Our first stay at OKU Ibiza was a lovely experience overall. We stayed for four nights while travelling with our baby, and the hotel itself is absolutely picturesque, immaculately clean, and offers excellent amenities throughout. Adding breakfast to our room was definitely worth it — the selection is extensive and caters to a wide range of tastes. We stayed across two rooms, a Deluxe and a Superior, both overlooking the adults’ pool and DJ area, which created a great atmosphere. The only downside to our stay was some miscommunication with room service. There were a few delays, and we often had to follow up with multiple guest hosts to ensure charges were accurate and that trays were collected in a timely manner. That said, the management team were fantastic in resolving these issues quickly and professionally. As it was only the second week of opening, this is understandable, but an area that could benefit from improvement. On a positive note, the bar staff, Teyo, reception team, and bar attendants were all exceptional — friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel. One small suggestion would be for staff to wear name badges, as there were several individuals who truly stood out and deserve recognition. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great potential — we would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. The hotel has a very stylish and unique design, and the staff are friendly, polite, and always happy to help. We especially appreciated that the team offers you water or champagne when you arrive — such a nice and welcoming touch. The location is also great. There are beautiful sandy and rocky beaches around the hotel, so it’s easy to find a lovely spot by the sea. The hotel is also very convenient to reach, around 30 minutes by car from the airport. The boys at the entrance deserve a special mention as well. They were very helpful with our luggage and always ready to assist with the car, bringing it when needed and taking it back when we were finished. Everything was quick and easy. The breakfast was good, although I think it could be improved by adding a little more variety of fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, the pool service was not always as attentive as we expected — sometimes the staff seemed a little sleepy and not very active. However, DJ Armina was absolutely amazing! Her sets were truly wonderful and created such a great atmosphere around the pool. We really enjoyed listening to her and would definitely love to hear her playing more often. She was one of the highlights of our stay! ❤️ The rooms were kept very clean, and everything was well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful hotel, great location, lovely atmosphere

Veronica and her team were amazing!! From the minute we pulled up at property we were greeted warmly and experienced exceptional service! We were celebrating and milestone birthday and the staff made us feel extra special! The rooms were big and relaxing. The food (shoutout to the breakfast buffet) and spa services (the massages!) were beyond! Honorable mentions to the water in the lobby and to go water and very cute boutique with a good range of prices!! Needless to say we’ll be back!

Rooms and service were amazing! The staff were so friendly and always super helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and has the perfect Ibiza vibe. 🪩🍸 And the breakfast was honestly a 10/10 🤍 Would definitely come back!

We went for a buffet lunch with family. Stunning entrance and pool area, which turned out to be a perfect chill area with lots of beds to laze on in the beautiful sunshine and ample shade also . Great entertainment from a guitarist really set the mood. Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Food was plentiful, very well presented and delicious. We spent an excellent few hours there and will definitely go again when we return to the beautiful island of Ibiza ❤️
