I had a wonderful stay at 7Pines Resort Ibiza, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The resort is in a stunning location, with breathtaking views of the sea and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and it was a lovely way to start the day while enjoying the spectacular sea views. In the evenings, the sunsets from the resort were simply magical. The villas were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and everything was kept spotless throughout my stay. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, making the entire experience feel relaxed and effortless. Overall, 7Pines Resort Ibiza is a beautiful resort in an exceptional location, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Ibiza.

Our stay at 7Pines Resort Ibiza was simply extraordinary and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and completely at ease—a truly luxurious experience of the highest caliber. The entire resort is stunningly beautiful, impeccably maintained, and designed with great attention to detail. The location overlooking the sea is breathtaking and creates a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. However, we would especially like to highlight the consistently outstanding staff, who truly made this stay unforgettable. Every single employee at the resort impresses with their friendliness, professionalism, and impressive warmth—you immediately sense that hospitality is truly lived here. A real highlight for us was breakfast: Not only are the quality and selection of the food first-class, but above all, the staff there deserve the highest praise (a very special thank you to Augustine for the excellent coffee recommendation ;-)). They are attentive, always in a good mood, and anticipate your every wish—a perfect start to the day! The children’s pool area, especially the Kio Kids-Club also deserves special mention. The staff there are incredibly dedicated, loving in their interactions with the little guests, and create a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere where parents can immediately feel at ease. Every detail is truly taken care of here. But what makes this resort so special is that this exceptional quality of service extends to every area. No matter who you speak to or encounter—everywhere you go, you’ll find motivated, helpful, and highly professional staff. In summary: The 7Pines Resort Ibiza is a place you not only love to return to, but also recommend with a clear conscience. A perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and the highest standards of service. A fantastic hotel with a breathtaking location and one of the most beautiful sunsets on Ibiza. The service is outstanding, and the entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurants are exceptional and offer truly outstanding cuisine. I enjoyed every single moment of my stay. One of my favorite places was the new garden area. It is a beautiful and cozy spot to relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by herbs, tomato plants, and greenery, it is the perfect place to slow down and appreciate the moment. A big thank you to the entire 7Pines team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should know about my experience. I booked Seven Pines expecting a true luxury resort experience. My stay was supposed to be three nights and was fully paid for using Hyatt points. Instead, I voluntarily checked out early and paid over €800 per night out of pocket to move to another hotel. No guest walks away from a fully paid stay at a luxury resort unless something has gone seriously wrong. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. During an extreme heat wave, the room became noticeably warm overnight, making it difficult to sleep. After I raised this concern, management told me the temperature had changed because turndown service had been performed. That explanation does not match my experience. I had just checked into the room, remained in the room that evening, and no turndown service was ever provided while I was there. To my knowledge, no one entered the room. Regardless of the reason, a luxury resort should not leave guests sleeping in an uncomfortably warm room during a heat wave. There were also multiple maintenance issues. The door lock was not functioning properly, which is a serious safety concern, especially for a solo traveler. The plate on the room safe was literally falling off, and the safe eventually became completely inoperable. The shower also malfunctioned, and after spending approximately an hour and a half trying to get it resolved, I missed my morning excursion. I opened a guest case regarding these issues and, as of writing this review, I still have not received any meaningful follow-up or resolution. The lack of communication after reporting multiple problems has been just as disappointing as the stay itself. To make matters worse, more than $400 in “incidentals” has now been posted to my credit card. This is a posted charge, not a pending authorization. Considering I spent less than 12 hours at the resort before checking out, I have no idea what these charges represent and will be disputing them unless an adequate explanation is provided. Finally, the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best and certainly did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury resort. This was, without question, one of the most disappointing luxury hotel experiences I’ve had. Based on my experience, I would not return, nor would I recommend this property to my family or friends.

This was my second stay, I came in 2024 with my family and we had a great time. This time I came alone to enjoy a bit of time with myself and the hotel had been completely upgraded. The Cone Club is totally brand new, Nela is outstanding, way better than the one the had before, I do not remember the name. Moreover, they created a new concept with its own vegetable garden, amazing food quality, and there is a paddle court now! I can not wait to come back with my family in the end of the season. Overall, the place is outstanding, the outlets are continuously growing, and the services was a 10/10, I felt at home.
