Wonderful Family Stay at Hilton Dubai The Walk We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Hilton Dubai The Walk with my family. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and very welcoming. Even though my birthday was on the day of our departure, the team had thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake in our room without us even mentioning it. Such a beautiful and unexpected gesture — it really meant a lot to us. The room was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location is excellent — right in the heart of The Walk — with direct access to a beautiful private beach, which made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. A special thank you to Ashim for his kindness and help with our luggage. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return!

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The experience begins with a warm and professional reception that truly makes you feel welcome. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent, and the views are absolutely stunning. The hotel offers a private beach with many activities, creating the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. There is also a dedicated beachfront restaurant with a varied menu, ideal for enjoying great food by the sea. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service at reception, especially the complimentary upgrade from a King Deluxe Room to a spacious three-bedroom suite. A truly generous and memorable gesture. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an amazing beachfront experience in Dubai.

Hilton The Walk is a rare example of a hotel that truly lives up to its prestigious reputation. The first thing that strikes you is the incredible view from the windows—a breathtaking panorama that defines the entire atmosphere of your stay. For food enthusiasts, the hotel offers access to multiple world-class restaurants. Each venue impresses with a vast variety of dishes, stunning scenery, and remarkably fast service. The location is a strategic masterpiece for any traveler. Staying here allows you to completely bypass the need for taxis or public transport. Everything you might need—from the beach to premium shopping—is within easy walking distance. The service is beyond reproach. I want to highlight Eloisa, whose professionalism is unmatched; she handles every request with incredible speed. The WhatsApp concierge service is another standout feature, providing instant support and a hassle-free experience. Whether you are here for business or a family vacation, this hotel is a perfect choice. The only minor drawback is the elevator wait time during busy periods, but in the grand scheme of things, it’s negligible. A solid 10/10 experience!

Absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, my “stay” at this hotel never actually happened — and for very good reason. The photos and description shown on the booking platform do not reflect reality at all. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that basic hygiene and comfort standards are completely ignored: • the furniture is severely worn out, damaged, and clearly outdated; • the floors were dirty, giving the impression that proper cleaning is not done; • there was a strong, disgusting smell in the room, similar to dirty, unwashed cleaning rags; • the overall atmosphere felt disturbing, unsanitary, and unsafe. It was absolutely impossible to stay in such conditions. I left the hotel immediately after inspecting the room, as spending even a single night there was out of the question. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and a total failure to provide the service as advertised. The accommodation does not meet even the most basic standards. If you value your health, comfort, and money — stay away from this place. I have requested a full refund and will escalate the matter through the booking platform and consumer protection authorities if necessary. A truly unpleasant and unacceptable experience.
