I recently stayed for one week at Adagio Apartments in the Palm Dubai, my experience was amazing from the moment I arrived. I was warmly welcomed by Miss Norhaina, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. My booking was a little tricky because I extended my stay multiple times during the holiday period, but Miss Norhaina handled everything efficiently and found exactly what I needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and smile made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place. The apartments are very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator, other conveniences. All you need to bring are your clothes, and you're ready to enjoy a comfortable stay. Thank you to Miss Norhaina and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach is just a short walk away, and the rooftop pool provides the perfect way to cool off. We even received a complimentary upgrade and were able to enjoy a spacious room with a balcony! Every morning at breakfast, we were warmly welcomed by Amelia, Liya, and Ester. They are outstanding!! Before long, they all knew exactly what we liked to eat and drink, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection is excellent as well, and if something happens to be missing, you can simply order it separately. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return.

Very good location to utilize what Palm West Beach has to offer. Room is good and has all the necessary setup plus unlimited drinking water due to filter system. Team is very welcoming. Management does nice gestures with guest of the day chocolate. This is a dry hotel with one restaurant, opportunity to explore many other options around. Beach access is also great, ordering food & drinks might take a short time as delivered from the hotel.
