Our 3rd time here, absolutely love the place. Location is perfect with easy access to the sea through the rocks, perfect for snorkelling or swimming straight into deeper water, but the beach is just a short walk if you prefer sand. The pool is great as well, although I prefer the sea so don't use it that often. Hotel is always clean and the huge reception area is a nice, comfy place to sit and cool off from the heat if you need to. The staff are also super helpful. In particular I would like to mention Vanesa and Oksana at the Tropic Bar in the adult sun area, lovely ladies, fun and excellent friendly service. Also the head chef Edgar and his team, they produced superb vegan food for my wife. Absolutely 100% plan on returning for a 4th trip here.

We had another fantastic stay (3rd visit) at Alua Gran, and enjoyed it so much we brought our parents along! Astrid was very welcoming upon arrival and informed us that food was still available for late-night check in. We found all of the staff very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Food and drinks lovely as always and the hotel's cleanliness is superb! I have nothing bad to say about Alua Gran, and hope to return for a 4th visit next year!

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at Alua Gran Camp De Mar. We booked half-board but on the third day we decided to upgrade to all-inclusive, a lovely reception member of staff, named Cristina, was kind enough to help us with the upgrade, for which we couldn't be thankful enough! The location is quiet, relaxing and the beaches right next to the hotel, both the sandy and rocky ones were beautiful. We also enjoyed the loungers next to the beach and the pool was very nice, too, could always find a sunbed. The pool bar offers lots of options and the staff were super nice, especially Oksana. The token system works perfectly. In the restaurant, there were various options, could easily find a dish to our liking. Every night, we enjoyed a show at the bar which was a pleasant experience, followed by a drink before bedtime. The room was comfortable with a huge bed and a great shower. Overall, a great holiday destination, much recommended to families and couples to unwind, slow down and relax.

Rooms are very clean and nice, however paid for a superior room which did come with a great view but same size as last time we visited. Service and food is excellent and the All Inclusive perks are great! Alua hotels always seem to be in the best locations! Right next to the beach with adult only areas also provided. If you stay here make sure to bring a spare €100-150 for a meal at the Illeta restaurant. Best food I’ve ever had. Been four times now and would go again!

This is our second time in here. This time, we paid extra for a “my favorite club” which was a good deal. The room we got had an amazing view, maintaining great condition throughout our stay. We got free access to the ocean side sun bed which was nice, and seperate lounge to chill. Food was all good, nothing to complain. There were a few downsides - although the website clearly states that the favorite club will allow us to do late check out, that was not true. We were told to check a day before if the room is available, and when we did, the male receptionist didn’t even check our room number and just said no it’s not possible. Please remove the statement if it’s not included in the deal. Also, a lot of receptionists were quite dismissive. They always seem to have other busy work with their laptop, pretend they don’t see us. the guy receptionist always give off vibe. So the service can be improved. Overall good experience!
