Great location, but the service is a real problem. First of all, it was our anniversary, and they did nothing. That’s never happened. Second, they do not have an ATM, and the front desk will only do $100, and they will only do that once. The problem is they don’t tell you that up front so we ended up with a taxi driver that had to wait a day to get paid. I asled before I booked about the ATM. I was told the front desk would give me a cash advance, with no mention of the restrictions. I explained the situation to the manager and she would not budget on the policy to charge my card again. What ever happened to making the customer happy. Just horrible service all the way around. No one here is happy to work here. They hate their job and they show it. They strategically turn off the coffee machine in the club lounge every morning to drive you to the buffet. Forget trying to place an order for room service at night. They are supposed to be open til 10, but you get voicemail a lot when calling in room dining. Also, cockroaches by the pool. Real nice.

Our stay at Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort in St. Lucia was outstanding, thanks to an incredible team. Severina, Sabina, and Trista were standouts all week, whether at the Dockside Restaurant or the Beach Bistro. They always served with a smile, went the extra mile, and brought genuine warmth and joy to every meal. One night Trista single-handedly covered the floor when others had called off, and she handled it flawlessly. Her value to this resort is immense. Our butlers, Tyler and Krista, were fantastic. They were attentive, quick to adjust when things got tricky, and always came through when it counted. Definitely request them as your butlers! They work well together! And the leadership under Loni and Venecia set the tone for it all. They checked in on us throughout our stay, recognized us at the returning members' dinner, and made us feel like family! If you want to come somewhere where you're treated with respect, greeted with a smile, and given a quiet, relaxing trip, I highly recommend this resort! We've already started planning our return for next year. Thank you, Sandals, for making this trip one to remember!

My husband and I had an incredible experience on our honeymoon at Sandals Halycon! This was our first all inclusive and it definitely did not disappoint. We had 3 butlers; Samantha, Veto, & Pluta 10/10. They made sure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. We got the honeymoon butler suite with the personal pool, but I have to be honest, we spent all of our days in the resort main pool - literally morning to evening! We met and connected with other guests with the many activities they had planned throughout each day. The staff made our experience way more personal and definitely kept my husband entertained with World Cup talk. The restaurant options were minimal but all great food! Sandals Halcyon is a wonderful resort. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The property is located between the other two St Lucia Sandals and the shuttle is very convenient for allowing you to explore the La Toc and the Grande. The staff at Halcyon are very attentive and friendly. We had a beachside butler room and our three butlers; Pluta, Samantha and Vito were excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

This was our first time going to St. Lucia and Halcyon and it was a great experience! It was such a relaxing vacation. We took the private transport and both of our drivers were friendly and gave history about the island. We went during carnival and it was fun to see the culture and festival. The food and drinks were amazing. Club sandals concierge staff were incredibly helpful. Staff were above and beyond! We stayed in the crystal lagoon walkout room and it was convenient to everything. It is a quiet, intimate resort that is great for relaxing with no pressure. There is a shuttle that goes to the other 2 resorts which is convenient. Shoutout to Dylan and DJ Destiny! Entertainment was great! Overall, would definitely come back!
