My stay at Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel* was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to **Justine** and **Neomi**. They were absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and incredibly child-friendly. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel so welcome and relaxed, especially while traveling with a child. Hospitality like this is rare and deeply appreciated. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. ⭐

We recently hosted Acero family Iftar at Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food arrangement was beautifully set up, well-organized, and perfectly suited for our gathering. I recently stayed at the Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel for a seven night business trip and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well run the property is. The check in process was quick, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining everything throughout my stay. I also appreciated the small touches— welcoming gift upon arrival, complimentary bottled water and good-quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety: made to order omelets, freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, local cheeses, and even a selection of healthy options like oats, yogurts, nuts and seeds. The staff working the breakfast area were fantastic as well—attentive, friendly, and quick to help or offer recommendations. Overall, the breakfast alone makes this hotel worth returning to. Combined with comfortable rooms and excellent service, it’s an easy 5 star experience. I genuinely can’t wait to come back!

Great value hotel just 5 minutes from the Marina - better value being that bit outside. Fantastic mall right next to the hotel. Rooms are fantastic and modern and the service throughout is friendly and better than expected. Famara on reception was amazing and remembered me from a previous trip! First class customer service from him in particular 👏 Over all would recommend… good breakfast, gym and pool… all you could need and easy to get everywhere.
