Serenity at Coconut Bay is a beautiful, clean resort with a nice and efficient staff, we never had to wait long for anything. McCarthy (our butler) was outstanding and definitely made our trip even better with his high-quality service. There was a system issue with our booking, but Shanice, one of the managers, ensured we were refunded appropriately and accommodated with resort amenities for the inconvenience. She also checked in with us throughout the trip, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the resort is in a great location, only 5–10 minutes from the airport, so we were able to start our vacation shortly after landing, which was ideal. The food was amazing, we ate at The Greathouse every night. The chef team and wait staff were top-tier. I do not remember all of their names, but everyone made us feel so welcome. We loved it. Dane (sorry if misspelled), our driver and guide for the Couples Escapade, was excellent. He gave us an amazing tour of the island and all of its natural resources. He made sure we truly got a taste of St. Lucia, which was something we really appreciated and added even more to the experience. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and fun vacation, I highly recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay. I have visited quite a few resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was by far one of my best trips.

My husband and I spent two weeks at Serenity at Coconut Bay and the resort was exactly what we were looking for to relax and do nothing. Serenity is a small resort with 36 rooms, each with outdoor space and a private plunge pool. We had a grande plunge pool suite that had an outdoor gazebo, several sitting areas, a bar with a stocked mini refrigerator and of course the amazing pool. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the beautiful weather. The room was spacious with a king bed, seating area, lots of storage space, large shower and soaking tub. The food at Serenity was amazing. Shout out to the chefs for feeding us delicious meals! From breakfast through to dinner everything was freshly prepared and hot. Besides the menus there were daily specials to choose from. I liked that at every dinner there was a sangria of the day. Always tasty. You can choose to eat outside or inside for your meals which is a nice option. We ate all our meals at the Greathouse and did not eat at Coconut Bay, the sister resort. The standout for this resort is the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating and work very hard to make your stay memorable. Our butler Ali took care of anything we needed and Shirley our housekeeper kept our room clean and left us with fun towel animals and daily inspirational quotes. The staff at the Greathouse were incredible. Shout out to Ginele, Jakim, Sabby, Natasha and Solange just to name a few. The one small issue we had was the noise coming from the quarry that is behind the resort. Sometimes the drilling noise was annoying when it went on for more prolonged periods. I think hearing this depends on the location of your room and which way the wind is blowing. We loved our stay at Serenity and that it was only a 5 minute ride from the airport. We would definitely go back again for another restful holiday.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Serenity and to say it was magical is an understatement. Not only is the resort clean, beautiful, and safe, but the staff is so welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and fun. Our butler Quade was amazing, planned our excursions outside of the resort, and even made us special arrangements when our flight home was delayed. Solange was our waitress at dinner most nights, and she truly made our entire trip, along with Ginel and Toya. These three were so incredibly kind and made us feel like we were best friends and have known each other for years. They deserve all of the praise!! We can’t say enough great things about Serenity - Thank you so so much for everything!

If you’re even considering it—save yourself the time and just book Serenity. This place is truly everything you could want for a beautiful, romantic getaway. We came here for our honeymoon, and without a doubt, we’ll be back. From the moment you book until the day you leave, you are completely taken care of. The level of attention and detail is unmatched—they make you feel like you’re the only guests at the resort. Every activity, every meal, and every interaction is thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable experience. The staff is what truly makes Serenity so special. From Jonathan the coconut man brightening our days, to Kevin treating us like family, to the entire team constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and comfortable—it was incredible. A special thank you to our butler, David, who went above and beyond to help us relax and fully enjoy our honeymoon. And the food—absolutely outstanding. Every single meal exceeded expectations, from breakfast to dinner, including snacks and drinks. We mostly stayed on the resort for dining and activities, and honestly, you don’t need to leave to have an amazing experience. That said, the few excursions we did were definitely worth it as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Serenity exceeded every expectation, and we are already looking forward to returning. We recently stayed at Serenity for our 10 year wedding anniversary and cannot say enough about how amazing it was! The rooms are beautiful, food is delicious, and cocktails are spot on. The staff makes you feel right at home, our butler Ali was fantastic and so responsive whenever we needed her. Shout out to Solange in the restaurant who truly is amazing at what she does and is a beautiful person! Thank you serenity for a memorable stay we will never forget.
