We have booked a 7 days stay in Dubai in the „Burj Khalifa view room“in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is situated near an underground station and also very good to reach everything by taxi or to be picked up by Get your guide tours. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of warm and cold food. The staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly and always willing to help, if there are problems. The pool area is very nice, clean and there are enough comfortable opportunities to relax . Our room is really modern , nice furniture, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The view from the 44 th floor is breathtaking. We had already twice our diner in the Olio‘s restaurant on the first floor. The servants are all very friendly. The second time Paveen served us the meal. He was also very nice, competent and there was no wish he didn’t make possible for us. So one can say the staff of the hotel, no matter in what section (reception, housekeeping, restaurants, pool area, .. )is really great. Our daughter and her husband , who had stayed in this hotel 2 years ago , had recommended it, and I think it is really recomendable . We are glad to stay here for three other days to enjoy all the pleasures this hotel offers to its guests.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the entire staff made sure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and any requests were handled quickly and with a smile. In terms of organization, service quality, and overall comfort, the hotel truly deserves the highest rating. Special recognition goes to the waiter, Emad. He is incredibly professional, kind, and courteous. Emad was always attentive, helpful, and ready to recommend the best dishes on the menu. His positive attitude and dedication made every meal a real pleasure. Thanks to his excellent service, we felt genuinely appreciated and well looked after.

Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff! I had a great experience during my stay! The hotel was very clean and tidy, and everything was well taken care of. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, my room was always spotless and comfortable. A special thank you to Zamor, the supervisor, and San, who cleaned and made up my room. They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude and attention to detail really made me feel welcome and cared for. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant, I'll definitely be coming back!

We stayed at the Rose Rayhaan for 6 days. We arrived at just after 7.30am and even though it was fully booked, they managed to find a room for early check in as we were with our baby. The check in was smooth and our stay was good. The kitchenette makes it good for family travel as you have the fridge, microwave and sink to prepare food for babies and young children. Location: It is very close to the metro (less than a 5 minute walk) and this is very convenient if you plan to move around It gets a 4.5 and not a 5 because the elevators would be really packed at peak times and the wait time was not great. Other than that, nice hotel in a nice location.

Great stay in one of the older parts of Dubai hotel explosion. The room was fabulous perfect place by the metro to access Jumerah or Old Town. Pool was lovely but very busy so get there early! The team there were welcoming and excelled in their work. Choose this hotel.
