I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, friendly, and professional service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, with plenty of great options to choose from. Every meal exceeded my expectations. The overall experience was exceptional. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the outstanding customer service truly made the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I can't wait to come back!

Stayed for slightly less than a week in early June 2026. "Off season" was less expensive and less crowded, but the weather was actually fantastic. Wasn't too hot, minimal rain, constant breeze, and manageable humidity (we are from Florida, so we might be more used to that than others). The majority of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were great (with a large selection) and the food was good (but maybe not exceptional). The buffet was pretty large with lots of selection. The beach/bay/view were beautiful. It is not a brand new facility and could use some freshening up, but in general the overall value felt very worth it. We did a long spa session on two different days, and that might have been the highlight of the trip. They treated us fabulously at the spa. Would absolutely recommend to others. The largest pleasant surprise about St. Lucia in general was having english as the primary language. This made traveling from the states very comfortable and easy.

Absolutely beautiful resort. We had some very good staff experiences that made the trip; but also had some poor service at the main restaurant, particularly for breakfast. The on-property restaurants were good, though each had several menu items unavailable, which is disappointing for an "all-inclusive". Grounds and landscaping were beautiful, and pools were amazing. The cleanliness of the resort and our rooms pleasantly exceeded our expectations. Loved St. Lucia very much, but would probably try somewhere else to stay.

Honest Review: Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection Booked: Room 1 with 2 Adults 2 Children Room Type - Luxury Presidential one Bedroom Ocean View Diamond Club Time booked: 7 nights 8 days Ocean View = 20% of my presidential suite. When asked to change room due to privacy concerns (my room was facing buildings 80%) the manager said "please adjust today and tomorrow we will move you" and tomorrow- NOT AVAILABLE and nothing can be done. (TOTAL SCAM ON THE MARKETING) Butler with Diamond Club = Useless. I have used several vacations with premium butler services, including cruises- and this by fat was pointless. They didn't do anything except for texting- which was slow for action. Marriott's normal room service texting is way better than this. For food reservations- book it on the app. For House Keeping = Ridiculous. I have been here for 4 days and 2 days they didn't even clean my room- COME ON- its a "Presidential suite with Diamond Cub" I would expect to have the basic courtesy of cleaning a room daily (other places are at least twice a day) I had to ask for extra towels 3 times now. Complete waste of an exclusive upgrade and paying extra. Food - Mediocre. They had 5 restaurants on the property. One was closed for renovation and one I could not take the kids to. So we were limited to 3 restaurants and food "kinda" ok. Service was good- but I can only eat the same food so many times. Bars - Good and friendly staff. I will definitely give them a 4.5 star for that. Noise Level- For a Presidential Suite- the activities and wedding music was way to loud. With kids we normally go to bed around 8pm and here we couldn't sleep until past 10pm due to the noise. Making the kids grumpy and tired the next day. Rooms are NOT sound proof. Atmosphere - the property is good and clean. I have seen many way better shape and upkept. The things that are advertised are not as they seem when you stay here. Location to excursions- Everything is far. I booked 3 excursions and 2 of them are all the way on the other side of the island and the 3rd is tomorrow. We shall see. Personal suggestion and recommendation: I will not be visiting this property ever again. I have been here for 4 days giving them benefit of the doubt along the way. My main priority is service- especially when I am on a trip with family. We are not a picky family- but for me to take time from my vacation to write this review should explain my frustration. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT Our stay had some good moments, but overall, the resort was disappointing. The property is dated and needs renovations, and some areas were not as clean as expected. A few staff members were helpful, but the service was inconsistent. The elevators and key cards frequently malfunctioned, which made getting to our room frustrating. There was also very little entertainment or activity available. The Diamond Club presentation was another concern. We were offered discounts for attending, but after we declined the membership, the discounts were removed. This felt misleading and should be handled more transparently. Our 7:00 PM dinner reservation was also changed at the last minute. When we could not adjust the time, we were told we might be charged a fee, which seemed unfair. There were a few enjoyable moments during our stay, but the maintenance issues, limited activities, inconsistent service, and sales practices affected the overall experience. Management should focus on improving the property, staff training, reservation policies, and guest communication.
