Fantastic 2-night stay. Windjammer Landing is a hillside, Mediterranean-style “village” above Labrelotte Bay, and staying in a villa gives you real privacy and quiet. You do use the resort shuttle a lot because it’s on a hill, but it’s easy and the layout works well. We did all-inclusive and it was excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak spot (The Deck) was a highlight. The staff were outstanding, warm and genuinely helpful, and they did a thoughtful birthday touch that felt personal. Plenty of loungers, a good atmosphere, and a surprisingly cute detail: the beach has the sweetest little sunbeds for kids. We met many repeat guests too, and now I get why. Would happily return.

Our stay at Windjammer Landing hotel was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that is thanks to Rohan, our ambassador. From the moment we arrived, Rohan took exceptional care of every detail of our stay. He handled all our restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, and daily arrangements with absolute professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything was done with genuine care and attention. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating my 50th birthday in St. Lucia, and Rohan went above and beyond to ensure that not only I, but all the ladies on our girls’ trip, felt completely looked after. His calm presence, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The level of service we received from Rohan was exceptional and deeply appreciated by everyone in our group. He is a true asset to Windjammer Landing hotel and a perfect example of outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Rohan, for making such a special milestone celebration even more memorable. We had the most unforgettable stay! My fiancé and I got engaged here just a week ago, and the entire experience was absolutely magical. The customer service was truly next-level, and a huge shoutout to the entire staff for making our trip so grand. Travis made our candlelight dinner absolutely perfect. He was so attentive, the setup was beautiful, and it is a must-do for anyone celebrating something special. Nate took amazing care of us on the beach, always checking on our drinks and food and making sure we were fully relaxed. Renee was incredibly helpful when we had a small leak in our original room and made our room switch quick and seamless. We also highly recommend the boat tours. It ended up being one of our favorite days. Super fun, lively, and definitely a boozy good time! The rooms were clean, the beach was raked every morning, the staff was so friendly, and the entire resort felt so well taken care of. Overall, the service was immaculate and our stay far exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again!

I would give 10 stars. My experience in this resort has exceeded my expectations. We had experienced a couple of problems during our trip that hotel management have promptly resoved. Our room was close to the ground level and there were ants in the room. We were promptly relocated to a much better villa with outstanding views and got 100 credit for the inconvenience. My daughter got very sick (food poisoning) and needed urgent medical care. They have arranged a free ambulance for us and also covered some taxi charge the next morning when I needed to go to pharmacy to pick up her meds. Everybody, all the stuff, specially entertaiment crue were super friendly and remembered our names. Special thanks to Alec, the hotel manager. Alec, if you are reading this: you are a wonderful person. I can go on and on, but in summary: I would go back and will go back to this wonderful island, to this wonderful resort.

We had so much fun. The drinks were great not watered down like other resorts. Food was good enough, not amazing but good. The beach had a water slide, and water trampoline, and water hammocks which we had a lot of fun on, especially the water trampoline. Our room was beautiful and very spacious, with a gorgeous view too. The pool was nice too. I loved that there weren’t too many people when we went in June. They had a bunch of free water sports included, but some of them like the banana boat have a set schedule and day that they go out on which was a bit annoying. But we did a small catamaran boat big enough for 4 people, with one of the employees of the bay which was very nice. I loved this resort would definitely come back.
