My husband and I spent two weeks at Serenity at Coconut Bay and the resort was exactly what we were looking for to relax and do nothing. Serenity is a small resort with 36 rooms, each with outdoor space and a private plunge pool. We had a grande plunge pool suite that had an outdoor gazebo, several sitting areas, a bar with a stocked mini refrigerator and of course the amazing pool. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the beautiful weather. The room was spacious with a king bed, seating area, lots of storage space, large shower and soaking tub. The food at Serenity was amazing. Shout out to the chefs for feeding us delicious meals! From breakfast through to dinner everything was freshly prepared and hot. Besides the menus there were daily specials to choose from. I liked that at every dinner there was a sangria of the day. Always tasty. You can choose to eat outside or inside for your meals which is a nice option. We ate all our meals at the Greathouse and did not eat at Coconut Bay, the sister resort. The standout for this resort is the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating and work very hard to make your stay memorable. Our butler Ali took care of anything we needed and Shirley our housekeeper kept our room clean and left us with fun towel animals and daily inspirational quotes. The staff at the Greathouse were incredible. Shout out to Ginele, Jakim, Sabby, Natasha and Solange just to name a few. The one small issue we had was the noise coming from the quarry that is behind the resort. Sometimes the drilling noise was annoying when it went on for more prolonged periods. I think hearing this depends on the location of your room and which way the wind is blowing. We loved our stay at Serenity and that it was only a 5 minute ride from the airport. We would definitely go back again for another restful holiday.

We spent a week at Serenity for our honeymoon and it was the best vacation we have ever had. The rooms: Extremely spacious, clean, and gorgeous. Our bed was so comfortable. We loved the big shower, tv, and ceiling fan. Unlike other resorts, rooms are intelligently located within a few feet of the pool and never had any issues going back and forth. The rooms are soundproof, we never heard anyone noise from our neighbors. The food: Delicious - The chef is incredible and the menu constantly changes each night with local specials. Countless steaks, lobsters, fresh Mahi, and more. We ate here every single night. Hands down best food we’ve had a resort. The resort: So many activities, delicious drinks, and never overcrowded. We could always find a beach or pool chair no matter what time of the day it was. You have access to both Serenity and Coconut Bay, all easily within 500 feet of each other. All the pools have incredible views and it is right on the beach with views of the Petons. Seriously 5 minutes after we got to Saint Lucia we were enjoying a drink and checked in. The people: You will read countless reviews (like we did) talking about how amazing the people are. This is the first resort we truly felt that. Everyone is happy to be there and truly made you feel special. Solange, David, Daniel, Ray, Kevin, Toya, Jonathan, are a blast and treated us like family. This is the first vacation we wanted to stay forever. We read reviews like this before we got there, and wasent sure how true they were. Everything is amazing. We will be coming back without a doubt. Best trip of our life.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Serenity at Coconut Bay and loved our time there. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We ate at The Greathouse for most dinners; the food definitely exceeded our expectations; it was excellent! We did a floating breakfast in our plunge pool and used room service frequently - all delicious. We liked having the quiet and luxury of Serenity but also being able to walk over to Coconut Bay for the swim-up bar, the lazy river, the slides, and the Jerk Treehouse (so good!). The evening activities around the pool at Serenity were really nice. McCarthy, our butler, was amazing. We did a couples massage in an oceanfront cabana and I was really surprised at how amazing it was!!! I didn't expect much from a resort massage, but my therapist, Gabina, was absolutely amazing and the setting was so beautiful. Only two things to consider: 1. The beach is more on the Eastern side of the island - water is less clear, there is seaweed, and it's pretty choppy/windy. We made this work by renting the beach cabanas - they were wonderful, came with a stocked cooler and towels, and we could get any food we wanted delivered to the cabana. 2. Prepare to be very disoriented upon arriving home and having to make your own coffee, draw your own bath, and turn down your own bed sheets. We were spoiled! 5/5 would definitely go back.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Serenity and to say it was magical is an understatement. Not only is the resort clean, beautiful, and safe, but the staff is so welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and fun. Our butler Quade was amazing, planned our excursions outside of the resort, and even made us special arrangements when our flight home was delayed. Solange was our waitress at dinner most nights, and she truly made our entire trip, along with Ginel and Toya. These three were so incredibly kind and made us feel like we were best friends and have known each other for years. They deserve all of the praise!! We can’t say enough great things about Serenity - Thank you so so much for everything!

This was, without exaggeration, the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for two nights for my birthday and it was pure couples-luxury from start to finish. Serenity is the couples-only luxury enclave connected to Coconut Bay, with a small number of private plunge-pool villas and 24/7 butler service, and it genuinely feels like its own calm little world. The villa was spotless, felt new, and was designed for maximum comfort and privacy. Private plunge pool, gorgeous bathroom with a proper soaking tub, and thoughtful details everywhere. We loved the floating lounger in the pool, it sounds like a small thing, but it turns “nice pool” into “I never want to leave.” The all-inclusive here is the most impressive we’ve seen. The cocktail menu is massive (we couldn’t possibly try everything), and everything feels premium and generous. Dining is à la carte and honestly exceptional. This is one of the very few places where I’d say the food is genuinely “restaurant quality,” not “good for an all-inclusive.” Service is what makes Serenity unforgettable. Our butler Ali was amazing. You get a dedicated phone, you message, and it’s handled instantly. Food, cocktails, spa booking (we did an on-villa massage and it was wonderful), transport, beach setup, everything. The team’s mindset is basically: your main job is to relax, and they make that real. We also had a complimentary beach cabana day, and it was effortless. Golf cart there, everything organised, and you can keep ordering food and drinks while you lounge. Proper luxury. They made my birthday feel genuinely special too. Room decorations, prepared bath, special dinner setup, cake, thoughtful details that felt personal rather than generic. There are also themed evenings by the pool (we saw karaoke night and a fire show), which added a fun touch without turning it into a noisy party vibe. It stays romantic and couples-focused. Huge bonus: it’s only minutes from UVF airport, which makes arrival and departure unbelievably easy, and if anyone worries about aircraft noise, it truly wasn’t an issue. We barely noticed anything. We only stayed two nights and regretted not booking longer. I had the best birthday of my life here, and we’re already talking about coming back for a proper honeymoon/anniversary-style stay.
