The hotel is greatly located and served my stay perfectly with its service. Harish from Nepal has dome a great job on housekeeping and was very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless every day. Reception amd concierge service was impeccable. Breakfast and gym as well as the pool area are well attended to and more than sufficiently equipped. Service as it should be. Definitely staying here again

The staff are very friendly and professional. I especially want to mention Nay Myo, who works as a bartender. He was extremely welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Had a wonderful afternoon tea at Vida Hotel Creek Harbour. The ambiance is peaceful with beautiful views, and the staff are genuinely warm and attentive.
