7 night family holiday for 3 adults at the end of May 2026.half board. Amazing hotel…stayed in a room for 2/3 people, garden/pool view. It was very spacious with great wardrobe/storage space. Very modern and spotless clean. Beds were spacious and really comfy. Garden areas and 2 pools were great, with bars and a supermarket. Food was was lovely with plenty of choice available. The entertainment team were welcoming and friendly…. fun games during the day and great evening shows. The hotel is really close to the beach/sand dunes, shops, bars and restaurants….a free shuttle bus is available. Fantastic 4 star hotel… I would definitely recommend 🙂

Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Had a lovely 10 day stay here with my family, including two little ones, and everyone had a good time. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are a decent size. Every room has a balcony which is nice to have. However, my room was right above where the nightly entertainment is held, which made it very difficult to fall asleep at an earlier time. Even with the balcony doors closed, it would be very loud in my room until 12:30am every day. This wasn’t an issue for the rest of my family who were in other parts of the hotel, but was for me as someone who likes an early night sometimes. If you are staying here with children, you will have a family room which are on the other side, so this won’t be an issue for you. But singles/couples, it’s something to keep in mind. The beds are also two singles pushed together, which isn’t ideal. The beds move a lot during the night. The food here is good. Not the best variety, most days had similar options, but it was quite tasty. The snack bar is great, always pizza/hot dogs/burgers available. The drinks are pretty good here too. Fizzy drinks, water and juice always available. I don’t drink alcohol and heard mixed things from my family about the alcoholic choices. The pools were great. A good mix of depths so there’s something for everyone. They are quite cold, but I personally liked that, since it was so hot outside. There’s also a splash pad - a big colourful pad with different water fountains for children. The little ones in our group played on this daily. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would come back. It’s a great choice for groups/families with children. There is minor things that could be improved (the beds, the food options, some water fountains on the splash pad not working etc) but nothing major that hugely affected my stay. Staff were great, there’s cats roaming around (which is always a bonus for me), and multiple shops within the resort. Plus, this resort is walking distance from the beach and many shopping areas. Overall, 4.5 stars, would come back.

We had a fantastic - but definitely too short! - holiday here. This is one of the biggest hotels I've ever been too, but honestly it didn't feel that way during our stay. We had a nice, clean room (but I think hotel rooms need a bit of renovation/modernization) near the restaurant and swimming pool area; the room was cleaned everyday. Food was amazing - there was a wide selection of dishes, there were world cuisine days (many Asian, Mexican or even Dutch/Belgian stylized dishes) and everyone could find something they enjoyed. What's most important everything was fresh, we didn't have any stomach problems. There was also a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks which is a big advantage. Sometimes we needed a hot tea in the middle of the night ;) Also the staff was really friendly and helpful. There's only one thing I'd complain about. It's such a big, family oriented hotel and there are only two small pools. For most of the day, the pools were crowded and you couldn't really relax in the water. It's not because of children having fun, it's all about the size of the pools. I know the hotel will not re-built itself, but it has over 800 rooms I believe, there should be another swimming pool :) Apart from that we had a really nice stay and everything was perfect! This is already our sixth time staying here with our friends, and every year we have an amazing experience again. The rooms are always very clean and tidy, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The people working at the bar are always friendly and smiling, which makes the atmosphere even more special. The food is absolutely perfect, with a delicious and varied selection every day. The hotel has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, which is why we always love coming back. We love this place so much that we already know we will return for the seventh time on October 31, 2026!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful hotel with brilliant atmosphere! We’ve had such a lovely stay here. The location is beautiful, and the hotel itself is modern, clean and really well looked after. Our room is modern and is cleaned every day, and everywhere around the hotel always seems spotless. The atmosphere is brilliant and there’s always something going on. It can be quite loud from around 11am until 11pm, but honestly, the balcony doors block out almost all of the noise, and the blackout curtains are also fantastic, so it hasn’t been an issue for us at all. The staff have been brilliant overall — friendly, helpful and always happy to help. There have been the odd rude member of staff, but that’s to be expected anywhere and definitely hasn’t affected our stay. We also met Yudith in the buffet, who was absolutely lovely! She was super helpful, friendly and so funny. My daughter particularly liked her and was always happy to see her. ❤️ We got great value for money with the deal we booked, and overall we really can’t complain. The cleanliness, location, rooms, atmosphere and staff have all made this a really enjoyable stay. We’d definitely consider coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
