I had a truly wonderful experience at Radisson Beach Resort, Palm Jumeirah. From the moment I arrived, everything reflected comfort, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you to Angelina, who made my check-in experience exceptional. Her warm smile, supportive attitude, and professionalism immediately made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and pleasant, which truly set the tone for my stay. The hospitality was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely be coming back again. I’m writing this review because of one interaction with Kush. We arrived without a booking, which could have easily become a stressful situation. Instead, Kush handled everything with such professionalism, confidence, and genuine warmth that the entire experience immediately changed. Not only did she find a solution, but she also managed to secure an amazing room with a beautiful view. What impressed me most was not the room itself—it was her customer service. Her communication was exceptional. She was polite, approachable, socially intelligent, and knew exactly how to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Every part of the interaction felt effortless, yet it was clear that she genuinely cared about delivering a great experience. In fact, her customer service was so good that I found myself wanting to write about that interaction rather than the hotel. The room was fantastic, but the way she handled the situation is what stayed with me. Great hotels can be found in many places; memorable customer service is much rarer. Kush is the kind of employee who elevates a guest’s entire experience and leaves a lasting impression. She is a true example of top-tier hospitality and a credit to Radison Palm Jumeirah. Very beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms were very neat, tidy, and perfectly clean. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Special thanks to Pradip and Sushma for their kindness and great service!

It's a great hotel, with amazing service. The amenities are way above a 4 star+ rating, with a lovely beach, rooftop pool and a good selection of bars and restaurants. However, what makes the hotel absolutely a joy to be in is its lovely and friendly staff. Sayed at the front desk made everything possible for us: early checkin, bday cake for my wife, and enjoying a wonderful breakfast until our room was ready. Rami, the front desk manager, is attentive to all guests' demands. Really, service is awesome all around the hotel! Kudos to the team!
