This place is really nice. Has great ocean views from most of the rooms. Smaller, more private almost boutique style of hotel. My guess is that they have less than 30 rooms. Restaurant is pretty good, but not great. Loved the setting though. Grounds are well maintained, beach feels very private and only guests are down there. Hotel felt safe. Staff are nice and they're on the ball. If I come back to St Lucia, I would be happy to stay here again. It's a little pricey for what it is, but that's just St Lucia. Don't come expecting Ritz Carlton or a Conrad sort of style, it's not that. Probably closer to a decent Marriott or Holiday inn in terms of quality.

We had the best time at Calabash Cove! We stayed for our honeymoon for 5 nights. The whole place just had the best vibe. The resort had a beautiful view and it was very calm yet very fun. The food was so good - our favorite part was the specials that changed each day! The whole property was very clean & full of amenities. The staff truly sets this place apart - they were not only professional but also very fun, warm, & welcoming. Shout out in particular to Jade, Joachim, & Rohan. They made sure that we enjoyed every moment. We even got to hangout with the owner - he was awesome!! We would love to return & are already recommending this resort to all of our family & friends!!

Calabash is a lovely resort that exceeded our expectations! We wanted a calm and relaxing, beachfront tropical getaway and that's exactly what we got 😁. We stayed for 10 days celebrating our honeymoon and enjoyed the breathtaking views from our swim up suite and the infinity pool. The staff is very friendly and attentive! The cocktails are delicious and the restaurant's daily specials pack flavor and variety. I was served some of the best pasta dishes that I've ever had. The ocean views from the restaurant are truly spectacular. The secluded beach is so peaceful to walk on - or if you're up for a splash - grab a paddle board and have at it. We will return! 💪

From start to finish we were wowed with our experience at Cap Maison! The food was delicious and staff were soo friendly and wonderful, my husband and I have never had such friendly wonderful service before. Cap Maison was the perfect place for our honeymoon. We got to snorkel at the beach, sit beachside, sit poolside and then have a fancy dinner where every seat is amazing! Darrell was our waiter for our private dinner in the gazebo and it was so special it almost brought tears to our eyes. Every small item we mentioned was remembered and celebrated. WiFi was also amazing no matter where we went and we felt so safe!

We came here for our honeymoon for a week in October and I seriously cannot recommend it enough! From the very first second you arrive on the property to the very last minute until you check out, the customer service and kindness of the staff is unlike I’ve ever experienced before. Everybody that works there made sure that your entire stay from start to finish was incredible! Kevin at the front desk was so fabulous and went above and beyond during our whole stay. The restaurants on property have some of the best food I have ever had in my life! The spa treatments were amazing, all of the amenities were clean and top-notch, and the room service is phenomenal every single day. I could go on and on about how incredible this resort is! I cannot recommend it enough if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is the perfect size where it does not feel commercial either. It has everything you need and is genuinely perfect! If you stay here, I highly recommend eating at both the cliff at the cap and naked fisherman, getting a massage at the spa, and doing a private dinner in the wine cellar. 10/10 recommend the Cap Maison!

Fantastic rooms. Great service. Two pools. We used the smaller one and it was very quiet. Brilliant breakfast. Order what You want at breakfast with really nice fruit and pastries. Cap Maison is at the north end of St Lucia. It is close to Pigeon Island. It is a small/boutique luxury resort set on a clifftop on the Cap Estate at the northern tip of St Lucia, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Smugglers Cove. The property is designed in a Spanish-Caribbean villa style, with whitewashed buildings, tiled roofs, courtyards and lush tropical gardens spread across the hillside. Suites and villas are arranged in small clusters rather than in one large hotel block, which makes it feel quiet and private There is a very pretty beach with a restaurant on it. This is not a private beach but pretty private and you walk down 92 steps to get to it so not for the faint hearted. The main resort is all pretty flat. Gym and Spa but we did not use either so I cannot really comment on them but they looked nice. There is a sort of common room where there is a TV, drinks and tea/coffee - honesty basis, write down what you want One slight quirk is that they give you reusable water bottles and you then fill them yourselves - 4 water stations so once you get the hang of it not bad. Frist day we asked the restaurant to fill because we got lost finding the small pool water station. Ice provided to the room each day which is great.

Our stay at Ladera exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Even before we arrived, Yvette in the concierge office was incredibly helpful coordinating details and making everything feel seamless. At the airport, Vaughn made meeting our transfer easy, and the reception team at Ladera was warm, professional, and welcoming. Our butler, Theo, was excellent — helping with bags and even shuttling us around the property one evening in the Moke when my wife was wearing heels. Dining at Dasheene was consistently fantastic. The wait staff remembered us night to night, and Akim went above and beyond by bringing out the best wine glasses from the wine room when we ordered a bottle. The spa at Élevé was outstanding, and we really enjoyed time at the Hideaway Bar, especially meeting Hilarious. Outside the resort, the Soufrière volcano tour and mud baths exceeded expectations and were a highlight of the trip. The room was incredible. The three-walled, open-air design was exactly what we expected and loved — the breeze, the views, and the connection to nature were all exceptional. Throughout the resort and on excursions, everyone was kind, respectful, and we felt completely safe. Ladera is a truly special place, and St. Lucia left a lasting impression on us. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it for a romantic and unforgettable getaway.

We stayed here as part of our St Lucia honeymoon and it was nothing short of perfection! The view from our open room was incredible. The staff at the resort were welcoming and we had no issues with service. Definitely worth ordering room service breakfast for the perfect morning. The room was clean and the aesthetic fit the resort atmosphere. The open room did come with challenges against nature at night (this would be 10/10 if there was a wall in the bedroom and air con) however the views were worth it. A stunning resort for a honeymoon, would definitely recommend!

One of the best luxury resorts we ever stayed at. Unique, memorable, romantic. Architecture and design are fantastic. Location is great as well. You can walk to other restaurants, beach and other locations of interest (vulcano, mud baths, zipline) are a short ride away. Service is top notch with your every need anticipated before you even think about it. Our butler, Sadley, is worthy of membership in Les Clefs d’Or. As an industry insider, I can tell you this place is special.

We had a not-so-great experience at our second Sandals trip a couple of years back. We gave them one more chance coming here and we do NOT regret it. The excursions, the beach view, the property, the staff, the vibes… all were great! We got a cabana for two days (highly recommend) and the staff for the cabanas were great! Thank you Sanjay, St. Matthew, and Jaden. You deserve raises! The entertainment was the only spot I think we would have preferred be a little more lively. Especially at night. Other than that, we don’t have any critiques. I also say that as I’m laying in our cabana for the last day. Thank you to everyone here! Overall, we had a really great honeymoon at Sandals Grande St. Lucian. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even though we weren’t in a Butler Suite. The beach is beautiful, and we had a great time taking advantage of the water sports without too much of a wait. The food was not out of this world, but it was tasty and about what I expected for an all inclusive resort - with Bombay, Barefoot, and Soy being our favorite spots. The drinks left a bit to be desired, as many of them were too sweet for my liking or didn’t taste like the classic recipes. My primary piece of feedback is the rooms could use some updating. We were in the Cap Estates building, and our bed frame was yellowing and the lamps had rust on them. The water was always scolding hot even if turned to the lowest setting. Perhaps some of the other buildings have been updated, but for the price point I expected more. The room size is good, though.

My husband and I went on our delayed honeymoon at this resort and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! From the minute we walked into the resort, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazing, a walk down from the beach (which was wonderful). We have been to 5 Sandals resorts and this is the first property we chose to rebook within moments of being there. The location is amazing; yes, a long ride from the airport, but an opportunity to receive a guided, almost private tour of the island and its beautiful properties and people. From the moment we stepped out of the transfer shuttle, we knew we'd be back. The lobby is exquisite, offering a multitude of seating types and alcoves featuring a variety of retail spaces, including a bar. The beach is long and beautiful, and the water warm and calm. Its white sands are surrounded by mountains. The adjacent national park includes Pigeon Island, an 18th century military site used in both World Wars. Climbing it was a joy, including the views of Martinique, a mere 25 miles from St. Lucia. We stayed in a butlered suite in a very quiet location resplendent with panoramic views of the mountains, the Caribbean, and the gorgeous grounds. Food is of high quality, especially Barefoot and Toscanini, and the service is outstanding. The Lucian people are happy, kind, service-oriented, and proud to call Saint Lucia home. The property is well-managed, including its hotel manager who brings his lengthy Sandals resume and quality insight to the property. He is a joy to speak with. Our butlers, especially Makaiah, are a delight and left us surprises on a daily basis with impeccable service in between. Despite meeting several guests who have returned annually to this property since it opened 23 years ago, never did we think we would book a return trip not even half way through the existing one. However, never had we experienced the Sandals motto for its returning guests until this stay... "Welcome Home."

Stayed here on my honeymoon and was blown away! Every single staff member was friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the local night where they have stations with local art and food to taste. Jean Eve made our trip even more special and memorable. He met us on our third day and basically became a friend of ours for the rest of the trip. He truly made our time at Sandals Halcyon special and went above and beyond to even finding us the morning we were leaving to say goodbye. It was little things that made our trip even more special.

VITO & WILLARD were the best!! Arrival to Halcyon was smooth from the start, we were greeted by song, promptly booked our restaurant reservations for the week and showed to our Butler Elite Suite. Suite 119 was perfectly located on the East Side of the resort, close to the beach and main pool but just far enough away to not hear the music & events playing by the main pool. Everything was amazing from day one, our butler team was second to none! Food options were standard but had the perfect mix for us. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay and the excursions were easy to book. The most important thing, we felt safe and fully relaxed knowing that we had help the entire time. Overall we stayed 3 nights at Halcyon(with visits to Grande) & 2 nights at La Toc. This location was perfect for us. Things to note: There is 1.5 hour trip by road from the airport to Sandals Halcyon, they provide transport but we booked private transportation. This is the smaller Sandals out of the three but by far the best from a service & relaxation standpoint. Book restaurant reservations immediately, whether at this location or any of the Sandals resorts at St. Lucia Lastly, book your spot at the beach every morning 🙂🏝️🍹

The beach feels intimate and unhurried, like it belongs only to the guests lucky enough to wake up there. The atmosphere is beautifully balanced. So peaceful. The pools are pristine, the beachfront is perfect and felt like they were designed specifically for afternoon naps. The staff are the true heartbeat of Halcyon. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly gracious, they create an experience that feels personal rather than programmed. Every interaction felt genuine and every detail was a dream. Dining was exceptional. From relaxed seaside lunches to romantic dinners over the water, each meal felt like an event. The flavours were vibrant and the presentation elegant, including the service. Even the cocktails seemed to taste better with that ocean breeze. If you’re looking for high energy and nonstop noise, this may not be your place. But if you crave serenity, romance, and the kind of beauty that makes you pause mid sentence just to take it in, Sandals Halcyon is pure magic. We left feeling lighter and already dreaming of our return. 💛

Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism at Sandals Halcyon While Sandals Halcyon Beach is visually stunning, my recent experience was marred by a significant lack of hospitality, poor communication, and unprofessional service. From the moment we landed, the experience felt more like a chore than a vacation. The Arrival & Check-In Fiasco Be prepared for a grueling 90-minute drive from the airport. By the time we navigated traffic and reached the resort, it was already dark. Our first meal at Taste of St. Lucia was average at best—I would not recommend it as a starting point for your stay. The real issues began the next morning. We attempted to make dinner reservations, but because the computer systems were down, a staff member took our choices on paper and promised to call our room to confirm. That call never came. When we followed up the next day, our requests were gone, and several of our preferred dining times were fully booked. It felt as though our information was simply discarded. Subpar Dining & Service The "all-inclusive" promise fell short regarding service: • The "Disappearing" Staff: At the breakfast buffet, we were offered coffee that never arrived. At dinner, we ordered a second round of drinks that never showed up; I eventually had to walk to a neighboring bar to get them myself. • Kelly’s Dockside: After waiting over an hour and a half for our food with no sign of our waitress, we finally gave up and left. To make matters worse, we went back to the room & ordered two simple cheeseburgers from room service and then only received one. You can’t make this nonsense up! The Bar Experience The staff at the lazy river/pool area were consistently dismissive. It was common to wait several minutes while bartenders finished personal conversations before acknowledging guests. When I tried to order a drink with Crown Royal, I was told they were "out." Instead of offering to restock, the bartender gave a rude and lazy "I don't know" when asked if more was coming. I had to walk 10 minutes to the front lobby to speak with a manager just to get the bar restocked. Beach & Atmosphere We ended up avoiding the beach entirely. Local vendors are allowed on the sand and will "hard-core" hassle you to buy trinkets every single day. It is not the relaxing, private experience you would expect from a high-end resort. Final Verdict I’m not sure if the lack of tipping leads to this level of indifference, but the staff generally acted as if guests were an inconvenience. It felt like being at the DMV all week. There are far too many beautiful islands and high-quality all-inclusive resorts to settle for this level of unprofessionalism. We just got back from our 10 year anniversary trip (2.5 years married, but 10 years together) to St Lucia Regency La Toc and we had the most wonderful time! The resort itself is gorgeous with astounding views of the beach, and especially the view from Armando’s at breakfast and sunset. The food at all of the restaurants was delicious, especially Soy Sushi where the chef Roder prepped up a special roll for me and my wife. She does not eat seafood and he went out of his way to surprise her with a special roll with avocado mango and cream cheese. The roll he made for me was one of the best I’ve had to date, and I’ve had ALOT of sushi. Also Jean Claude at Kimonos was stellar and so was Kelly the photographer! And of course I would HIGHLY recommend the Butler service for this resort. The hilly terrain makes the rides to and from the pool and dinner very much worth it. And it was so nice to have reservations taken care of, breakfasts and lunches brought poolside, and more. Our Butlers Glen, Delia, and Ashley were so kind, patient, and accommodating and surprised us with things each night to make our trip extra special! We loved Regency La toc and would definitely recommend! Only things to note - if you love the beach and going in the water, or have mobility issues and do not plan to have a butler service, the Grande is better suited for you.

Good location, only 1h 10 min by car from the International Airport. Clean beach, crystal-clear sea water. Healthy and fresh food, lovely restaurants, plentiful choice of drinks in the bar. Nice enterteinment programm every evening. The staff is kind, friendly and caring. We cannot thank enough our butlers Den, Trisha and Millisea, who made our holiday so special and memorable. Thanks to the entire team who works so hard in their fields to make this hotel so great!

My husband and I stayed at Sandals Regency La Toc from May 20–27, 2026, for our honeymoon, and overall we would rate our experience around a 7.5–8 out of 10. During our stay, we visited all three Sandals properties in St. Lucia, and La Toc was by far our favorite. While each resort had something unique to offer, La Toc felt the most welcoming and ultimately became our home away from home. What made this trip exceptional was the staff. We have traveled before, but we've never experienced the level of personal service we received at La Toc. Multiple team members remembered our names, room number, favorite drinks, food orders, and even how to spell our last name. It became a running joke between us because we couldn't believe how many people remembered us throughout the week. The resort itself is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the ferry transfers, Friday Street Party, spa services, and our volcano excursion. We also appreciated how friendly and welcoming most staff members were. That said, we wanted to provide a few opportunities for improvement: • Food temperatures were often inconsistent. Hot foods were frequently served warm, and cold foods were often not cold enough. We found ourselves gravitating toward certain restaurants and menu items after a few days because quality varied significantly. • Hot tubs were not consistently operational during much of our stay. Some were not hot, while others had jets that did not work. Most issues seemed to be resolved toward the end of our trip. • Housekeeping and towel service were inconsistent. We had to request face towels multiple times, and one day our room was missed entirely. • We noticed quite a few cats roaming the property, including around restaurant areas where they frequently approached guests for food. As animal lovers, we understand we are visiting a tropical environment and wildlife is part of the experience. Most of the cats appeared healthy and well cared for. We also saw a rat outside one evening and a small mouse in the ceiling area of an elevator. While this wasn't a major concern for us, the number of animals around dining areas was occasionally off-putting. We also visited Sandals Grande during our stay. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate that day, and we found ourselves spending much of our time indoors. While we understand one visit is only a snapshot of the overall experience, we noticed a significant difference in hospitality. The staff at La Toc consistently made us feel welcomed, remembered, and valued, whereas our experience at Grande felt much less personal. It reinforced our appreciation for the incredible culture and service at La Toc. Most importantly, we want to recognize the employees who made our honeymoon memorable. Several of them mentioned that they rarely receive recognition in reviews, so we made a point to write down their names: • Tamera • Octavia • Jeanmal • Skye • Melanie • Diana (Membership Lounge) • Kimmy • Nigel • Shervinus • James (Excursion Driver) There was also a young intern working on the resort whose name we unfortunately didn't get. We saw him everywhere throughout the week and learned he had been called in to help cover shifts when other staff members were unavailable. His work ethic and positive attitude stood out to us, and we wanted to recognize him as well. Despite the areas for improvement, we had a fantastic honeymoon. By the time our last day arrived, we felt both sad to leave and ready to return home. To us, that's the sign of a successful vacation. Of the three Sandals resorts we visited during our stay, La Toc was the one we were always happiest to return to, and the staff played a huge role in making that happen. Thank you to the entire La Toc team for helping create such a memorable honeymoon experience.

We had a wonderful time here for our honeymoon! The staff were so great. Some of our most notable interactions were with our butler's Sherman, Garvin, and Philson. They were very attentive and the experience was seamless. Charlene took great care of our rooms and added little special touches. Vernisha at Neptune was such a sweetheart and we had a great time dining with her. Skye was so kind when coming to see if we needed anything from the bar while we were on the beach and would remember that we dont drink alcohol. He would surprise us with tasty drinks! Janiah had such a great personality and pulled me up to dance on Reggae night. They made the trip so much better!

Posting this from our vacation. There is a lot to recommend about this resort but there is one huge issue which would prevent me ever coming to a Sandals resort again. The pool lounger reservation system is first come first serve and it’s fine (even encouraged) to reserve loungers as early as possible and that as long as you are there by 11 that’s fine. This morning, at 6am all the decent loungers and nearly all loungers were taken. People need to be aware of this as I don’t consider it a ‘luxury experience’ to have to wake up pre 6am to get a lounger. Not something I’ve experienced at other five star resorts. If you are ok with that, the resort is very nice. The all inclusive options are excellent, food and drinks are great with a good variety of restaurants. Rooms are fine if getting a bit dated. Service is friendly if a bit overbearing for me as an Englishman! Everything feels well put together but don’t expect the Four Seasons. The pools are nice, beach is great but sea is quite rough so if you want to swim in the sea this won’t be the best resort for you. Overall, I’d recommend IF you are ok with the ridiculous pool lounger reservation policy and a 6am start.

Serenity at Coconut Bay is a beautiful, clean resort with a nice and efficient staff, we never had to wait long for anything. McCarthy (our butler) was outstanding and definitely made our trip even better with his high-quality service. There was a system issue with our booking, but Shanice, one of the managers, ensured we were refunded appropriately and accommodated with resort amenities for the inconvenience. She also checked in with us throughout the trip, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the resort is in a great location, only 5–10 minutes from the airport, so we were able to start our vacation shortly after landing, which was ideal. The food was amazing, we ate at The Greathouse every night. The chef team and wait staff were top-tier. I do not remember all of their names, but everyone made us feel so welcome. We loved it. Dane (sorry if misspelled), our driver and guide for the Couples Escapade, was excellent. He gave us an amazing tour of the island and all of its natural resources. He made sure we truly got a taste of St. Lucia, which was something we really appreciated and added even more to the experience. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and fun vacation, I highly recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay. I have visited quite a few resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was by far one of my best trips.

My husband and I spent two weeks at Serenity at Coconut Bay and the resort was exactly what we were looking for to relax and do nothing. Serenity is a small resort with 36 rooms, each with outdoor space and a private plunge pool. We had a grande plunge pool suite that had an outdoor gazebo, several sitting areas, a bar with a stocked mini refrigerator and of course the amazing pool. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the beautiful weather. The room was spacious with a king bed, seating area, lots of storage space, large shower and soaking tub. The food at Serenity was amazing. Shout out to the chefs for feeding us delicious meals! From breakfast through to dinner everything was freshly prepared and hot. Besides the menus there were daily specials to choose from. I liked that at every dinner there was a sangria of the day. Always tasty. You can choose to eat outside or inside for your meals which is a nice option. We ate all our meals at the Greathouse and did not eat at Coconut Bay, the sister resort. The standout for this resort is the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating and work very hard to make your stay memorable. Our butler Ali took care of anything we needed and Shirley our housekeeper kept our room clean and left us with fun towel animals and daily inspirational quotes. The staff at the Greathouse were incredible. Shout out to Ginele, Jakim, Sabby, Natasha and Solange just to name a few. The one small issue we had was the noise coming from the quarry that is behind the resort. Sometimes the drilling noise was annoying when it went on for more prolonged periods. I think hearing this depends on the location of your room and which way the wind is blowing. We loved our stay at Serenity and that it was only a 5 minute ride from the airport. We would definitely go back again for another restful holiday.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Serenity and to say it was magical is an understatement. Not only is the resort clean, beautiful, and safe, but the staff is so welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and fun. Our butler Quade was amazing, planned our excursions outside of the resort, and even made us special arrangements when our flight home was delayed. Solange was our waitress at dinner most nights, and she truly made our entire trip, along with Ginel and Toya. These three were so incredibly kind and made us feel like we were best friends and have known each other for years. They deserve all of the praise!! We can’t say enough great things about Serenity - Thank you so so much for everything!

We came here for our honeymoon, and without a doubt, we’ll be back. From the moment you book until the day you leave, you are completely taken care of. The level of attention and detail is unmatched—they make you feel like you’re the only guests at the resort. Every activity, every meal, and every interaction is thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable experience. The staff is what truly makes Serenity so special. From Jonathan the coconut man brightening our days, to Kevin treating us like family, to the entire team constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and comfortable—it was incredible. A special thank you to our butler, David, who went above and beyond to help us relax and fully enjoy our honeymoon. And the food—absolutely outstanding. Every single meal exceeded expectations, from breakfast to dinner, including snacks and drinks. We mostly stayed on the resort for dining and activities, and honestly, you don’t need to leave to have an amazing experience. That said, the few excursions we did were definitely worth it as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Serenity exceeded every expectation, and we are already looking forward to returning. We recently stayed at Serenity for our 10 year wedding anniversary and cannot say enough about how amazing it was! The rooms are beautiful, food is delicious, and cocktails are spot on. The staff makes you feel right at home, our butler Ali was fantastic and so responsive whenever we needed her. The ocean breeze was wonderful! The Landings' views were sensational and the staff was overall attentive. The food was a 6/10. The Breakfast buffet at the Beach Club was a 6/10 but the lunch and dinner 5/10. The Callaloo's food was much better, 7/10. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, for the most part. Visited here end of April 2026 the staff were incredible and the place however it was very very quiet And the food was very disappointing and the general activities around the place. Big shout out to the staff, hopefully During this quiet period they are supported Juan in the kids club is an absolute gem, so warm and kind with a genuine love for the hotel and St Lucia that you simply cannot fake. Azema gave me one of the best massages of my life — and then I found out she travels two hours each way on the bus every single day to get there. Four hours of commuting and she still shows up with a smile and magic hands. Extraordinary dedication. And then there’s Donovan. This man does not stop. Ever. 40,000 steps a day — and he actually does it — always smiling, always working, always everywhere at once. A future manager if ever I saw one.

The Landings was a beautiful place to stay!! The people were so helpful and friendly . . . made it even more fun! The room was clean and nice. We truly enjoyed the whole experience and all of our interactions!! Beautiful beach!!! Our favorite was Kerim! From security guard to water sports! I highly recommend The landings!

On one of Saint Lucia's best beaches in the tourist hub of the island, The Landings has slowly disenfranchised locals and is encroaching on the queens chain, violating the promise to respect the law and provide unfettered beach access to locals. This is one of the main reasons I gave 3-stars for service. Locals do not receive the best of the resort's customer service. Staff are courteous and seem to do the best they can in what seems like a tenuous situation. Otherwise the property is top class, with with understated elegance and a luxury feel. The spa is well appointed and professional and the restaurants are delightful.

My wife and I stayed here for the last two days of our home and we were unimpressed to say the least. When we showed up our room had no WiFi so we asked them to fix it and they spent the rest of the evening messing around and we didn’t get it fixed until the next day. On top of that our room had 3 smart tvs 2 of which that never worked the time of our stay. When we brought this up to the the managers they offered a partial refund and said they would take care of us but here we are 2 months later and no refund has come.

Overall the experience was great, food was good and service was excellent. Beds were good, the butler Ferguson was excellent. Dumplyn is a great host and full of energy which was appreciated. Server Ronnie and Nathalie were great to us . The front desk staff were very good also. Would recommend. Ps, be prepared for a hike to your room but the views of marigot Bay make up for that. Good place

We recently stayed at Zoëtry Marigot Bay in St. Lucia and while the property itself is absolutely beautiful, the service unfortunately did not live up to the 5-star expectations. The setting is stunning — Marigot Bay is peaceful and picturesque, and the resort grounds are well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate, which we really appreciated. However, the service consistently fell short. Restaurant service was very slow — it often took a long time for someone to come to our table, even longer to receive drinks, and meals felt drawn out because of delays. Multiple menu items were unavailable throughout our stay, which was frustrating, especially at an all-inclusive resort where you expect full access to what’s listed. For a property marketed as luxury and all-inclusive, the experience felt surprisingly money-focused. We tried tipping at the beginning of service to see if that would improve attentiveness, but unfortunately it did not make a noticeable difference. Overall, the location and beauty of the resort are undeniable, but the service experience did not reflect a true 5-star standard. With improvements in attentiveness, consistency, and menu availability, this could truly match the luxury experience it advertises.

Zoëtry Marigot Bay in St. Lucia has become one of our favourite spots on the island. While we haven’t stayed at the hotel itself, we’ve been coming into the marina with our boat for the past two seasons and booking an afternoon pass and it’s always been a highlight. We usually spend an hour or two by the pool, enjoying cocktails and soaking up the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere before heading to one of the hotel’s restaurants for dinner. The meals have been fantastic every time, making the whole experience feel like a real treat. If you’re arriving by boat, I highly recommend booking a day pass through the marina. And if you’re staying on land, even better, book a room and fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. It’s truly one of my favourite areas in St. Lucia and somewhere we’ll keep returning to.

I stayed at Zoëtry Marigot Bay, St. Lucia in February 2026, and this hotel is completely unsafe and untrustworthy. Personal items were stolen from my room safe, and despite repeated emails over a week, management has provided no meaningful update, explanation, or accountability. Communication is painfully slow, disorganised, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the hotel accidentally forwarded me part of another guest’s complaint, revealing that a chain had been stolen from their safe in December — the exact same type of theft I experienced. This demonstrates a clear pattern of theft from room safes and shows that the hotel cannot protect guest belongings. Management’s handling of these incidents is shocking. They refuse to take responsibility, their administrative errors expose other guests’ private complaints, and there is no evidence they have any system to prevent theft. I strongly warn anyone considering this hotel to stay away. With repeated thefts, poor administration, and a total lack of accountability, this property is unsafe, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy.

We had a fantastic time at Zoëtry. The location was beautiful and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. All the restaurants served delicious food and the facilities were great. However, the rooms were a bit dated and run down, which was disappointing. While some previous reviewers were upset, I understand their concerns. Our room wasn’t great but we weren’t there to spend time in it. We were there to have fun and we definitely did. The view of the bay was stunning and we watched sailboats come and go, especially when Pink Shadow moored.Very exciting. To get to the beach, we took a short pontoon ride from Hurricane Hole. It was a small beach with sunbeds, kayaks and SUP boards. It was a great little spot. We used an old gentleman named Jude to get to other places. He parked his taxi at the back near Hurricane Hole. He was a nice old boy. We also went on a sunset sailboat trip to Sugar Beach, a jungle tour and many other activities. Everyone was friendly except for a few eye rolls when we asked for lattes at the bay. 😂 Overall, if you can overlook the minor annoyances, you’ll have a great time at Zoëtry. I know it’s an all-inclusive place but a little tip for the servers, cleaners and bar man will go a long way.
