We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Dubai, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the skyline. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and very welcoming. A special thank you to Christopher from the cleaning service team. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and did a perfect job every day. We really appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. The service was excellent overall, and the staff was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I stayed here over my birthday and was pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Everything felt well organized, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay here. The location is very strategic and very close to the metro station. The view from the hotel is amazing, especially with the Burj Khalifa view. The breakfast was also good. I didn’t go for a swim, but they have a nice swimming pool. The staff informed me that the lift was still under renovation, which caused a slightly longer waiting time, but it was fine. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time travelers.

The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and any requests were handled quickly and with a smile. In terms of organization, service quality, and overall comfort, the hotel truly deserves the highest rating. Special recognition goes to the waiter, Emad. He is incredibly professional, kind, and courteous. Emad was always attentive, helpful, and ready to recommend the best dishes on the menu. His positive attitude and dedication made every meal a real pleasure. Thanks to his excellent service, we felt genuinely appreciated and well looked after.
