We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa and were thoroughly impressed throughout. The hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a fantastic atmosphere. The food was consistently high quality, offering a wide variety in the main restaurant along with several excellent à la carte options that really enhanced the overall dining experience. What really stood out to us, however, was the professionalism of the management team. They were visible, approachable and clearly take great pride in running a well-organised hotel. Their leadership is reflected in the smooth day-to-day operation and the high standards maintained across the resort. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The location is also ideal, especially with Ushuaïa just a short walk away. An all-round excellent stay — we would happily return and highly recommend it to others visiting Ibiza.

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa and couldn’t fault it. The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The food was excellent, with a great variety each day and some brilliant à la carte restaurants that really elevated the experience. There was always plenty of choice, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating – nothing was too much trouble, which made the whole stay even more relaxing. The location is also perfect, especially if you’re planning to visit Ushuaïa Ibiza – it’s just a short walk away, making it ideal for combining luxury relaxation with Ibiza’s famous party scene. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Our May 2026 stay at the Grand Palladium was very good. The location near the airport is brilliant, as the transfer time is so quick, and we also enjoyed seeing the planes taking off. The decor is modern and the hotel, toilets, restaurant and rooms were always very clean. We had some issues with the sofa bed in our room and we had to move rooms which was a little stressful, but the manager and staff were very accommodating and we were compensated with access to the other buffet restaurant and swimming pools. Having that access definitely made our holiday better. The swimming pools were very good, especially the quieter one. The waiters and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We found that drinks were not always offered at breakfast at the buffet, and coffee, glasses and cups were not always replenished in the room. One aspect that could not be faulted was the kids club entertainment and staff; they were amazing. Samuel, Dani and Claudia, among others, always made our daughter feel so special. Our little girl loved to spend time with them at kids club during the day and at mini disco in the evening. The shows after mini disco were brilliant, so much better than shows we have seen on previous holidays at different hotels. The beach just outside the hotel was great for a morning walk after breakfast, and the water was so clear and warm. Another highlight was the sparrows, geckos and lizards who often made an appearance. Our stay wasn’t always perfect, but we had a wonderful time as a family at this hotel, and made some great memories.

We had a lovely stay at Grand palladium white. There’s 18 of us, 8 of which are kids. The guest services team has been super with internal and external bookings - Laura Crespo booked us a sunset meal at Kumharas, Aina and Naiara was really help with our internal restaurant bookings as well as Select upgrades. The hotel is child friendly with kids meals at Ala carte restaurants, kids shows and kids pool. We didn’t utilise the kids club, so can’t comment on that.

We stayed in the resort for 2 nights on 20th of May. We reached resort at 8:30 in the morning, however we were told that check in time is 3 AM. Our confirmation slip mentioned check in time of 2. However, we were told that confirmation slip is incorrect in the correct check-in time is 3 PM. However, we were not allotted rooms till 4 PM in the afternoon, even at 4 PM, when we went to the reception counter, we were allotted rooms. Also, we had opted for deluxe sea View room, but the room did not have a proper sea view and on confirming with the reception, we were told that this is the only room they have, however, after some deliberation we were provided with the new room which had a proper sea view The best thing of the property is its Manager Maria Jesus. She went all the way to help us in whatever way she could. Also, we faced some difficulties for vegetarian food, and when we went to the Chef of Restaurant to request if he can make us something, he plainly denied, even at this moment, Maria Jesus came to our help and talked on our behalf with the Chef and made us some delicious varieties. The rooms are pretty small, for a family. Speical mention of one , guest relation executive as also Maria Jesus who are very cooperative and are hands on with the proper servicing of guests.
