If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Best vacation ever! Though the facilities are lovely, the location is super convenient, and the island is beautiful, the staff at Serenity are what takes it to the next level. Ali was the most amazing and thoughtful butler who planned every day for us and also left time in for relaxation. The bartenders (Kevin, Ray, Lee) were amazing and kept us with drinks in our hands! All of the activities at Serenity were so fun, including the cooking demos, pool games, wine tasting, sushi making class, and the Rum and Food Fete with fire dancing entertainment. Highly recommend the beach cabana even if the sargassum is present because staff does a great job of clearing it regularly and the breeze in the cabana was perfect for relaxing. Can’t wait to come back!

Serenity at Coconut Bay is a beautiful, clean resort with a nice and efficient staff, we never had to wait long for anything. McCarthy (our butler) was outstanding and definitely made our trip even better with his high-quality service. There was a system issue with our booking, but Shanice, one of the managers, ensured we were refunded appropriately and accommodated with resort amenities for the inconvenience. She also checked in with us throughout the trip, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the resort is in a great location, only 5–10 minutes from the airport, so we were able to start our vacation shortly after landing, which was ideal. The food was amazing, we ate at The Greathouse every night. The chef team and wait staff were top-tier. I do not remember all of their names, but everyone made us feel so welcome. We loved it. Dane (sorry if misspelled), our driver and guide for the Couples Escapade, was excellent. He gave us an amazing tour of the island and all of its natural resources. He made sure we truly got a taste of St. Lucia, which was something we really appreciated and added even more to the experience. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and fun vacation, I highly recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay. I have visited quite a few resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was by far one of my best trips.

If you’re even considering it—save yourself the time and just book Serenity. This place is truly everything you could want for a beautiful, romantic getaway. We came here for our honeymoon, and without a doubt, we’ll be back. From the moment you book until the day you leave, you are completely taken care of. The level of attention and detail is unmatched—they make you feel like you’re the only guests at the resort. Every activity, every meal, and every interaction is thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable experience. The staff is what truly makes Serenity so special. From Jonathan the coconut man brightening our days, to Kevin treating us like family, to the entire team constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and comfortable—it was incredible. A special thank you to our butler, David, who went above and beyond to help us relax and fully enjoy our honeymoon. And the food—absolutely outstanding. Every single meal exceeded expectations, from breakfast to dinner, including snacks and drinks. We mostly stayed on the resort for dining and activities, and honestly, you don’t need to leave to have an amazing experience. That said, the few excursions we did were definitely worth it as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Serenity exceeded every expectation, and we are already looking forward to returning. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special—Kimberly, Solange, Tessa, Ginel, Toya, Ethan, Charles, Jamma, and so many others. You made our honeymoon unforgettable!

We recently stayed at Serenity for our 10 year wedding anniversary and cannot say enough about how amazing it was! The rooms are beautiful, food is delicious, and cocktails are spot on. The staff makes you feel right at home, our butler Ali was fantastic and so responsive whenever we needed her. Shout out to Solange in the restaurant who truly is amazing at what she does and is a beautiful person! Thank you serenity for a memorable stay we will never forget.

Our honeymoon at Serenity at Coconut Bay was everything we hoped for—a peaceful, relaxing getaway and the perfect serene retreat after our wedding. The service was truly exceptional, especially from our incredible butler, Nerissa, who curated the perfect itinerary, secured all of our reservations, checked in on us throughout our stay, surprised us with thoughtful treats, and made sure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to Daniel for an unforgettable catamaran day and for capturing so many amazing photos of us, to Natoya, Jemma, Solange, and Gavin for their warm and attentive dinner service each evening, to Kevin for keeping the pool games fun while mixing fantastic drinks, and to our wonderful housekeeping team, Trisha and Aneida, for keeping our room spotless and welcoming every day.
