Serenity at Coconut Bay is a beautiful, clean resort with a nice and efficient staff, we never had to wait long for anything. McCarthy (our butler) was outstanding and definitely made our trip even better with his high-quality service. There was a system issue with our booking, but Shanice, one of the managers, ensured we were refunded appropriately and accommodated with resort amenities for the inconvenience. She also checked in with us throughout the trip, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the resort is in a great location, only 5–10 minutes from the airport, so we were able to start our vacation shortly after landing, which was ideal. The food was amazing, we ate at The Greathouse every night. The chef team and wait staff were top-tier. I do not remember all of their names, but everyone made us feel so welcome. We loved it. Dane (sorry if misspelled), our driver and guide for the Couples Escapade, was excellent. He gave us an amazing tour of the island and all of its natural resources. He made sure we truly got a taste of St. Lucia, which was something we really appreciated and added even more to the experience. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing and fun vacation, I highly recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay. I have visited quite a few resorts throughout the Caribbean, and this was by far one of my best trips.

We had such a great stay at this resort. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and always willing to help. Toya was an amazing waitress. She was always happy to help and had the biggest smile every time we saw her. Jonathan, the “coconut guy” as he calls himself, is honestly one of the things I’m going to miss most. He always made sure I had fresh coconuts and coconut jelly, and he was always so fun to talk to. Ray is such a sweet bartender. Daniel was a great butler and was always there whenever we needed anything. We had Ali for two days and she was amazing. She was always smiling, and her little giggle was contagious. Solange was phenomenal. We did the painting and punch class with her and laughed the entire time. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She also makes a great margarita. Thank you to everyone for making our trip so special. The people here are what made this vacation unforgettable.

My husband and I spent 7 amazing days here for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. It was only a 5 minute drive from the airport and a huge part of what made our trip so special was our butler, Daniel. From the moment we arrived, he took care of everything and made sure we could simply relax and enjoy our time together. Daniel coordinated all of our activities and reservations, making the entire trip completely stress-free. He arranged an incredible catamaran sunset cruise, a private island tour where we got to see the Piton Mountains, waterfalls, sulfur springs, and even experience a volcanic mud bath. He also helped set up snorkeling adventures, beach cabanas, pool cabanas, and made sure all of our dinner reservations were taken care of. Every day was perfectly planned, and whenever we needed anything, Daniel was there to help. His attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication truly went above and beyond. We made so many wonderful memories during our honeymoon, and we can’t thank Daniel and the entire staff enough for making it so special. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable, and stress-free vacation. We were genuinely so sad to leave!

If you’re even considering it—save yourself the time and just book Serenity. This place is truly everything you could want for a beautiful, romantic getaway. We came here for our honeymoon, and without a doubt, we’ll be back. From the moment you book until the day you leave, you are completely taken care of. The level of attention and detail is unmatched—they make you feel like you’re the only guests at the resort. Every activity, every meal, and every interaction is thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable experience. The staff is what truly makes Serenity so special. From Jonathan the coconut man brightening our days, to Kevin treating us like family, to the entire team constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and comfortable—it was incredible. A special thank you to our butler, David, who went above and beyond to help us relax and fully enjoy our honeymoon. And the food—absolutely outstanding. Every single meal exceeded expectations, from breakfast to dinner, including snacks and drinks. We mostly stayed on the resort for dining and activities, and honestly, you don’t need to leave to have an amazing experience. That said, the few excursions we did were definitely worth it as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Serenity exceeded every expectation, and we are already looking forward to returning. We travel often and wanted somewhere special for our 25th anniversary. After months of research we decided on Serenity at Coconut Bay. Best decision of our lives! This romantic boutique resort gave us everything we were looking for and more. The resort itself is beautiful with well appointed rooms. We booked the grand romance package which was a bonus. What really makes this resort special is its staff. They are the most friendly, accommodating, and generous people we have encountered. All the staff greet you with a smile and conversation. As I can’t name every great employee at the resort some highlights for us this trip were Kevin- entertainment and all around great guy, Solange – best waitress and then some, Toya – personality and a great rum class, Ray – (Ray-Ray to us) our number one bartender, Jonathon – the coconut guy, but seemed to do a little of everything, and of course our butler Daniel – for taking care of us all week. The food here is truly 5 stars, it is not your typical all inclusive. I am a very picky eater and I think I gained at least ten pounds during our stay. Everything is truly tasty and there are plenty of options. If you have the opportunity to stay here…BOOK IT! We have already booked again for next year and cannot wait to get back.
