I had a wonderful stay at Avani Hotel Ibn Battuta. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure. A special thank you to Ian at the reception for his outstanding service. He was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. He handled everything efficiently, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. His excellent customer service really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ian, and the entire Avani team for the great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

The restaurant service was outstanding, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and highly attentive. Their warm hospitality truly enhances the overall guest experience. I have been visiting over the past year and continue to appreciate the vibrant and welcoming ambiance. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—peaceful and away from the usual Dubai traffic, yet right next to Ibn Battuta Mall, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. We also received a complimentary 75 AED voucher, which we happily used for drinks by the bar. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the hotel team went above and beyond and surprised us with a delicious cake in our room! 🤗 It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We got engaged last night, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate such a special moment. From the moment we checked in, the wonderful staff made our stay unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Veda from reception for the sweet note left outside our door it truly touched my heart. Yuda was so kind and quick to assist us in the morning during the emergency sound reset alert, making sure everything was okay. And sweet Justine surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our engagement! The entire team and management made us feel so loved, cared for, and appreciated throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail meant so much to us during such an important milestone in our lives. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a truly memorable experience!
