A fantastic hotel with a breathtaking location and one of the most beautiful sunsets on Ibiza. The service is outstanding, and the entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurants are exceptional and offer truly outstanding cuisine. I enjoyed every single moment of my stay. One of my favorite places was the new garden area. It is a beautiful and cozy spot to relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by herbs, tomato plants, and greenery, it is the perfect place to slow down and appreciate the moment. A big thank you to the entire 7Pines team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

This was my second stay, I came in 2024 with my family and we had a great time. This time I came alone to enjoy a bit of time with myself and the hotel had been completely upgraded. The Cone Club is totally brand new, Nela is outstanding, way better than the one the had before, I do not remember the name. Moreover, they created a new concept with its own vegetable garden, amazing food quality, and there is a paddle court now! I can not wait to come back with my family in the end of the season. Overall, the place is outstanding, the outlets are continuously growing, and the services was a 10/10, I felt at home.

We are currently 2 nights into a 7 day break and have already booked to stay at another resort from tomorrow (Amare) - staff are good and food is ok but the place is so quiet and only one restaurant to choose from in the evening which I understand is due to being early season however do something about it and make the place more interesting or more amenable to guests in the early season. Breakfast is ok - not a lot of choice for such a high capacity- 4 hot items, omelette station, 4 hot items on order with sweet treats. I’m sure this place is buzzing at peak season but it’s just that bit too quiet, too out of the way, and unworkable for us. Rooms are ok 2044 - parking great 👍 as per previous reviews layout is a bit of a miss - prefer larger room/ bathroom vs lounge 70/30 split. Always clean and cannot fault staff - every person from the valet to reception/ hosts and cleaners - spa ok too and gym better now they have taken the class room downstairs so much bigger.

The location is absolutely stunning – without question one of the best spots on the entire island. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming (every single one of them) and I want to give special recognition to Addaya from the pool bar, who took care of us throughout the day and made our experience unforgettable. The DJ at the pool created the perfect vibe – it honestly felt like living out my dream day, the kind I had only seen on YouTube videos of Ibiza beach clubs. Later at the sunset bar (Cone Club), the atmosphere was just as incredible. Roman made our night amazing with his attentive service and warm attitude. Thank you, Addaya, Roman, the Cone Club team, and thank you, 7Pines. I will definitely come back, and this place has now become one of my go-to favorite locations in Ibiza.

Amazing place! I would stay for many more days if I could, without a doubt. The pool DJ is fantastic, and the whole atmosphere is super comfortable and relaxing. The staff are very attentive and provide excellent service. A special thank-you to Addaya, who took care of us in the pool area for hours and was incredibly friendly.
