We have now stayed at Palladium White Island twice—10 days last year and 6 days this year—and once again it exceeded all of our expectations. We honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The food is outstanding, with so much variety, and the à la carte restaurants are exceptional. Every meal was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic with plenty of choice and great quality. A special thank you to Jaime, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. He is an incredible manager who genuinely cares about his guests and made our holiday even more special. We would also like to thank Maria, who was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her support meant a lot to us. Every single member of staff deserves recognition—from reception and Guest Services to the bar staff, restaurant teams, and housekeeping. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it’s clear that the staff take great pride in keeping everything to such a high standard. Thank you to everyone at Palladium White Island for another unforgettable holiday. We can’t wait to come back again!

A Perfect Stay at Grand Palladium White Island The best holiday we have ever had! We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Palladium White Island Resort. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, the drinks were excellent, and our room was always clean and comfortable. The beach is just a short walk away, which made everything even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, and the location is perfect, especially if you want to visit Ushuaïa Ibiza, which is only a few minutes away. The staff were outstanding. The service, hospitality, and kindness of everyone made us feel welcome every single day. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We truly love this hotel, and this was the most beautiful holiday we have ever had. Thank you so much, and we will definitely see you again next year! ❤️

I am still in the hotel staying here but I wanted to tell how enjoyable my stay is going. I enjoyed the spacious, rooms, good service and wonderful ala carte Mediterranean restaurant. I liked the gourmet collection menu and the service personnel Chiara, Pres and Abdel for their wonderful hospitality and service. The food was exquisite and I congratulate the chef The hotel does not have lounge chairs on the beach , you have to go to the beach by exiting the hotel if you want to swim in the sea which is a few steps away The night clubs are pretty in short distance like 10-15 minutes via a taxi and the airport is close I am enjoying my stay here and would like to recommend anyone fır astay who wants to come to Ibiza

Lovely family holiday In a beautiful hotel - we enjoyed aquafit yesterday with Rocro and paddle board yoga today with Dani.The animation team are excellent. The food is really high quality and very varied. The beach is quiet and clean. We love eating lunch in the beach side restaurant with live music. The only negatives are the large family groups (not English) whose children are running riot and ruining the ambience. This opinion is shared by many guests and management are aware, Hopefully they will find a way to fix this issue.

The first time staying at this hotel with three kids and it was superb from the day we got there! The kids club was unbelievable for my kids ages 12, 10 and 6. The staff were fabulous and the kids had the best time. The entertainment was insane. The Michael Jackson show was a huge hit! The buffet food was great especially as all my kids eat different things. There was something for everyone! And that’s with my fussy eaters! The only thing was the limited was room space. But we had an interconnecting room so we made the best out of it. We will be booking next year. Very highly recommended for families
