Cant recommend this hotel enough. Due to recent incidents regarding the intercepted missiles over Dubai the hotel responded amazingly even though it was all probably new to them too. They made us feel very calm and safe. We had to extend our stay by 2 days due to cancelled flights and this was done with no problem at all. Rooms were lovely and well cleaned. Pool and beach are amazing and the location is just perfect. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for keeping us all safe ❤️

Two highlights of this hotel are location and quality of service. I was here on a business trip for the first time, and extended my stay. Unfortunately, as missile attacks stroke through, we couldn't fly home. The response from hotel security was spotless, and the new GM just appointed stayed on premise the whole time, including at night, to offer practical support. I truly appreciated this level of support and understanding, it gave me confidence that this is a safe place to stay at, where the staff deeply cares about your circumstances. Apart from this, both pools are nice, the beach bar has a nice vibe and incredible food. The location is perfect to access West Beach clubs and restaurants Rooms could be bigger, but if you book a sea-view you will enjoy an a great skyline view and great sunsets too.

The hotel has a very modern style, tastefully decorated with a cool background atmosphere throughout. It is located directly on West Beach, with a private beach and pool area that are both beautiful, although the layout maximises the available space, so the areas can feel quite close together. The room was very nice — bright, clean and pleasantly minimal. The gym and the rooftop sky pool are excellent highlights. The buffet is genuinely high quality with a wide and varied selection, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. One point worth mentioning is the February 30 Beach Club, which during weekends plays very loud music until around 3am. This can make sleeping difficult if you have a sea-view room like ours. After we raised this with management, the hotel showed real care and attention by offering us some upgrade options, which we appreciated. A special thank you to Ichraf, Mr Modi and Mr Aly for their kindness and support during our stay. Recommended.

We also noticed that the pool water quality was checked daily, which gave us a great sense of care and professionalism.
