A Perfect Stay at Grand Palladium White Island The best holiday we have ever had! We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Palladium White Island Resort. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, the drinks were excellent, and our room was always clean and comfortable. The beach is just a short walk away, which made everything even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, and the location is perfect, especially if you want to visit Ushuaïa Ibiza, which is only a few minutes away. The staff were outstanding. The service, hospitality, and kindness of everyone made us feel welcome every single day. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We truly love this hotel, and this was the most beautiful holiday we have ever had. Thank you so much, and we will definitely see you again next year! ❤️

Our May 2026 stay at the Grand Palladium was very good. The location near the airport is brilliant, as the transfer time is so quick, and we also enjoyed seeing the planes taking off. The decor is modern and the hotel, toilets, restaurant and rooms were always very clean. We had some issues with the sofa bed in our room and we had to move rooms which was a little stressful, but the manager and staff were very accommodating and we were compensated with access to the other buffet restaurant and swimming pools. Having that access definitely made our holiday better. The swimming pools were very good, especially the quieter one. The waiters and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We found that drinks were not always offered at breakfast at the buffet, and coffee, glasses and cups were not always replenished in the room. One aspect that could not be faulted was the kids club entertainment and staff; they were amazing. Samuel, Dani and Claudia, among others, always made our daughter feel so special. Our little girl loved to spend time with them at kids club during the day and at mini disco in the evening. The shows after mini disco were brilliant, so much better than shows we have seen on previous holidays at different hotels. The beach just outside the hotel was great for a morning walk after breakfast, and the water was so clear and warm. Another highlight was the sparrows, geckos and lizards who often made an appearance. Our stay wasn’t always perfect, but we had a wonderful time as a family at this hotel, and made some great memories.

We are currently closing out our stay at the White Sands resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the service here. Specifically the front desk staff, Abel de Castro, and the Smile Manager, Diana Lores. We mentioned to Abel that we were celebrating our honeymoon while checking in and he showered us with love and then worked with Diana to build an amazing surprise. While we were out to dinner, Diana covered the room with rose pedals and balloons & also printed and framed a picture from our wedding night. The little details and the service teams going above and beyond have assured us that we will be returning to this lovely resort. THANK YOU to Abel and Diana for making us feel so special in a sea of guests! We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.

Our stay at the Palladium White Island Resort and Spa has been absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that is thanks to the bar manager, Ghane! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with the warmest hospitality and made us feel right at home. ​Not only does he mix fantastic drinks, but he also went completely above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience in Ibiza. He gave us amazing, insider recommendations for local dining (both inside and outside the resort) and shared excellent tips on the best clubs and DJs performing during our stay. His local knowledge and welcoming energy truly elevated our trip. Thank you, Ghane, for your outstanding service and hospitality!

We had an amazing experience at the Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa. Naiara and her colleagues in the guest services team were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us, arranging dinner reservations and activities with exceptional care and efficiency. During our holiday, our daughter unfortunately lost her comfort bunny among the bed linen and laundry. As you can imagine, she was very upset. Naiara personally took the time to search the laundry room and, to our immense relief, found it for us. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help. This level of service truly made our stay memorable. We cannot thank Naiara enough, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!
