5 stars all the way! As someone who has been to many caribbean destinations and different resorts I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with this choice. I will say it is a very very long drive from the airport, And if windy roads make you queasy definitely pack your gravel! That aside everything else was flawlessly perfect. Upon arrival to the beautiful lobby we were greeted by a staff member who granted us a complimentary oceanview room upgrade, The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the buffet and the Japanese restaurant during our stay. Always found something to eat. There is a fantastic little coffee bar upstairs to the right of the lobby we enjoyed evening iced coffees during the entertainment. This resort as I mentioned is quite far from the Airport . Volcano and Pitons are also a distance away. depending on what you are looking to do while you are here I highly recommend a rental car. We were able to have one dropped off and picked up from us right at the resort. This trip we spent most of our time sightseeing and didn't really utilize the beach on the property, From what we seen of the beach it was a bit smaller but Plenty of lounging area. If you're contemplating this resort I say go for it ! we truly had a great time and I would absolutely go back.

We had a great time at Royalton St. Lucia. We celebrated a couple of birthdays while we were there and the staff (especially our butlers Ferna and Gaielle) went above and beyond to make them special! The resort is beautiful and has a lot of great amenities. We really enjoyed the spa, the cabana near the pool, the water activities by the beach, and the gelato ;). We also really enjoyed the restaurants including the buffet, the Tex-Mex place Armadillo, the hibachi place Zen, and the steakhouse Hunter. We went on a catamaran day trip (not affiliated with the resort) and had a great time so there are some great excursions to do nearby as well. We enjoyed going to a mud bath, a volcano, a snorkeling spot and just seeing the island from the water while enjoying some great food and drinks. There were also fun activities at the resort during the day and at night. There was usually a fun exercise class at one of the pools in the late morning, party music by the pool in the afternoon, and some music or event like a local band or a culture night with local dancers by the main building in the evenings. We stayed in the Diamond Club area which was very nice and had its own pool, bar, and beach area near the watersports activities. We went snorkeling, rode jet-skis, and rode an aquacycle (which was great exercise) as well. There are small manmade reefs just off the beach which provide great opportunities for some shallow snorkeling allowing you to see tons of beautiful fish, crabs, and sea urchins. Thanks to the staff, especially Ferna and Gaielle, for working so hard to make it such a fun and memorable experience for our family!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, friendly, and professional service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, with plenty of great options to choose from. Every meal exceeded my expectations. The overall experience was exceptional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the outstanding customer service truly made the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I can't wait to come back!

Stayed for slightly less than a week in early June 2026. "Off season" was less expensive and less crowded, but the weather was actually fantastic. Wasn't too hot, minimal rain, constant breeze, and manageable humidity (we are from Florida, so we might be more used to that than others). The majority of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were great (with a large selection) and the food was good (but maybe not exceptional). The buffet was pretty large with lots of selection. The beach/bay/view were beautiful. It is not a brand new facility and could use some freshening up, but in general the overall value felt very worth it. We did a long spa session on two different days, and that might have been the highlight of the trip. They treated us fabulously at the spa. Would absolutely recommend to others. The largest pleasant surprise about St. Lucia in general was having english as the primary language. This made traveling from the states very comfortable and easy.

Food is just ok but its a resort, don't top chef...some staff members want to service you with a smile and some seem like they dont want to be there. The pool service bartenders are great! The landscaping is great! Photo service and entertainment is solid. Room service and cleaning service must be monitored and requested but they do respond timely. The tour connections of tbe 3rd party is solid and folks/native hustlers on the beach will steer your correctly.
