We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a great pool and beach area and plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The rooms were comfortable, cleaned daily to a high standard, and we were lucky enough to have a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. We booked all-inclusive but only used it for breakfast after our first evening meal. The dinner options were quite limited for our tastes, with much of the selection focused on fish and vegetables. If we were to return, we would opt for half board and head into Cala Ratjada for lunch and dinner, where there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. One aspect that affected our experience, although not something the hotel can control, was the behaviour of some of the other guests. As a younger couple, we often felt uncomfortable due to frequent staring and what appeared to be conversations about us. Even when we made eye contact, the behaviour continued. This contributed to our decision to spend most evenings away from the hotel. While the facilities, location, and rooms were excellent, younger couples may find the atmosphere less welcoming than other hotels. Overall, a great hotel with superb amenities, but the dining experience and guest atmosphere prevented it from being a perfect stay.

Hotel has a very friendly staff. Located in a small bay, but even in the high season it was not much crowded and felt comfortable in the beach. Beach does not belong to hotel so you need to pay 19,50 Euro for 2 sunbeds daily. Otherwise using the towels on the beach is the free option. Seaweeds in the enterance of the water, but the rest is crystal clear water. Hotel has one outdoor pool with enough amount of sunbeds around it. There are dedicated smoking areas in the hotel, it is not allowed everywhere. Food is more than average, drinks are also nice. Entertainment every night with concerts and dance shows. Entertainment team is also very friendly and trying to make you have fun all the day. Elevators could be improved. Overall, nice hotel in a silent area. Recommend it for the ones looking for a quite holiday.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just returned from an amazing stay at AluaSoul Carolina in Font de Sa Cala, Mallorca, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. The hotel was spotless throughout, and our room was modern, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice at every meal and something different each day. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard to make every dining experience enjoyable. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, and the hotel’s location overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Thank you to everyone at AluaSoul Carolina for making our stay so special. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in Mallorca. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 💛

I have just spent a fantastic week at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my stay. The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of variety and everything prepared to a very high standard. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, and well maintained throughout. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, especially Vladimir and Nanu, who were great guys and kept everyone entertained with their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm. The pool bar staff also deserve a huge thank you. They worked incredibly hard every day and made some of the best drinks I’ve had on holiday. Their service was always friendly and efficient, even during the busiest times. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would 100% return in the future. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An excellent hotel from start to finish! After an early morning flight and a 2hour transfer, we were greeted by incredibly welcoming reception staff, complete with a refreshing drink on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is spotless throughout, with clean, comfortable rooms and a fantastic spa area to unwind in. The buffet restaurant offers a great variety of food, and the chefs and waiting staff are all friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The staff truly make this hotel special. A special shout-out to Mary at the pool bar for crafting the most 'perfect' cocktails on the island, and to Vladimir from the entertainment team for bringing great energy and keeping guests engaged with optional activities like darts, shuffleboard, ping-pong, and more...with bingo being his personal favourite! 😉 We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
