returned from the Akasha Hotel today and I must admit that I am very, very pleased. Everything was as it should be: tasty, clean, and very nice. I eat at this hotel; it deserves 5*. The staff and managers pay attention to every detail and make sure the guests are happy. I've been to this hotel twice and I must admit that the first time was great, but this time it was perfect. I especially appreciate the bar manager, STEFANOS, and his team who served us by the main pool. The work and dedication they put into ensuring the guests are happy deserves special recognition. One of the waitresses, EVA, also deserves special recognition. Thank you to each and every one of you for your hospitality and treating me like a VIP. I will definitely be back. This hotel is honestly so beautiful, down to the rooms, staff and food is top notch. i came here for a break from the city and it’s made my trip memorable for sure. i was always up at the atmosphere bar/the rooftop sunbathing and always saw Despina’s bright beautiful face smiling which was so refreshing to see and made me feel comfortable during my stay. During dinner Leon was very helpful with the service if you had any concerns, was super friendly. Overall i’d say staff and service is amazing and i’ve made some good friendships and connections here with them as well. The room service was always done every single day, providing new bottles of water in the fridges, food for your landing, snacks, and tea and a complimentary cretan alcohol drink. you could get a taste of that luxury from these little details. food is great but not so Michelin of course but i have no complaints about it. i’m not too fussy with the food here. the atmosphere id say is super chilled out, relaxing and open. The spa was lovely and the spa facilities too were nice. I would definitely come here again.

The beautiful swimming pools cater to every need, whether you’re looking to relax in peace or enjoy a refreshing swim in luxurious surroundings. The staff were consistently pleasant, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. A special mention must go to the housekeeping team, whose attention to detail was outstanding. Our room was impeccably clean every single day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was truly exceptional. The luxurious rainfall showers in the rooms were a real highlight, adding an extra touch of comfort after a day in the sun. The food was another standout feature, with an exceptional variety of delicious, high-quality dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. Akasha Spa Hotel offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. We can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights—such a great place to relax with amazing views. A special thank you to Popi and Despina, who were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. They really looked after us, were always so friendly and attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their excellent service made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
