Amazing experience!!! Me and my partner took a short trip 3 night /4 days to recharged and we were impressed with the all included package. The room was clean, and staff comes every day to tidy and mop the floor. The food was delicious and had variety. The beach is only minutes waking and you have few shop around if you need something. Pool / Bar are are very well stocked, multiple drinks available. It's quite away from Palma city centre however it got very good connections, bus runs every hour and it's a taxi stop as well.

We had a lovely stay. The pool area and rooms were so clean. The really nice man who cleaned the sun beds area early every morning was just who you need as staff and worked really hard. The food was okay , our only issue was not everything was labelled or wasn’t correctly labelled. That was the only let down in that part. The bar staff and drink selection we liked. The reception staff were quick and informative. Overall we loved our stay and the area it is in is lovely, not a lot to do but if you just want to chill it’s perfect :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean. A few ants were there but they were very few. The food was also good. A little more variety would have been perfect. At breakfast more types of muesli then it would have been very good. Vanesa at the bar in the upper outdoor area was the highlight for us. She was so kind and does her job so great. She deserves a raise! All in all it was a great holiday, with great experiences on site. We will come back and recommend the hotel.

Great Location for this hotel. Beach is only a few steps away, with local supermarket and some chineese stuff shops. Around there are a good few dining options. The hotel itself is clean, fresh smell, pools are clean and spacious. Rooms are quiet small, but you dont spend mutch time there. Cleaned daily. Some issue with small ants, we were in 2nd floor, guess 4th floor and up would not have it. 2sets of 4lifts gets you to the room with no delay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to get your morning started.

The stay was amazing! 😊 This is such a beautiful place, wonderful hotel, and fantastic atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by how warm and crystal-clear the sea was. There were no waves, the seabed was very clean, and there were plenty of fish to see if you swam a little farther from the shore. In the middle of June, the place wasn't overcrowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The variety of food was excellent. Everything was simply fantastic. Also, the hotel offers the opportunity to book a photo session with a nice and friendly photographer Yassyn. I would personally recommend booking room 612 and choosing the full-board option. It offers one of the best views of the sea and the beautiful natural surroundings of this magnificent place. 😊
