Overall, we had a really great honeymoon at Sandals Grande St. Lucian. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even though we weren’t in a Butler Suite. The beach is beautiful, and we had a great time taking advantage of the water sports without too much of a wait. The food was not out of this world, but it was tasty and about what I expected for an all inclusive resort - with Bombay, Barefoot, and Soy being our favorite spots. The drinks left a bit to be desired, as many of them were too sweet for my liking or didn’t taste like the classic recipes. My primary piece of feedback is the rooms could use some updating. We were in the Cap Estates building, and our bed frame was yellowing and the lamps had rust on them. The water was always scolding hot even if turned to the lowest setting. Perhaps some of the other buildings have been updated, but for the price point I expected more. The room size is good, though.

The hotel atmosphere was beautiful; however it took about 2 hours to get there from the airport. Food was excellent. The Palladium nightclub was closed and other than lobby singers and musicians, not a lot to do late in the evening. Older guests should be able to enjoy the lobby music and younger guests would enjoy a nightclub atmosphere late into the evening. I literally saw people looking for something to do and some resorted to playing pool. The spa and massage prices were too high and if the hotel lowered the cost somewhat, it would probably be a thriving business. Based on the solicitation of the spa staff, I believed it to be to a lack of patronage. The beach was clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice and the hotel has a nice gym.

We just spent 2 Weeks at this Amazing Property (May - June 2026) and it Definitely Exceeded all our Expectations! Property- The Resort is Amazing from the Perfect Beach & Crystal Clear Water of the Caribbean to the very well maintained Gardens/Plants/Trees etc. The Property is also flat so Perfect for people with mobility issues that may be looking to stay here Beach - This was Perfect & Clean and the Caribbean Ocean was Crystal Clear and Warmer than the Pools Pools - We stayed clear of the Main Pool as this was always busy with people and Games/Quizzes etc which isnt our thing so we spent the whole of our trip at the Heart Shaped Pool which was quiet and very relaxing.... just what we wanted with the addition of Pool Service for Drinks throughout the day! Accommodation - We stayed in a Newly renovated Lovers Lagoon Luxury Room and it was perfect for our needs. Very clean decor, AC was great, Fridge was refilled daily and the Balcony overlooking the Lagoon was very quiet Food - Our favourite restaurant on resort was definitely Toscanini and Dione looked after us on every visit and even reserved us a Garden Table for our last night as as thank you! After that we recommend (in order of how we enjoyed them) Barefoot, Bayside, Gordon's and Bombay (Great Starters but Mains fell short of expectations) For lunch we definitely enjoyed the Jerk Shack/Mariners especially the Nachos and then Dino's and Josephine's Entertainment - The best show by far was the Water & Fire show.... The Singers and Dancers really made this show spectacular! We also enjoyed the Burlesque show (although it was slightly cheapened by a tacky quiz before it started by asking people personal questions) We didn't rate the Country Night as this just seemed to be included to simply cater to the Guests from the US! Drinks - Plenty of them whenever we wanted and they were perfect! We also enjoyed the Pool Service by the pool Staff - The staff we encountered were all Friendly and always willing to help if needed. Dione at Toscanini needs a big shout out as does Termisha (Pool Girl) and Cheryl who served us for our Romantic Candlelight Dinner on the Beach We will definitely be returning to this Resort in the Very Near Future ⛱️ 🇱🇨

We just returned from celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We were treated so special from the first moment we arrived. This was our 2nd trip to the St. Lucia Sandals. We had one converstaion with one of the pool bar attendants (Andre) and mentioned we were celebrating 40 years. The next day Andre brought a bucket with champagne and glasses to the lover's pool area. He quickly made an announcement regarding our anniversary and opened the bottle for us! We felt very special and appreciated his attention to our conversation from the day before! Andre definitely went above and beyond to make our time special!

My husband and I went on our delayed honeymoon at this resort and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! From the minute we walked into the resort, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazing, a walk down from the beach (which was wonderful). We loved how there were quiet sections and more lively sections of the resort depending on how you felt that day. We were so sad to leave! We are hoping to get back there someday! 10/10 recommend.
