Our first stay at OKU Ibiza was a lovely experience overall. We stayed for four nights while travelling with our baby, and the hotel itself is absolutely picturesque, immaculately clean, and offers excellent amenities throughout. Adding breakfast to our room was definitely worth it — the selection is extensive and caters to a wide range of tastes. We stayed across two rooms, a Deluxe and a Superior, both overlooking the adults’ pool and DJ area, which created a great atmosphere. The only downside to our stay was some miscommunication with room service. There were a few delays, and we often had to follow up with multiple guest hosts to ensure charges were accurate and that trays were collected in a timely manner. That said, the management team were fantastic in resolving these issues quickly and professionally. As it was only the second week of opening, this is understandable, but an area that could benefit from improvement. On a positive note, the bar staff, Teyo, reception team, and bar attendants were all exceptional — friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel. One small suggestion would be for staff to wear name badges, as there were several individuals who truly stood out and deserve recognition. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great potential — we would happily return.

This hotel has such a cool and unique style! The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a wave of fresh, deliciously scented air, a friendly team, and staff who are always ready to help with anything you need. Everyone is incredibly attentive and responsive. The breakfast is good, but if you stay for more than five days, it can get a little repetitive. It would be nice to have a small change or something new added to the breakfast once a week. The pool staff were a little better last year, but luckily, the amazing DJ Armina completely saved the experience! She is such a great DJ! When there were other DJs playing, we didn’t really feel like staying at the pool, and the less attentive service didn’t help either. But Armina’s music changed everything! I would stay at the pool all day just because of her music. We absolutely loved her! The rooms are cleaned three times a day by very polite and lovely ladies. They always bring fresh water, make the bed, and prepare everything for you before bedtime. It’s such a nice touch and makes you feel really well taken care of. This year, our room had a direct view of the pool, so it could get a little noisy when the DJ was playing at the restaurant. Next year, we’ll probably choose a room in a different building. Overall, we absolutely loved everything about our stay! The only things I would change would be to add a little more variety to the breakfast and have DJ Armina playing by the pool more often! It’s simply an amazing hotel — the kind of place you never want to leave. ❤️ See you next year! 🥰

Veronica and her team were amazing!! From the minute we pulled up at property we were greeted warmly and experienced exceptional service! We were celebrating and milestone birthday and the staff made us feel extra special! The rooms were big and relaxing. The food (shoutout to the breakfast buffet) and spa services (the massages!) were beyond! Honorable mentions to the water in the lobby and to go water and very cute boutique with a good range of prices!! Needless to say we’ll be back!

Did an early summer honeymoon here with my wife. The thing that stood out to us most was the service. the staff (Joao from guest services) were super helpful and accomodating and tried their best to make our stay as pleasent as possible. Breakfast is great, the day beds at the pool are amazing and the hotel has a great gym as well as complimentary yoga and pilates classes. This place surpassed our expectations. More than you would expect from a high end hotel. Everything here makes just makes sense. They have managed to curate a great guest experience all around.

Rooms and service were amazing! The staff were so friendly and always super helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and has the perfect Ibiza vibe. 🪩🍸 And the breakfast was honestly a 10/10 🤍 Would definitely come back!
