Awesome hotel. Recently stayed at the ME. Staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. We had a Junior Suite with a great balcony overlooking the pool and out to sea. Drinks were great, as was breakfast. We only ate dinner in the hotel once, which was good but we preferred to head out. We ate lunch at Radio Rooftop once too which was ok. DJ around the pool was great in the afternoons. Also good to have a beach area right next to Nikki beach for hotel guests (great tunes, good people watching and some great sushi)! Gym was great and well equipped. We had a massage once which was excellent - the pool area by the spa was super quiet if you wanted time to chill. Roof terrace had a lovely infinity pool but the best beds all had minimum spend (seems pretty standard practice in Ibiza)! Santa Eularia was only 12 Euros in a taxi so we headed in quite a bit. Also hired road bikes from Kandani in Santa Eularia. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We do not regret our choice to pickup the ME hotel, but I don’t think it’s worth ''The Leading Hotels Of The World'' sign. It does gives you what you expect for a 5 stars hotel, considering the fact that the room prices are much lower than Nobu or Six Senses. Location is good, right next to Nikki Beach (30 min drive from Ibiza town). The rooms are spacious and nice, breakfast is excellent, pool is great. Three things caught our attention’s though, and we actually had to warned the receptionist about it : - We slept there 5 nights, and one morning the room was not done properly, bathroom still dirty and cleaning product left inside. Not a big deal, but not what you want from a hotel like this. - Second thing was the waitress at the breakfast. Not a single smile for the whole week. We had to switch places each time she was putting us somewhere we didn’t want to, as we preferred to be either close to the pool or the buffet because it’s a big room. I’m assuming that working in a place like this, you have to understand your customer right away, well it wasn’t the case and that really annoyed us until the last morning. - Last thing was very surprising, we had two dishes at the pool and two at one of the restaurants of the hotel (for dinner). When we left the hotel, checkout time and I was checking the final bill as I always do even though I never had any issues anywhere. Well, on all 4 meals, tips were added each time (more or less 15€ per meal) without our consent. As you can imagine, when you are eating in the same place as you are sleeping, bill is going on your room right away. Of course the receptionist quickly removed it from the invoice when I asked him what was that ? Service is included and VAT as well in all of Europe, if you wish to add tips, well you pay it separately but you don’t add it on the final invoice on the back of your customers. Overall the experience was good, and during summer it’s probably the best price range 5 stars hotel you will find on the island, we were only a bit disappointed by these few things.

Great hotel, fabulous location. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. Pool areas also. The extra touches, my birthday champagne welcome, and the surprise balcony room, were hugely appreciated. The staff are super friendly and so helpful. Thank you all so much for making our stay just perfect and I would like to give an extra thank you to Carla who went above and beyond. Hope to be back soon.

I had an excellent stay and felt well taken care of from beginning to end. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant was a real highlight – great food and a very pleasant atmosphere. Carla in particular made a lasting impression with her friendliness and attentive service. I’d also like to mention Youssef from the breakfast area, who brought such positive energy every morning. His kindness and attention made the start of each day especially enjoyable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job – everything was consistently clean, well arranged, and maintained with great care. The pool area was always in perfect condition and a lovely place to relax. A special thank you as well to the General Manager, Mattias Motorell, whose presence and leadership clearly contribute to the high standards throughout the hotel. All in all, a great experience with a dedicated team – I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Truely stunning pool area. Great location, right of the Mediterranean. Good breakfast. That said, service at the restaurant and breakfast still seems to need more routine: wine arriving after the meal, wrong & forgotten orders, … hopefully just seasons’start hiccups. The staff is very kind in general. I can’t stop feeling there’s more emphasis on design than real functionality and quality. If you look more closely, gaps in floor boards, fittings that are poorly mounted, … Side note: At the moment, there’s road works right at the hotel entrance, often blocking access for some time. Tldr; don’t get me wrong: it’s good but not really top notch 5 star either. Tips for excellent restaurants: la Gaia (#1 in fine dining on the island). Solid local choice, away from the bustle: Can Font (call them up for parking right at the entrance, as it’s on the hill in the city center).
