Me and my mom had a great time at Zoetry resort. It’s a beautiful property with lots of gardens and an amazing pool! The food was so yummy! We would recommend this resort in St Lucia. All the servers were great but Rashida and Ronnie were the ones that stood out! They were excellent with us! Thank you!

Our stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay was nothing short of amazing. We spent a week here for our honeymoon, and by the time we left, it truly felt like home. What made this resort so special was the people. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. I think it says a lot when you leave knowing the staff by name. Our butlers, Sean and Ferguson, were exceptional. They were professional, attentive, and always just a message away whenever we needed anything. They made every part of our stay effortless. Our housekeeper, Rosemary, was such a sweetheart. She kept our room spotless and left the sweetest handwritten notes after each cleaning, which was such a thoughtful touch. The level of housekeeping was outstanding, with daily room service, evening turndown service, and beautifully maintained grounds and pools throughout the resort. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly accommodating whenever we planned excursions, making sure everything fit seamlessly into our schedule. We truly wanted for nothing during our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy this special time together. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and genuinely welcoming place to celebrate a honeymoon or simply unwind, Zoëtry Marigot Bay is it. Thank you to everyone who made our honeymoon so unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

The resort was lovely! The views, from the main pool, of the mountains are amazing! The open-air restaurant views are beautiful as well. When we arrived we were given cold towels and a traditional island cocktail, rum punch. However, I would suggest renovating the area across the street from the resort. The staff was hard working, friendly and felt like family. Our butler, Neil was absolutely amazing! He is very devoted to doing his job well and he took care of everything we needed from a European converter/adapter, to dinner reservations, to tour reservations. He even removed a lizard that managed to get into our room. He was always readily available via What’s App. I highly suggest getting a master residence, so that you have the benefit of butler service. Other noteable acts of service, performed by the staff, include when Ryan and Andre helped my daughter and I find her phone. She had left it at the beach and the water taxi was done for the day, when we realized it. They acted quickly and courteously and got us to the beach immediately. There someone had found the phone and handed it to us almost as soon as we got there. We are extremely grateful to them. In celebration of the upcoming Carnival, traditional island favorites were served and there was live entertainment including fire eaters and men on stilts. The food was so wonderful I would HIGHLY suggest incorporating those foods on the regular menu.

My family and i we're just there for my daughter's wedding. This place is beautiful even though the plane ride is long and the ride to the hotel is also very long. You really feel bad leaving this wonderful place. The water is incredibly beautiful the resorts staff eveyone Faith by the pool bar just so sweet and humble willing to do anything possible to make your stay positive. Jacquan one of the host at my daughter's wedding as just a part of the family. Everyone who made our journey so memorable thank you. And to anyone who gets a chance to go to this beautiful place 💕 just try it. Not only do you feel incredibly safe there you also leave there wanting to return. And that's a good vacation. The one we did have was getting a hair dryer that worked not only we're the ones at the hotel not working but the lack of power brunt out my wife's and her sister's blow dryer they brought along that's something they need to correct.

Beautiful grounds, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. From arrival, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. We weren’t offered a tour of the property, our room wasn’t ready at check-in, and overall we felt like a burden rather than guests. The biggest issue was inconsistency. Room service ranged from LITERAL hours late to on time, housekeeping frequently missed basics (towels, minibar, cleaning shower, etc.), and service across the resort was unreliable. Dining was especially frustrating with frequent order mistakes and no attention to allergy requests. Menus also lacked allergen information, which made things difficult. Pool service was extremely slow, drinks were often poorly made, and breakfast was a major disappointment given the price point. Accessibility is also a concern. There are no elevators, only stairs, so be prepared to climb each day. There were a few bright spots: the concierge was very helpful, the boat excursion was excellent, and one staff member (Kwan) stood out for his kindness. We adored him! Overall, while the setting is lovely, the service, food, and overall experience did not match the cost. We wouldn’t return.
