Amazing! 🥰 Wonderful service—I don't have enough words to describe how great this hotel is. Everything was simply wow! 😍😍 The room was spotless, neat, and very comfortable. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The reception team was especially respectful,( Miss Aygun )welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely stay here again!

The Food was mainly continental. Frankly speaking, a hotel is a place that welcomes people from across the globe, especially in a diverse destination like Dubai. During our 3-day stay with triple occupancy, however, we were disappointed that we could not find a good Indian cuisine option during the first two days. The breakfast spread was predominantly continental. I feel the hotel should be more sensitive to the food preferences of its guests and, wherever possible, understand their preferences at the time of check-in and communicate them to the kitchen/pantry team. As a guest, I should not have to specifically request Indian cuisine only after being asked for feedback. That said, I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Krish Patel, who personally stepped in at the right time. He followed up with me throughout the day to understand our preferences for breakfast on the third day and ensured that our requirements were taken care of. He prepared an excellent uttapam and sambar for the three of us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. What stood out most was his proactive approach and genuine effort to understand and accommodate our needs. We would like to personally convey our sincere thanks to Mr. Krish Patel for his attentiveness, initiative, and hospitality. His efforts made a noticeable difference to our stay. At the same time, I hope the hotel management takes this feedback constructively and considers being more proactive about understanding guests' dietary and cuisine preferences from the beginning.

Very nice hotel. Staff are very kind and will help you with anything you need. I really appreciate enjoyed the Olio bar. Special s/o to Praveen for taking care of us. He prepared delicious drinks. Also for breakfast, lunch and dinner there is a very good offer of meals and drinks. Our room was perfectly prepared s was cleared on daily basis.

The stay in hotel has been truly wonderful, featuring amazing service from the housekeeping team, chef and the breakfast staff. Many thanks to Ruwan, from the time I step my feet in hotel he was welcoming and sort everything out for me . Extra request are handled with a kind smile. Breakfast was amazing. The Breakfast team are fast, polite and very welcoming. Chef what can I say , he made the best omelette for me which was his signature recipe and always advised to try different thing's he made specially his falafel wrap. My overall experience: Every staff member goes out of their way to help. The warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay.
