooms but ours was not ready till after 3. The rooms were the biggest downfall we had a small room with 3 single beds the fit me my partner and two children, the tv only had one English channel which was the news and a small shower. The food was good, it was constantly getting topped up and had good variety or meat and fish. For all inclusive we were happy with the food. Location was amazing. Would probably stay here again

The hotel had an alright view of Fergus hotel. We stayed here 5 nights and 6 days, the food downstairs as an all inclusive hotel was overall quite bad. No food for picky eaters whatsoever not very nice food. Sol Palmanova hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the beach and the shops which was a really good thing for my family. We could smell weed coming from the outside area and found out that the workers were smoking outside and coming from the air vents was a smell of smoke. The cleaners did an amazing job cleaning our room apart from the floor as it had bits on and marks on the walls. Our air con didn’t work which was quite disappointing. This would be a lovely place to bring your kids as the entertainment is FABULOUS it’s the best hotel for entertainment I’ve ever been to as their is acrobatics,dancing for the younger ones and much more! There is 3 pools including the kids pool with 2 small slides for younger ones and a kids club that will do such amazing things with your children and make their fantasy come alive! Altogether this place is 4 stars.
